    Ordered the transform keto gummies one time however they keep sending me more every month and charging my card ****** every time I have attempted to contact them but no contact info in the box. I littwray have 2 boxes in front of me would like to return them and get my money back have contacted. My bank as it's my debit card. Being charged. They are manually charging me according ** to ******* from ******* every month it's not auto billing its. Fraud as I did no authorize. Any charge after the Pyrimid nitial overall I have been charged ****** approximately ****** 3x my bank has closed the card because if this and an investigation is underway.

    Ordered a product, received the original order then I was charged $199.98 for a 2nd order that I did not authorize. The shipment was "Return to Sender" - no refund was given.I called the number ************** to be told by the gentleman that he could not assist me. I sent 2-3 emails asking for assistance with no reply. - See attachment.

    I purchased keto gummys and keto cleanse from a link on ******** from theketoshop.com. It was a one time purchase I never authorized a subscription or future purchases yet Im being billed ****** a month and being sent the product without authorization. There is no information on the packing slip to contact the company directly. *** tried to reach out to the company to cancel any future shipments, and there is no phone number or address to contact only a message board which they never respond to. Total scam, I need to cancel future charges which I am now trying to duspute through my cc/bank.

    I ordered Transform Keto July 1, 2023 for $39.95. They charged me $129.88 PLUS $59. Then today I received two bottles of Transform gummies that I did NOT order! I called **********. I explained this to ******. He offered a $20 refund. I REFUSED! He offered $30... then $64.94. I explained this is UNACCEPTABLE and I will file a report! I am asking you to expunge ALL charges against my credit card, ************ Texaco.This Transform KETO operation is a scam. Product is not what I thought I was attempting to purchase. Further I did not order additional product.So. I request all monies charged by the scam operation be returned to my credit card.I have also contacted **** and have them issuing a report to have all monies returned. And to not accept any transactions from this operation ever again.I will appreciate any and all assistance you are able to supply.Many thanks,********** ********************* ************

    About a month ago I Oder some Keto gummy bears to lose weight but when I was the cost I called my bank to cancel and I received the box I sent it back unopened but they charge two so ago again What I want is the two orders to get my money back ****** per order please can you help me

    Like all the other complaints, I too was charged without authorizing a 2nd purchase. I purchased 2 bottles ONE time 06/16 for what was supposed to be $59.94. Instead, I was charged $119.88. Then approx 1 month later 07/28, without authorization or notice, I was charged another $119.88. Not only did I NOT want any add'l supplements, I did not authorize another charge, and I was billed but never received them. I have tried calling the number listed on the bottle, however that number is disconnected. I tried looking up the website, which is no longer a valid IP address. I don't know what I am supposed to do or how to cancel this. I would really appreciate a refund, AND more importantly I want to know how to keep from being charged AGAIN!

    Order keto products, found they dont work. I want to return 1 keto of two sent unopened bottles and 2 detox bottles unopened for a refund. The original total dollars was $ ****** for 1 keto gummies bottle and two keto cleanse bottles. I am wanting this amount refunded. I will gladly return the unopened bottles with an RMA number. I understand that I can not send the open bottle back for refund.

    Ordered 1 bottle of these keto apple cider vinegar pills..There is NO way to cancel this company.. They continue to send 6 bottles every month..And charge my credit card...What a scam. Stay away from them. Their phone numbers do no work. They disconnect when you press CS...I have called my credit card company and blocked them. The only way to email them is to set up an account..

    I purchased Keto ACV gummies. It was advertised as $40.00 with a free bottle. They charged me $200.00 and now continue to autoship and charge me fr something that does not work. I tried cancelling and it has not stopped.
