      This company is a joke! My fish was sent from ***** ********* ** ******** and it was lost due to your employees' complete lack of professionalism. When ***** ********* reached out to them because it showed delivered, their company said it was lost. Then they weren't professional enough to reach out to either party and inform us that it was lost. Instead they just marked it as delivered! How do you lose a 7 foot box that has a tracking number? It has to be sitting somewhere!?! $3800 isn't a small "our bad"! DO NOT USE! I would give a 0 star rating if possible!!

      Terrible freight service and terrible customer service. If I could give zero stars I would.
      XPO Freight was third-party freight service that vendor used to deliver COD--which meant I was supposed to pay their fee upon delivery. My phone number was clearly on their paperwork. Instead, they dumped this heavy pallet (about 175lb) in my neighbor's muddy vineyard. They never called my number. They FORGED MY SIGNATURE! I tried repeatedly to contact customer service about this illegal activity and poor service. I could never get through and no one has ever returned my call. Instead, they have sent the invoice to collections.

      Worse freight company i ever dealt with. Would not deliver inside my house even though I paid for inside delivery and it was clearly written in their bill of landing

      Absolutely horrible company! The delivery guys came out and moved our old fridge and said we needed to hire a plumber because the valve was faulty. I asked him if it was just the excess water in the line. So I said ok, I’ll turn off the water to the house. Take the old fridge and bring in the new one and hook it up. They refused and after about 30 mins of arguing with these idiots they drove off with our new fridge. Mind you all of the items from the fridge are sitting out waiting to be transferred over. They leave, I turn the main water line back on to the house and check the valve behind the fridge. It’s perfectly fine, no leaking whatsoever! Called and filed a complaint with the company and of course the first question they ask me was if the water line was copper. Shady shady shady!!! And this isn’t the first time having an issue with this third party delivery company!

      This is a shady and unreliable company. I had 4 appliances that were to be delivered and installed. It took weeks when it should have been one day.
      -only one person knew what was going on with my order in the entire company, corporate and local; terrible communication within the company and with the customer
      -scheduled non-licensed installers to install a gas stove
      -installers didn’t come with correct equipment and asked to borrow my husband’s tools
      -used zip ties to install piping
      -had to come back several times because each time they didn’t have correct parts, tools, or equipment; I had to take a day off work each time
      -made me hire a plumber to disconnect a hose that they claimed was unsafe; the licensed plumber said they were just being lazy
      -did not reimburse for plumber after their own representative told me to submit my claim
      -never heard back from the claim; it’s been close to a year

      The company made an error in scheduling a delivery and refused to waive storage fees until the item could next be delivered. They claimed a liftgate was not approved and therefore the order could not be shipped, even though I had a voicemail from them indicating that the liftgate had been approved prior to scheduling the delivery. I was told that the storage fees would be waived at one point, then later was called back by the company and told that they would not be waived because they blamed the shipper for not requesting the liftgate, even though the liftgate was approved before I called them to finalize the delivery date that they did not meet. Both myself and the shipper had to call multiple times to simply get the item sent back to the shipper. Unfortunately I cannot recommend using this company due to their disorganization, lack of communication, and reluctance to take responsibility for their mistakes.

      AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
      I have never encountered a bigger nightmare in my life. Everything seemed to be going well with Stonelocator, but things quickly spiraled out of control and turned into a nightmare. The stone order went smoothly, but it all started with the deliveries, which were two in total. They used the infamous XPO Logistics company.
      The horror I went through is difficult to describe. I had to unload 4000 lbs with the driver who actually didn't have the necessary equipment, and we had to search for makeshift materials to help unload the cargo. That's how I injured myself, and I still have back pain from it.
      The second delivery was even worse. A man who was definitely half-asleep came and could barely move. I asked him if he had the necessary equipment to unload the stones, which were 5 pallets in total weighing 6400lbs. He muttered something and we continued to walk towards the truck. I told him to leave the stones with the others at the end of the driveway, which was about 50ft away, and all he had to do was push them down. However, he muttered something again and asked me with a scowl if I would help him. But this time I couldn't help him, given the situation from the previous delivery.
      And so the driver got into the cab and left. The nightmare continued the next day. XPO decided that the fault was mine and demanded $805 + $350 storage fee per day for a redelivery. Given the situation, I had to hire people to deliver the stones, which cost me an additional $800. And I pray to God that I don't have any future business with these companies. XPO is an absolute horror, and Stonelocator also turned out to be unable to help in any way. Dear people, be careful not to find yourself in my situation.

      Lying untrustworthy company!! Had a pool delivered, my kids have been saving up for this pool. They say they delivered on porch, took a pic and everything but must have stuck my package back in his truck after snapping a quick picture because it was NOT there when I got home. Never got delivered notification nothing, no email nothing at all! Never even the 30 minute headsup nothing after your package will be delivered today. Because who would steal a 267 pound box off my rural road that only 3 people live on including us! Didn't have cameras to prove this but having police report done today so I can hopefully get refunded by Amazon! Will never use this company again!! Lying theives!!!!

      I have never worked with a less coordinated, less helpful, less reliable company in my entire life in any field. I had a shipment that was over a week late, arrived to the dock, then when I went to pick it up (after having paid for residential delivery) they shipped it to another state that morning. I was told it would be back that day, again spoke to 4 people and was lied to again. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever dealt with and had to call in at least 4 times, go in to their dock in person, and emailed a 3rd party over 10 times to try to get 1 single shipment. I hope I NEVER have the displeasure of working with XPO again.

      I was called and given a delivery window for my package and when the time came around I had to call the company to ask where my package was and they informed me that they lost it.
