    HOMESAFE is the Marketer/Seller for Armis, LLC, a ********************** Our water heater was leaking. I called Armis to report the leak and was provided a claim number. *********** e-mailed Armis an estimate for the repair. As requested, I e-mailed Armis photos of the leak and the Model Number and Serial Number of the existing water heater. ***** denied the claim. The only reason given was the claim is not eligible for payment at this time. When I asked for a valid explanation of just what that meant, they just repeated that and once the claim was denied it is denied. Armis has a place on their Web Site to dispute the denial Dispute Resolution), but it is useless. Armis has a BBB average rating of ONE STAR out of 5. Avoid HOMESAFE. Their offer is too good to be true. You will just be wasting your money.

    This company is no good, don't purchase a warranty with this company. They tell you they would cover your Appliance and that not true. Now I'm stuck with a bill that they won't pay. That company is full of BS.

    I agree with ****************** Homesafe/Armis is very hard to reach out to anyone in their company except for the ones they have answering the phone and they cause them to tell the untruth because they don't keep their word concerning the time frame of them calling back. When you have done all, they ask, and they say they are experts and technicians, and they won't even send out anyone or accept who you used as a service provider (even after getting a second one upon their supervisor suggestion who states the same as the first service provider unknowingly). It was requested that one of them (Homesafe/Armis) come out since they are technicians and experts, per their verbiage, and they refused to send someone out. They were asked for one of their service providers and the closest one to me was approximately 5 hours away and they stated that the service provider wouldn't come that far therefore they didn't send them. So, what do you do when they refuse everything? They don't approve *********** because they want pictures and when both services providers state because of the location of leaks they can't get them the pictures they need, they keep your money, make excuses, accuses everyone else and refuses to have compassion and use an alternative action and therefore refuses to go further with your claim. I selected the lowest star because I had to, but if I could, I wouldn't give them a star.

    I just canceled with Homesafe, and they had to transfer my call, *** wait, finally, after they figured I'm still waiting, they answer and was very aggressive about how I need to keep my coverage and was talking over me, and cutting me off. Finally I told him that I had things to do and to please cancel my coverage. He got all upset and told me my confirmation number so quickly without giving me a chance to write it, *** then hung up!So, I had to call back to confirm that my coverage did actually get canceled, and and go thru the whole waiting game to talk to someone else, after an hour later, i get confirmation my coverage did get canceled. I have been a customer for about a year, and thankfully didn't need them.I was going thru budget cuts, and remembered how Carshield referred me to Homesafe, did such a crappy job with my car, I camcelled them. They are another ripoff con artist company. So, I researched Homesafe reviews and seen they operate the EXACT same way! They just real good at taking your money and make up excuses to deny the claim.Save your money.The money they take, you can pay someone that knows someone that will fix your issue.Do NOT sign up with Carshield either.Thank you, A Concrete Contractor on a budget.

    ************** I WAS VERY DISSAPPOINTED AFTER PAYING FOR FOUR MONTHS MY WATER HEATER FAILED, THEY DIDN'T BELIEVE THE PLUMBER THAT THEY SENT OUT HAD TO SEND MANY PICTURES. THEY SAID THE PLUMBER SAID THE **** STOPPED NO SUCH THING AND I HAVE A COPY OF THE INVOICE HE SENT THEM IT STATED AGE AND NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR THE **** NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. AFTER A MONTH OF CALLS, BOILING WATER AND COLD SHOWERS I HAD TO PURCHASE ONE MYSELF. CANCELED THE CONTRACT OF COURSE NEVER AGAIN!!!

    Filed a claim submitted all documents pictures included of a AC repair only to be told we need the reason the part faild the fact that the unit was 10 years old was not good enough my repair company ( license and bonded ) said they can't give a reason just old and wore out.. was not enough to pay out on the claim ...my advise is they have enough loop holes to cover there bottoms so they don't have to pay out claims

    I had a Home warranty with Home Safe but canceled it when I had to put in a call for our broken toilet. I called and was told my claim will need to be reviewed and someone will call me back in 3 days. I have a family of 5 and had no working toilet in the home and they told me I had to wait 3 days until the claim gets reviewed. I paid for the plumber to fix the toilet that day, and 3 weeks later got a call back from Home Safe saying they approved the claim. By that time I had canceled the plan and went with American Home Shield.

    This company states that they are going to work with whatever company that you are loyal to.Most companies in my area will not work with "Warranty" companies due to problems getting reimbursed.My air conditioning quit blowing cold and the coolant was 3.5 pounds low and the pressure was lower than expected. The tech thought there might be a leak somewhere. The repair tech added a "Stop leak" product and recharged the coolant. A/C working much better now.HomeSafe denying claim stating that there were no "Pictures of the leak". I sent pictures of the unit and in one picture there is an OBVIOUS copper pipe that is all wet....still denied.Refrigerator compressor fan went out. Had the technician try to spin the defective fan (after taking out of fridge) to show that the fan had failed. I took pictures AND video....company denying claim stating that this was a "Pre-existing condition"...Take the monthly charge that you would spend to have this waste of a warranty and put it in a savings account so you can have your own emergency funds when something breaks.

    Don't ever believe anything they promise you. 2 1/5 weeks of no air in the middle of summer in *******. They kept asking for this picture and this video and more pictures. They finally found one that had a little rust on it so the could deny the claim. It was a hose with a hole that was the problem. But a little rust denies the claim.

    Awful. Theyve declined two legitimate claims over the past I year and both required 3+ weeks to even get them to review the repair estimates. Didnt tolerate them any longer because I needed my dishwasher and fridge working. Even WORSE - dont bother calling them because you will be on hold for 1+ hour and their press * and will call you back is a complete lie. Called from another phone and waited the hour after I pressed the *. Do NOT waste your money
