    I placed an order for 1 Bottle of product and I was charged for 6 plus 2 bottles of detox and a reoccurring charge for the detox I did not ask for that and do not want that. I also do not know how to get a hold of this company

    I thought I was ordering one bottle for $39. I then get an email confirmation for an order charging my credit card for $199.88 and $59.99. Tried to reply to the email to cancel the order and my email was returned undeliverable. The website listed on my credit card charge does not work. It was nearly impossible to figure out where this stuff was coming from, but finally found information on the BBB website. Contacted the company and they offer no assistance. The shipment arrived 6/16/23, without any kind of contact information. This is such a scam!!! I just want to return the product and get a refund. I have since returned the product on 6/21/23 via ***** Tracking #**** **** **** **** **** 33 and contacted the company again after I had received notification from the *********** that it had been delivered. They still have not issued any kind of refund. Please see uploaded document with order information initially received via email. let me know if you need any further information.

    Product doesn't work as promised. Shipped and charged more than ordered. No receipt, no invoice to describe ordered item and no information to be able to contact company. What a scam, using Shark Tank, ***********************, ************************* just to name a few high profile names to sell product and promise immediate results. I ordered buy one get one free bottle and they sent 6 bottles and charged me $200.00. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and can't believe there are so many scams like this that are able steal money from people. I have not lost a pound and this is my third week of using these gummies. What am I supposed to do with 5 more bottles of worthless gummies? I received the order Friday June 30.

    Ordered 5 btl deal of Transform Keto + ACV from website on 6/7/23 for stated price of $39.99. No price at check out was visible. Total of $199.88 was taken out of bank account. Email was sent to me for order #***EAABECB. I called CS at ************** on 6/8/23 to cancel ENTIRE order. After calling 5 different times, being hung up on, re-routed and told they couldn't find my order, finally I was told it was too late to cancel because order had already shipped ***** Tracking #**** **** **** **** **** 88), and the best they could do was refund part of my money. $99.94 was refunded back to my bank acct on 6/8/23. Product was received on 6/12/23.Fast forward to 7/9/23 to when $99.94 was taken out of my bank account. I called CS. 1st call...couldn't find my order, name, address, etc...2nd call...he found my order, after explaining whole entire situation, line went dead. 3rd call...was told that my order was a re-occurring monthly subscription and I had not called and cancelled. I explained that I had, indeed, called and tried to cancel the entire thing from day 1. She then told me that there weren't any notes on my acct to back up my story so the charges were going to stay. When I confronted CS and asked if that was true then why was I only being charged the $99.94 instead of the original amount of $199.88...I got hung up on again. I have called back multiple times since then, but when I tell them my acct info, the line goes dead and no one responds. Apparently this will happen every month now.

    On 6/20/23 I ordered 5 bottles of the True Form Keto acv gummies and was charged $199.88 from trueformbrands.com. In the terms and conditions I attached from true form keto, it says that I agree to be charged by true form keto, but the merchant charge on my card says transform keto, so that is suspicious. The terms and conditions stated that the purchase is backed by 100% money back guarantee, and if at some point you choose to cancel, then call ************. Due to being dissatisfied for being charged a recurring payment that wasn't clearly stated on the order, I called this number listed. They said they couldn't find my order based off of the order number I gave them from no-******************************** and were associated with a company called "Go Keto." When trying to return to the trueformbrands.com site it now magically doesn't work after purchase. The confirmation sent to me was from no-******************************** and provided no means for contacting the company if needed. Two weeks ago I received the product and the bottle says Transform Keto not True Form Keto like it should say. I've been taking the gummies for 2 weeks and am dissatisfied with the product, so I emailed the email listed on the bottle which is ******************************** I immediately get a response saying that the domain for this email address couldn't be found. I would like a refund from this company due to the fact that it says I have a 100% money back guarantee which I purchased with that factor in mind. I'd also like a refund due to lack of sufficient contact information for customer care which makes it impossible to try to request a refund. And lastly, I would like a refund because I have not seen any difference in my weight, my metabolism hasn't changed, and my energy levels have not improved which are all things the product said it would help with. I am very dissatisfied with not only the company but the product and would like the refund I was promised in the terms and conditions.

    I purchased these pills to lose weight. As of this date I havent lost any weight but have gained 4 pounds. I have already refused one delivery. I received another which I am returning. I want a check reimbursement for the total amount for both orders.

    Like so many others I thought I was ordering 1 bottle of keto gummies when suddenly somehow the order was for 5 bottles of gummies & 2 bottles of cleanse. I immediately tried to cancel but found that was not an option. I immediately emailed & called the company requesting that the order be canceled. No response.Since the product has arrived I have repeatedly tried to contact the company by both ************** asking for instructions so that I can return the product for credit. This is a scam. Others have filed the same complaints with the BBB. HELP!

    My credit card company opened a dispute & was able to recover my money. I am lucky. Transform keto has a history of this sort of activity. At least now the BBB is aware.

    I first purchased Transform Keto gummies from TransformKeto.com with the understanding that I was paying for two bottles of gummies. 30 in each container for a total price of $89.91. The claim was free shipping and free returns if I was not satisfied during the trial period. The packing slip contained no company information nor did the confirmation email received after purchase. The email indicated I ordered ONE bottle. Two months go by and another shipment arrives. No email was sent indicating I would be receiving another package so I checked my bank statement, and I was charged another $89.91. Today 6/29/23 a third package showed up and I was charged a third time, $89.91. For a grand total of $269.73. I now have 6 bottles of Keto gummies (that don't work) and no way of stopping them from charging my account yet again. I tried emailing the ******************************* email address on the bottles and received an error message immediately because the domain cannot be found (the website no longer exists).

    On 04/24/2023 I ordered Transform Keto+ACV. I thought I was to pay $119.88 for this item, they added a charge of $59.99. I am not sure what that was for. I got ahold of them and they credited my CC with $60 on 04/24/2023. Problem is I never received that order.Then around May 12, I was charged for a 2nd order and received it around May 24.I never received the first order.I have called them several times (5/29 & 6/10 & 6/12 & 6/16 & 6/27)I was told on the call of 5/29 that my original order was still in the warehouse and they would credit me for it. On that day I was told that I would be receiving refunds of $119.87 & $30 . I did received the $30. Not sure what that was for.I have called and asked about the other money and keep getting different people saying that the refund was sent to my bank. They had record of it. I do not understand if the one for $30 was put back on my credit card why the other was not. Also, on 6/10 I was told the refund was in 3 separate transactions one $30, one $59.99 & one $59.88. They even sent me transfer #'s *********** for the $59.99 & ********** for the $59.88). They keep telling me to check with my bank. Which I have done several times.Then on 6/16 I was told that my concern was sent to the accounting department. And I should hear within a week.So I call again on 6/27 I was told the same as always. But she added that she would send it to an account specialist and put it as priority and that I should hear IMMEDIATELY from them.I did not hear yesterday or today.I talked to my cc bank again today and they have seen nothing from them except the $60 back on 4/24 and the $30 on 5/29. I am confused if they sent the refunds why did some get to my cc account and some not. I don't want anything extra I would just like what they owe me. I got one order so the difference is $89.87 that they owe me. Not counting all the times I have been on the phone trying to see what is what.Just frustrated and confused.

    I purchased 6 bottles of the keto+ACV and 2 bottles of Detox added on my order and would not let me delete them, this was on April 2,2023. I received my order and opened 2 bottles to try, does not work. I called the company on May 3rd for a return RMA#**E4A40AD10D. I sent back all unopened bottles exactly like i was told. The company received my return package on May 8th as per tracking #********************** ***** I have called several times to the return center in ******* and several phone calls to the company phone # and talked to a women named Georgia. I was given alot of ******** talk and never received any money back yet. I paid $259.87 on date of purchase. I should receive back approximately $196.55 back as my refund. I was told by ******* that i would have my money back in 2 to 3 weeks.
