    This company is the worse the company. On my first claim, on a hot water heater, the company refused to pay. They say because the water heater was under warranty they would not pay. Even though the warrant did cover the entire cost of the new water heater and none of the installation. HomeSafe refused to pay anything. I had to pay difference between what the warranty covered and the new price of the new hot water heater and the entire installation cost. To top this, when I tried to cancel my policy, the representative, kept talking trying to talk me into not cancelling even when I told him several times to just cancel the policy. I am going to have to change my bank account so they won't be able to withdraw the money.

    Armis homesafe Warrenty is the worse Warrenty. I am paying them every month since 2 years . First time I need help with my heating and they denied telling me we cover 60k btu only and my furnace was 70k btu. I never new that this company go with the power of furnace I had no idea about this . They have No technician of there own I had to shop around send them 2dignoises from 2 companies and paid them $89 each for comming my home. After doing all this work and spending money and they took two weeks to decide and then ******. Now I got 60k *** and told them to cover and they said u have to have 70k or 75k . Either way they did not want to pay. I think all their customers should check their heating furnace if it is 75k it is Not cover. I cancelled homesafe Warrenty and I want my money back I paid them almost $2000 and got Nothing back

    After the ** colils failed we called local service, they diagnosed replacement of the unit due to frozen coils and leaking water. Claim was filed with Home Safe. I was told to submit estimate for the repair and I had done so as instructed. When I called to check the status I was told they never received. The ** comp. emailed estimate to claims dep. as well. I was told to wait ***** hours. I had feeling it was a scam. I was following closely with them every day several times a day. After they received what required I was told adjuster will contact us. Adjuster never called. I called again but now they needed a pictures of the ** coils. After emailed pictures I was told they see the ice but don't know where is the leaking from. I asked if they have service providers in ** I was told they don't have any. I asked for manager, I was told there is no manager, i asked for website for filing complaint, i was told there is no website and find on my own. I asked for home office address i was told there is no address nobody to write. I asked again for manager and I was told that he will call me later, he never did. I asked to cancel our service to get refund I was told there is no refund. This company is playing games with everyone,the same way. They are fraudulent and need to be shutdown. We don't have working ** for 14 days, in *******. We bought warranty plan and paid in full. We spent 2 weeks on phone calls, each time I was put on hold and bounced from one rep to another to be mislead by them and get nowhere. We were betrayed, we wasted our time and money. We are exchausted stressed out and aggravated. They stole our money like thousands of others customers money. We will not continue to participate in this scam game. We are requesting full refund immediately. The scam is setup to target older customers. This is disgraceful and needs criminal action as well as other authorities involved in order to stopped them in the fraudulent activities and protect the consumers.

    This business is a total scam and they take advantage of elderly citizens. You can't find a single business willing to do business with Homesafe. We never received a copy of our policy. There customer is horrible I asked to speak with a manager/ supervisor numerous times just to get hung up on. This company should be shut down I don't know how they are able to do this!

    I made mistake of saying yes to phone call, services sounded good, I did say yes to their offer . I regret, regret terribly about saying yes over their recorded line, I want cancel to whatever I said yes too. I want my payment back of ***** to my account that it was taken from. Im 79 years old I believe they take advantage of old people, i want my Money back.. I didnt realize what I was getting into.. they were yelling at me when I called to cancel their scam, I hung up, and they continued to yell at me again.. I cant afford the yelling again because of my health. Their nasty people.

    The representative said the company can find a contractor out to my house as I had issues with other home warranty. I live in a small town its hard to find one. He said yes they can. Today my toilet kept filling up. I called to file a claim. Load and behold contractor was not found. They did offer what other home warranty offers which is find your own and I have to fill out all the paperwork. The whole point of getting this is so I wouldn't have to. So no plumber unless I do all the work. So I canceled. They took my payment on Oct 29, i canceled on Oct 31st. BEWARNED THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY IF YOU CANCEL A COUPLE OF DAYS AFTER YOU MADE PAYMENTS. YOU HAVE TO STAY ON FOR A MONTH EVEN THOUGH YOU WILL NEVER USE THEM. DIDN'T EVEN OFFER SOME REFUND JUST STRIGHT UP NO. If I could give zero I would.

    The whole company is a SCAM . three open claims on separate items. One authorized but not reimbursed. 2 denied for ridiculous reasons. They denied claim on circuit board on stove appliance repair company said normal use failure, they as if could be corrosion, technician said possibly but not likely. They denied because of rust,corrosion, sediment, clause they have in contract to avoid water pipe claims. #3 claim on ice maker no response of any kind. TOTAL SCAM COMPANY, please read other reviews, they use same excuses. They cover dispute-resolution by stating you have to use Colorado revolution service. Please Read reviews an responses all same Denial DENIAL, DENIAL

    I originally gave HomeSafe an EXCELLENT review. Because of the issues that I've encountered since, I NO LONGER GIVE THE SAME RATING. I'm ****************** as to the service with claims. I've been told several different policies as to how claims work. I've been on the phone with Armis and HomeSafe and I've not gotten any satisfaction to my problem. I asked for a refund of the monies that I've paid since joining this HORRIBLE RIPOFF service and was told because it's after 30 days, I cannot get refunded. Well for one, you have to wait 20 days before you can make a claim, which means if I wanted to get refunded, I only have 10 days to make a claim. Well I didn't have a need to make a claim until 3 months later, so I'm out of the monies that I've paid into this mess. I referred several individuals to this company. I will inform them of the issues that I've faced. Now I have to wait 24 to 48 hours before I can find out if I will either get my work done or if they're going to FULLY pay for what needs to be done. Also, I was told that I only had to pay $65 as a deductible. The service call was $88, so I have to submit a claim to get reimbursed the difference. This isn't what the plan "ADVERTISE". Everything I've heard about these warranty companies from this experience is TRUE, THEY'RE NOTHING BUT RIPOFFS. THAT'S MY EXPERIENCE.

    The adjuster denied the claim due to rust/corrosion that was stated by the service provider and shown in the images that were sent in as well of the customer's faucet.   The adjuster made the claim decision based off of what the service provider stated in their estimate/diagnosis.

    Buyer beware! Home Safe home warranty protection. Had the warranty including plumbing and electrical systems. Put in a claim for a waste pipe leak, which clearly states waste pipes are covered. Plumber came out sent picture. Had a pin hole in copper pipe and they denied coverage because they said rust and corrosion was not covered. My pipe has a pin hole. It is not rusted or corroded. Then they said it wasn't covered because it looked like someone hit it. So, they insinuated I would poke a copper pipe to make a leek???. In my view, they do not want to cover what is clearly written in the contract. So what other contracted breakdowns would thay find a way out of paying for??? They gladly take your money but won't pay out for repairs. You can go through the hoops and loops for appealing it or fighting it, but in the meantime you have to deal with the issue at hand that needs repair. Canceled the policy and was told the monthly cost would be lowered if I would keep the contract, but they would still not cover the waste pipe. Why would one stay with a company like that?

    I have had home safe and car shield armis for a while now our dishwasher and clothes washer went out and they are just leading ** on a *********** didnt repair anything and wont approve our diagnosis invoices they are stating they want another cortactor/provider to come out and pillar appliance have already came out three times with diagnosis reports that I have emailed in multiple times they are scamming me out of hundreds of dollars so I called them yet again over a several week period and they just keep making up excuses so I told them that I liked having the coverage and if they could send pillar out to fix the appliance I would love to keep the coverage and they didnt car at all very rude! Avoid them at all costs my contract number is Hwf4718076 and the claim numbers are Sr101481 H543880 very disappointing Avoid this company at all cost I would have put 0 starts but it wont let me
