Emailed the company to cancel after realizing the price was much higher and they shipped and charged anyway and now shipped and billed for a second order. Almost $500 taken from my account. I made a purchase in April 2023. There was no information that said this would be an ongoing order, as I definitely would not order theses gummies at $199.88/month. I looked for an email confirmation for a possible explanation of the charge on my card, there was nothing. Additionally , there was not even a detailed explanation of the original purchase and pricing on the original purchase in April. I tried checking for a website, there is not one active as of today 5/26/23. I did not bother with a call. I canceled my card, and have a dispute on the charges. Never should there be automatic charges on any card without prior authorization and notification. Shame on them for not having an account page on an active website to prove any of this is there either.Initial Complaint

I ordered the *** gummies in April and was happy to pay the price of THAT order. However, there was zero indication that I was signing up for a subscription. I was not informed of the one time purchase I made being a subscription. I did not sign up for that, nor was there anything in fine print. It was a one time purchase of one bottle. On May 24,2023 I ordered from this transform company two products and to this date I have not received them and then I was just enrolled into a subscription which I did not authorize. I have called the company twice asking to refund and cancel. They wanted to only to give me a small $20.00 credit and to wait for product to arrive ? They did do that however to get a full refund I have to return the product? I have never received the product. They dont get that ! Their email tracking shows that it never left ******* And now I received a call from my credit card company fraud department targeting these people that now they are coming up as potential fraud on my **** card. Ive contacted the company twice wanting a full refund and to never charge me again and do not send me any product and they will not give me a refund for products which again I have never received to date. Now it has been over a month and they have stole almost ****** from me. So disappointed with them. I want a full refund and to be taken off of any list and monthly programs. 4-10-23, purchased TransformKeto on ********* clicked once and nothing happened and at some point, six items were ordered. I then immediately called for a credit to my debit card. Was told they would give me more product, I declined. I wanted to cancel and receive credit. No credit ever received (no product ever received). Received written correspondence from Mentom Payments, showing transaction credits for $39.99 and $199.95, however no funds ever placed back into my debit/bank account. All communication has been with Mentom for payment. Sequence as follows:1 Requested refund 4-10-23 on phone 2 Requested refund ***** days later, was told this would be moved to escalation 3 Requested refund 5-3-23, again told moved to escalation. Called ****************** same day and provided transaction information, but these details did not help the bank.4 Called ****************** (my bank) 5-9-23 about debit card protection, was advised to go to branch with information/documents and file a fraud claim. Visited branch, as debit card used, they could not help with a refund. New debit card number (and card) issued.5 - 5-10-23, sent message for help on Mentom web-site, no reply 6 Requested refund 5-18-23, indicated I wanted a name so my attorney can become involved. Was told someone would call. No call back.The company disappeared from ********* when I tried to track down again. My bank statement for the purchase shows a company called Jacked Camps in ****. It looks like Transform Keto is located in ********. Mentom is located in **********.4-10-23, Transaction ******* $199.95 Transaction ******* $39.99 electronic communication shows refunded to Mastercard 685. I provided the order name, amounts, dates product information etc as part of my complaint. Additionally this company states I will not be charged further, which tells me they have my information. The order information and fake credit back to my debit card was also provided in my complaint. This information was from Mentom payments, **********. They continue to be no responsive.

I ordered the Product in early April. I found it wanting. I was not informed that it would become a subscription; I determined that it must have as a package showed up today, 6 May 2023. I decided to research the company and discovered that it has had several complaints. 4/30/23 made purchase online for ViaKeto Apple Gummies 2 bottles purchased $39.99 ea. giving a third bottle free. This would be $120.00. 5/1/23 my bank account was deducted $59.99 and then $199.88. Received text they were sorry about inconvenience and offered 25% discount ($30.00). At first I said no and then the product was delivered and another $149.91 was deducted from bank account! Tried talking to customer service but they only wanted to return $70.00! Would not let me speak to a supervisor! I dont want or want anyone else to be take advantage of! I fell for a transform KetoScam. I clicked *** a pop up ad saying these gummies were in shark tank and the reviews were great. Many celebrities endorsed them. I thought I was buying 1 bottle and the following week 5 bottles arrived and 2 cleanse bottles I didnt order and I was charged over $200. I was shocked. I started digging up false claims and scams and saw they keep changing their name. I cant find a number to call and am reporting to my bank.Business Response

I received an email about a purchase that was made with my card. I tried to call this company to cancel the order within less than ******************************** the email purchase time. They stated that they could not find the purchase based on the information I provided to them from the email. The guy told me that I should call back in 3 hours. I called back three hours later and got the same treatment. I pushed a little bit harder, and they miraculously found the order, but said they could not cancel because it was already sent to fulfillment. They also stated that they have no record of my earlier phone call and said that they would have a record if I had called. The product arrived, and is still unopened. I have again requested return instructions with a refund, but I have not heard back from the company.Business Response
