Purchased product in April 2023. I did not sign up for a subscription but paid for 1 shipment. I received 5 more bottles of the product in July 2023 and my credit card was change $199.88. Upon calling **************** and informing them that I never re-ordered the product, I was instructed to return the bottles. Once they received the product, they would credit my credit card back $199.88, and that it may take 2-3 weeks processing. I returned the bottles on July 17, 2023 and waited a month to call them. At that time, I was told that they had to wait to see if the bottles had been returned to the warehouse and their system showed that they had not been received. I was told this same thing on all subsequent telephone calls I made to themand I called every week. On 9/13, I told the rep that it had been 3 months since I returned the product and he said that he could credit half the funds back to the credit card. Also, I should call again on Wednesday (9/13) for the balance of $99.94. Of course on Wednesday, more of the same...cant reach the warehouse, call back on Friday, 9/15. On Friday, 9/15, still no confirmation from the warehouse. I asked to speak with a supervisor who promised to call the warehouse and call me back. She did call me and reported that the product was received in the warehouse and she was issuing a credit for $49 credit to my card. I told her the refund is $99.44. She said there was a $10 per bottle restocking and sanitary check fee. I reminded her that the bottles are individually sealed in plastic, had not been opened. Not once during any of the conversations did anyone mention any of these fees nor was it on the invoice or packing slip. The fact that the company would automatically send you a re-order whether you signed up for it or not is a dishonest and unethical. I paid $50 to return a product that I never ordered and waited 3 months to have the funds partially refunded.Initial Complaint

I purchased 2 bottles of transform Keto on 6/17/23 as a one time purchase. In addition I was charged another $59.99 for some sort of cleanse product which I did not authorize. Subsequently, the past 2 months, July and August, this company has continued to ship product to me and charge my card each month without authorization. There is no customer service number or email to be found and nothing on their website. I am going to dispute these charges with my credit card company.Initial Complaint

I accidentally ordered *****, I thought I was just looking at the ad which was on the computer. I exited their ad before completing the process but they sent the product anyway. I received the Keto+ gummies on 7/28/23 and called the phone number on the bottle *************) on 8/21/23 at 2:15 pm EDT well within the 30 day period. The unknown woman on the phone said I was not within the refund time frame and offered half credit and to cancel my "subscription". This is the first I knew about a subscription. When I asked to speak to the woman's supervisor this request was denied. I was so frustrated because their phone system was not good and the employee's speech was difficult to understand.She did state that she would refund half of my money $74.95 and credit it back to my **** account, confirmation number 94FB5B5BF. I accepted the order, as I felt I made a mistake, but when another $239.00 was charged to my card I attempted to contact the company and they do not have any customer support. I originally ordered Keto Gummies plus a cleansing product which I received and then received a second order of just the Keto Gummies which I did not authorize and which I refused (through ***** I also sent a letter of notification back to the same center indicating no more shipments (July 18, 2023). Then I received a third package on August 18, 2023. Again I refused this package and sent another notification letter. I have had to cancel my credit card because of this scam. This company is a complete scam and makes unauthorized, fraudulent charges to your bank account. I ordered a ****** order on April 25, 2023 for 2 bottles of keto gummies. I received a generic "order received" email with an order number and tracking number from no-********************************* I received the bottles, weren't a fan of them, and didn't think about them again.I noticed that there were 3 additional charges from this establishment in May, June, and July totaling to over $357. I had not received NOR ordered any additional products from them. (I noticed a couple months later when reviewing my statements for something else. I have a lot of different transactions and unfortunately missed them prior to this). When I called the customer service number that I actually got from the BBB website because there was no other way to find it, the automated voice message was generic and did not identify the company name. The customer service rep named **** stated when I made my original order, I subscribed to a monthly subscription. I NEVER authorized a monthly subscription and they never sent me email confirmation of "the alleged subscription" or any of the other products allegedly shipped that I never received. This company is literally stealing money from people and somehow getting away with it. I will be disputing with my bank, posting here and making the ************************ aware.I requested to speak to a Supervisor and was told they weren't available and one would call me back. I have not received a call back and they have not responded to my complaint email. This is unethical and illegal, and this company should be sued and put out of business. I had ordered the act keto pills one time shipment. I received a second order for ****** and they are refusing to refund my money. They advise they cannot refund me. These pills made me sick and that is why I do not want them. They are nothing but a scam company
