    I shouldve known. Too good to be true. Needed to get a new oven. Our oven stopped heating up but the stove worked. Bought one used. The guy set it up. It was no good so they took it back. Gave me my money back. I decided to buy a brand new one because I didnt wanna buy a used one after that fiasco. I sent the information they needed and they denied it. So I had to pay for the new oven plus pay for the service call on the used one I bought. Im going to cancel this insurance. It doesnt help you at all. Youre just paying them monthly to turn around and say nope doesnt count. For the amount of money I wasted every month I couldve bought a new oven with that money.

    My Husband and I are being HARASSED to death with HomeSafe offers and letters!! Some how this company has gotten a hold of my address in ************ *********. HomeSafe addresses the offers in my Husband's name but I'm the home owner . I already have my home covered with a legitimate company! I definitely Don't fall for SCAM !! This is SCAM through and through. There is a Fake number listed on the offer letter!!

    This company has not given me good customer service. I called within the 30 days to cancel, but since it was on a weekend, they refused to refund my fee and took another month. First, I did call within the 30 days, but had to leave a message. Second, if a company is not just about the money, they should be willing to work with me. This makes me think that they would not be willing to pay claims if I had one. I think I dodged a bullet here, but it cost me!

    After reviewing your account you had surpassed your 30 days. We do not have a voicemail system set up for you to leave a message to cancel. We can only conduct business during business hours and if you were wanting to cancel you have needed to done so before the 30th day which was February 11th, ****. Nevertheless we will authorize one monthly payment to be refunded back to your account. Please allow 3 to 5 business days to see the credit back into your account.

    It is scam and extortion. I have nothing broken down and all working and up to code, but was forced by them to buy policy as they threaten to red list my property if I didn't purchase policy, and I would then be unable to get any other insurance. I belive this is criminal! Beware! I guess I have to select one starr, but I prefer not to give them any starr.

    I was denied coverage on my hot water heater but per my policy I believe it should be covered. They gave me the run around for weeks and would not reach back out after I had requested. I have since dropped my policy and found a cheaper and better option. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    Called and canceled my contract and they continued to take payments from my account several months after it was canceled. called back and they said they could not find the phone call where i had called and canceled it.also even though they took payments out several times after they said they do not issue refunds. judging by my expericance and how much trouble others are having it seems this company basiclly takes your money and runs because they do not stand behind their own contract or give refunds for money that they have takin out after the contract was canceled. horrible company to deal with and i highly recommend avoiding them

    They make it so hard for a claim and deny it , they say contractor coming out for a free estimate but it was $169. And Home ***** will reimburse you thats a lie , just glad they got us for 10 months of payments, I'm disabled and the sales person said they take care of everything , you bet deny and say oh we'll drop your payments but don't fall for it

    Zero stars this company is a complete fraud . Had a policy for approximately 4 years , funds coming directly from my checking each month and when my furnace went last week 1/13/24 -1/18/24 they refused the claim stating it was rust.,yes it was the original furnance . 25 yrs old an Im the original owner of my condo 23 years furnaces dont last 4ever . It was sub zero temperatures and they did care . Im 76 yrs old , no family and had to pay over $7000 for a new furnace out of pocket Bogus is an understatement
