    On 4/25/2023 I purchased a product online. I did not realize this would turn into a subscription order. When I received the 2nd shipment, I went back to cancel and I cannot find a way to cancel online and no one answers the customer service phone numbers.I would like the subscription canceled, as I do not want this product any longer.     I purchased 2 bottles of Keto ACV supplements for $119.88 4/24/23. An offer for Detox supplements popped up at checkout. I declined but was still charged for the Detox pills for $59.99. My total charge was $179.87. My invoice does not have any contact info for the company. So I could not contact about removing the detox pills. I chalked it up to my error. I was then charged again 5/26/23 for $119.88. My invoice said nothing about a subscription and this was not presented at the time of purchase. I was not provided with any information on how to reach the company, much less on how to cancel a subscription service. The company was not upfront about the subscription and deliberately withheld contact information to cancel.

    I have not been able to receive a refund from Transform Products in the amounts of $199.88 and $59.99 for an order placed on 5/3/23. Today is 6/1/23. The tracking number is 83510CD1D7 and the order number is ******* (from what I can tell on the package.) After making the purchase, I scanned the internet and found this company has many complaints about it. Any legitimate business has a phone number, email ******** or address on their website for customer service, but I could not find ANY way to reach them. I intended to cancel my order before it was packaged and shipped. So, I called 4 times in May/June, and finally reached a customer service rep on 5/27/23 who said the "refund is being posted today." So far, I have not received theses funds. I have filed a complaint with my ************ as well.

    I purchased the product as a one time purchase. I did not agree to or understand that it would become a subscription and Id like to discontinue the subscription and return the second shipment I just received.However, I cant find any website or info in order to return the unused product.

    I purchased the product online because it claimed that they were endorsed by Shark Tank and different celebrities that had used the product and gotten successful weight loss and they claimed they would refund the cost if I wasnt satisfied. When the product was delivered, there was no way to return the items because there was no return address or packing slip. I immediately tried to contact them by the original website but wasnt able to connect. I tried contacting them through the email but it is a no reply. I assumed I was just stuck with the horrible product and that the $259.87 was just a loss from a scam but this morning my bank notified me that a transaction in the amount of $199.88 was being submitted from Transform and it was red flagged because there was no address or phone number. The bank stopped the transaction but I have to get a new debit card.

    I added keto gummies to my cart for the listed price of $56 Bogo. I then declined the detox add on but was charged $59.99 for it and as soon as I hit check out the gummy price changed to $119.88. I immediately emailed with no response. I called with no answer and emailed again. So instead of paying $56 in April I was charged $180. They quit responding and would not explain why the price changed after purchase. No refund no nothing. I asked for a manager and continued to get no response and answer if I call. I chalked it up as a loss. That was all a month ago April 25th. I have all of my emails saved. Now I was just charged another $119.88. And have emailed them again asking for a refund and to cancel whatever recurring payments they are trying to take. So I am not out $299 and they refuse to answer me.     I believe that I had did a 1 time order for transform keto+ gummies. I received them and began to take them. After about 20 minutes my throat was itchy and swelling. Im allergic to strawberry. This was not in the ingredients list. I just received a second shipment of 5 bottles so now I have 9 unopened bottles that I cant use

    I thought I was taking advantage an online promo for a keto supplement that was supposed to be $39.98 for one bottle and they said they sending two more bottles for free on April 25th. The next day when I checked my account I was charged $199.98, not $39.98. I thought I may have misread the promo so I thought I would wait until the products came in and see how they work. I DID NOT read anything about this being a subscription service. I have now been charged $199.98 again this month on 5/29/23. The product does not work as advertised and now I am out $399.96. I tried calling the company with no answers and finding nothing but poor online reviews of them doing this same thing to many other people.

    I was interested in the Transform Keto and went to order. Money was taken out of my account on April 26th of $149.91. I didn't sign up for any further subscriptions with **** and money was taken out of my account again May 29th of $149.91. I have been looking for the site I bought the product from for over an hour and couldn't find anywhere where I had signed up for an subscription to cancel. I want my the subscription canceled and my money back.
