I placed an order for one bottle of their product and after checkout it somehow turned into a 6 bottle plus 2 bottles of a different product. I did not order 6 plus 2 only 1. Immediately called the customer service number and was told the order was already shipped and no refund could be made that if we had cancelled sooner we could have received a full refund. We called immediately, product is not shipped, its Saturday at 2pm in MO. This is obviously the operating method for this company and they should have any licensing removed. We want a full refund for the fraudulent amount charged.Initial Complaint

I fell for a transform KetoScam. I clicked *** a pop up ad saying these gummies were in shark tank and the reviews were great. Many celebrities endorsed them. I thought I was buying 1 bottle and the at the end of the order it showed 5 bottles and 2 cleanse bottles I didn't order and I was charged $259.87. (My order # is 95B980C540) I was shocked. I started digging up false claims and scams and saw they keep changing their name . I cant find a number to call and am reporting to my bank.Initial Complaint

I began an order with TransformKeto and stopped it. They send me a text saying they were sorry for the technical difficulties that stopped my order and offered me a 25% discount on top of the 55% discount I was already offered. Instead of each bottle costing $39.99 after the 55% discount, my new price was $28.99 with the additional 25% discount. this was based on my order for 3 bottles at $28.99/bottle, plus 2 FREE bottles, plus free shipping. So I ordered. I never saw what the total was. They sent me a receipt for $149.91, charging me for 5 Bottles. I was expecting a bill under $100, estimating 10% sales tax. This is completely different from what I actually ordered. I have no way to cancel or even inquire as to why my bill is what it is. This is sheer fraud. I believe that guy bought product from this company and was scammed into a monthly membership without my knowledge or consent. The reason I say I believe is because since buying this product, I have no proof of who is sending it to me. There is no business name on my receipt or on my package. I will upload pictures of my shipping label, my packaging, slip, the email I received when I bought the product, and my transaction statements. I have tried to go to their website and it has since been removed. I signed up to try their product one time in April and was billed in April and May. I have reported this to my bank. I did not sign up for monthly fees, and there is no proof of who is sending this to me. I will provide all of the information that I have in hopes that this business can be dealt with. Also, if there is going to be an adjustment to my credit score because of this, I would like it to be noted. I hope you can look into this business before other people get scammed.Initial Complaint

On April 23, 2023 I ordered from this company. The advertisement was for 2 bottles for $119.00 and that is what I wanted to purchase. I received a Chase Fraud alert for a transaction for $119 asking if I was making this purchase and I said yes. However, when I received my receipt, I found I was charged $179.87. I found that I was also charged for a $59.99 detox bottle. So be it, I waited for my order and was provided a tracking number. When I input the tracking number it says "Your shipment was received at 7:10 pm on April 24, 2023 in *****, ** *****. The acceptance of your package is pending." This is what the tracking number says to this day. On 5/16/2023 I sent the company an email forwarding them my receipt telling them I have not received my package. They apologized and said wait longer. Then on May 25, 2023 I received another Chase Fraud alert that the company again tried charging $119.00 (I assume for a monthly subscription that I did not sign up for). I said I did not authorize the purchase and it was declined. ***** closed my account for fraud which made me have to change all of my automatic transaction accounts. I am seeking a full refund from the company in the amount I was charged: $179.87.
