    Ordered product. It didn't work. Contacted company at ********** and **************, and gave my information which I gave. Their recording said I would be contacted and never was. Recently received another shipment & charge. Finally someone answered and I was told I could only be refunded for the 2nd shipment as they had not received any contact from me.

    Was not aware this was going to be a reoccurring charge or shipment. I was only ordering the one time and now I have been charged $129.88 a 2nd time. I do not wish to receive this product a 2nd time nor have I received a 2nd shipment. Tried calling CS and had to leave a message and have not received a call back. I have disputed this with my bank as well

    Date of this transaction is 7/22/23 I did not sign on to be billed ******. I bought the one time product and now it's a subscription. I tried email and it's not legit because it failed to send. I have not received the product again I don't want the product again. I need to find out how to get my money back!

    I purchased the Transform Keto ACV on May 14, 2023 (order no. 36D56E839F) with a total of $259.87. I double checked the website multiple times and even read through the terms and agreement that stated my purchase was a "one-time" purchase but have been charged $199.88 for the last two months. The most recent charge was posted July 18, 2023 for $199.88 and prior to that on June 15, 2023 for $199.88 resulting in almost $700 in charges. I called JULY 21, 2023 @9:09PM, the number posted on the website to cancel my account and was told that I had agreed to the monthly subscription the moment I purchased the product. Although the terms and condition clearly state they're all one time charges, they also never sent any receipts/confirmations for the consecutive charges. I spoke to the operator to cancel my account which was confirmed and was given the confirmation number: 45FE6F17A2. I was told I would receive a confirmation email but have yet to receive anything.

    Bought 5 bottle special if buy 2 get 3 free. That wasn't true, paid for all 5. I let that go. Now the actual complaint is that I read all the fine print, checked all the scam sites and read all the reviews and why would I buy 5 bottles every 30 days but never receive any other bottles other than the first 5 on a recurring payment? The initial payment screen never said recurring. The invoice doesn't say recurring nor does the shipping receipt say recurring. I made sure it all said one-time payment and they charged me another $199.80 30 days after the first charge of $199.80. No receipt or invoice was sent to me for 2nd charge. I live in ******** and I'm standing in front of the business address that the BBB has listed for this scam TransformKeto business. It's *** Store box #*** for shipping and receiving only. I have pictures to upload for proof. This company stole money straight out of my account by using my card info without my permission to setup reoccurring payments.

    On June 17th, I purchased Keto Gummies through a ******** ad. When purchasing the gummies, the advertisement was to buy 5 bottles for $39.95 (their best deal). I purchased the product, but was charged ****** on my card. The confirmation email does not include a phone number, email address or any contact information for the company. When my product arrived, again, no contact information for the company to contact them. Today, I have been charged an additional ****** on my credit card which was not authorized. This company is scamming people and charging them again when not authorized to do so.

    July 17, 2023 $199.88 #****** Bought a one time product from this company. Never signed up for a subscription and never gave them permission to charge my debit card a second time. when I attempted to call the company a recording came on advising me to leave my information and someone would call me, no one has responded.

    I am trying to cancel a subscription to Transformketobiz and all of their email addresses are false/dead ends. Their shipping address is in ******* but their business address says ********, but it shows as "out of business, Closed."The product does not work and there appears no way to cancel their subscriotion that runs $199 per month. I want to cancel this and see here where others have had similar issues.

    This company did not mention the total price for the product offered. I looked into it because it seemed like a good deal. They were offering a promotional offer of buy 3 and get 3 free. It didnt originally go through because my bank flagged it as suspicious fraudulent charge. I didnt know that the total amount would be $239.88. My debit card got blocked by ******** bank so I had to contact them to get the debit card unblocked. This company then automatically charged my debit card without my consent. I did not receive an email from this company at my email address with any reference whatsoever as too an order # or even shipping details. I tried too contact them demanding a refund and they didnt even reply. So I contacted my bank too block my debit card from any further use and too file a fraud report. The bank will be issuing me a temporary credit of $239.88 back too my account until the investigation completes. I dont know what this company will plan on doing but they need too make things right.

    I believe the date that I ordered Keto +ACV Gummies from Transform Keto, whose email address is gettransformketo.com was June 30. I saw this on ******** advertised by Dr. ** and I went online to the website and ordered what was supposed to be two bottles of the gummies for $39.88 using my ***** ********** card. On July 6 I received a box with no company name on it and the address was a post office box in ********, **. it was addressed to me and i opened it. Inside were five bottles of the gummies, not what I had ordered. Then I checked on my bank statement and found that on July 3 Gettransform gummies.com had taken $239.88 out of my checking account. I went to my bank, ***** Fargo, and met with a personal banker. He called ***** Fargo headquarters and spoke to someone and they said that they would be disputing the charge, since it was $200,00 over the amount I thought I would be charged for two bottles of the keto+ACV gummies. I called the number for transform keto gummies and spoke to a representative that my bank was disputing the charge of $239,88 because this was in no way what I had ordered. The person had a terrible accent that made it hard for me to understand and I let him no that my bank was disputing the amount the company took from my account and that this company is a scam. He cut me off after I said I was going to let the BBB know what this company is doing. I was a victim of a scam operation that is dishonest and charging a huge amount for something that definitely was not ordered.I would appreciate you looking into this company and doing something about their scam operation. And I hope that my bank's notification of a dispute will get me my money back!I would like to know what happens when you contact this company and tell them that they have scammed a customer - me- and probably many more.
