      I am a former customer of XPO. My customer service rep Randy in ***** ******* ** quoted me a shipment. We approved it. Never received a BOL so the Manufacturer gave them a random BOL that a new guy created. I submitted all information needed for the quote from the owner of the manufacturing company. Now XPO has TRIPLED my bill from the quote received and of course my Rep Randy is trying to crawl out of the quote he made! I am disgusted by the way they are treating their customers recently!
      Last week after 2 days of not picking up our shipment Randy called and gave me a sob story about ****** going out of business and how busy they are and they won't be able to pick up my shipment again and if I had another LTL company to use them! THANK YOU * * * ******** FOR THE SAME DAY PICK UP! * * * is actually a larger company than XPO and crazy how they are managing the ****** shut down! Hats off to * * *!
      DON'T EVER USE XPO FOR YOUR SHIPMENTS!!!

      An order from ****** and shipped using XPO has been significantly delayed by XPO. XPO called at 9:21 on a Monday morning to say they would not be delivering my item on Wednesday. XPO emailed later that same day (3-4 hours later) to set up the same delivery for over a week past the scheduled date. The item is in their possession less than 90 minutes from my location and it will take them almost 10 days to deliver it. I am not sure why the original date was cancelled in the morning and do not know why it takes them 10 days to deliver an item.

      I was going around a rotary in ****** ** on 7/17/23 and truck with plate ******* didn’t yield before he merged, pushing me off the road. They make it impossible to file a complaint through their company.

      Absolutely horrible. I ordered a couch from Living Spaces and the couch was suppose to be here in the time frame of 6/29-7/8. Well is July 14th and it will be a month since I ordered the couch. The couch has been sitting at his company since June 20th. They lied and said it was because the 4th of July it was delayed when in fact they had a whole week to deliver the couch which was 4 hrs away!! Please save your time and don’t order from Living Spaces they use this dishonest and unprofessional company.

      Had to ship a product back to seller. Set up shipment through a broker. Dropped off package at terminal where the person receiving was lost, confused, didn’t know what they were doing and almost put a hole through package. AFTER product was delivered, received an email saying they were charging me additional $222 (which is almost as much as original price) for “excessive length” I repackaged item before shipping back to seller and did not package it the same way therefore it was shorter than original delivery. If there was a problem with “excessive length” of package, it should have been addressed before delivery and not delivered. It never should have left the terminal if this was the case. The broker will also be getting a negative review due to their involvement in this attempt to squeeze more money from a client. Terrible business practice and crappy customer service.

      Do not use this shipping company. They are completely incompetent. I have spent hours on the phone and still have not receieved our delivery nor been able to get it rescheduled. I have spoken to several "Resolution Specialist" who have been completely ineffective answering any question or resolving any issue. They instead apologize profusely, with no solution or resolution. An apology with out change is just manipulation. Lesson learned.

      Terrible customer experience.
      Also a shipping business that isn't open on a Saturday. Holding important packages set to be delivered then changed. If I can avoid it. I'll never use anyone who uses this carrier. Parcels sitting in locations for WAY to long. $150 in shipping to no receive my expensive equipment.

      Lost my product from **** ***** even though tracking number stated it was delivered to their company dock in ***** ** **** *** *** ** F**** ** ****** Was delivered there June 20th 2023 and was supposed to be delivered July 3rd 2023 but was not delivered I called the XPO Logistics company and they told me they didn't have my product in stock at dock.

      The most appalling service ever. Same thing as previous reviews. Falsely reported as not at home having taking a big effort to be there for the delivery and having confirmed that I would be there via calls and texts.

      I placed an order on 5/27. It was scheduled for delivery on 6/8. This was for our weekend home. I drove 6 hours only to be here for the delivery. I left a business and a child moving to college next week to be here. I checked the delivery this am that was scheduled between 8 am and 8 pm. It said it was cancelled because I refused delivery. I called XPO and she said, I didn't refuse it it was damaged and the receiving carrier. Now, here is the kicker...It arrived at the receiving facility on JUNE 2 (6 days) and I received no notification about the damage until I called. There was NO communication at all. The response I got was, "I'm sorry for your inconvenience." DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THAT WILL BE SHIPPED FROM XPO!
