      This company SUCKS! I ordered from **** who has been great, but unable to fully help due to delivery services being rescheduled 5+ times! My dresser is still not delivered! No phone call even addresses the issue as they keep telling me to wait. I keep rescheduling through ****, nobody can get me my stuff! I am a night shifter and losing sleep waiting up for these deliveries!

      I scheduled an appointment to have a delivery made and had to take a day off work, they send a message at 7am saying that it was canceled for that day. I called and was told they could deliver it the next day. So I take that day off from work to. Once again they cancel the appointment. After the second time I told them I didn't want it. Seems like they only have one driver and can't make up appointments. The customer service was terrible and would make appointments that they couldn't keep.

      3 days taken off from work, 2 reschedules from XPO and then they arrived 1.5 hours earlier than the appointment window of 3-6 with NO phone call informing me. Customer service couldn't even find order, kept telling me they had to end chat to keep lines open. Finally got a hold of a manager, and she couldn't reach anyone at the Buffalo NY dispatch location. Drivers basically got paid to drive from ******* ** ********* to do nothing, by not following their own protocol of calling the customer before the delivery . At this point I will cancel the $600 order with ****** and they can deal with this company. Honestly, the worst overall and customer service experience I've had in my 47 years on this planet.

      XPO was the company chosen to deliver my refrigerator by *******.
      They brought the appliance to my home but in the process caused damage to my stairs and failed to place it in the requested location.
      They placed the fridge in our garage in the meantime and asked us to reschedule so they could get more people to help move it since it was heavy,
      This is where things went further south, We scheduled an appointment with them and then proceed to have it cancelled. We again, follow the email prompt to schedule another appointment and again get it cancelled last minute.
      Frustrated, we call XPO support to try and complete the delivery since the appliance is sitting as a paperweight in our garage. They gave us a whole "Don't Worry" spiel and scheduled a 3rd Appointment. Well, the day comes and we get a call from them indicating they have to cancel at the last minute.
      I have tried to have patience with this company but this entire process has been nearly two whole weeks to move a refrigerator into our kitchen -_-
      If I could move the fridge myself I would have done so but our home has stairs and I can't do it alone.
      They have lied to us, damaged our property and wasted our time. I asked them to straight up tell us if they can't deliver it and they gave us assurance they would do it but then didn't deliver.
      This has been a waste of our time, our patience and caused physical damage to our property.
      Would take caution to anyone who has to deal with this company.
      This experience really stank and left us wishing we had never had the misfortune of dealing with them.

      XPO spun off RXO and changed the name to reflect “reliability and outperformance.” The only thing reliable about this company is the unreliability. You can always count on them to never deliver. They have failed to deliver a basic item from Ikea for over 3 weeks. They have failed to even reach out to me when they missed the first delivery date of 4 Jan 2023. I had to call Ikea who rescheduled with RXO. Then they missed the 14th of January and auto rescheduled for the 15th without my consent and then proceeded to miss that too. Then I called back today (16 Jan) as it says over the tracking link that it is “out for delivery” and they said the truck is delayed and it’s not out for delivery and that this would have to be escalated. They are fundamentally failing at the sole purpose of their business in a way that affects customers of OTHER companies directly. All operations executives should be fired and replaced with competent individuals who understand how to build efficiencies. It’s hard to believe legitimate companies associate themselves with this fraudulent business. Last 4 # of my tracking is *****

      RUDE ON PHONE
      I ordered from Lockers.com (Salsbury Industries). They chose XPO to make delivery. I saw a call from an XPO, but did not answer because I thought it was spam. When I got another call the next day, I checked voicemail. I had a message telling me urgently to call back ASAP since storage was accumulating on the shipment. When I called XPO, the guy who answered focused on the fact that they had called me more than once, and wanted to know why I had not called back. I explained. Then he told me that they didn't even have the item I ordered and it would not be in for another week, and to hold and they'd reach back out when they received it. Then he starting haranguing me again about not answering their call, and he wanted to know where they could call where I would actually pick up the phone. My comments here do not reflect the tone and the back and forth. It felt like I was being pranked by the Jerky Boyz, and he was seeing how far he could push me. Very unprofessional calls on the VM, and on the phone.

      NON-DELIVERY
      After waiting 4 hours during the delivery window (taking a half day off of work), XPO was a NO SHOW. They did not call or communicate in any way. When I called their number to inquire, it just rang and no one answered - either in person or an auto-attendant.

      I was supposed to have a delivery and after waiting an entire day it was rescheduled and now I have to wait another week for it. Completely unacceptable business practices.

      Peloton has very nice customer service, but words and action are two different things, XPO their parent co. for delivery did damage 2x on 2 separate delivers, they acknowledged the damage, sent them everything still 4 months later no reimbursement, so much of my time spent, spending 2 months with Peloton and they will not make right, Peloton went downhill when the owner was ousted recently it's a for profit now not doing what's right and building a name, it's not the same co. see reviews they are simply not paying on any claims NO integrity, going on 4 months and they are playing a bad game with me on a $100 claim

      XPO, aka RXO, was responsible to deliver some furniture, The original date was set to 12/18. They sent us the "link" to "track" our package along with a time window from 9am to 9pm and note that they will contact us to review the time window and that the driver will contact us 30 mins prior to delivery. NO contact was made on 12/18, When I called, they said the same thing. Rescheduled for 12/9, then 12/20 with the same excuses and terrible service. We got fed up and rented a van to pickup the stuff ourselves. 2 days later, I am STILL getting delivery texts about my delivery being on it's way LOL. I called them to let them know how terrible the service was and to tell them that I already have my items, they are STILL CONVINVCED, that they are delivering a package to my house LOL. What a joke of a company. what scam. Oh and When I got to the store and talked to the warehouse manager about my order, they have a note saying that the RXO driver(s) actively refused to take my package because it was "too heavy", 3 times LOL

      Its hard to describe how terribly incompetent this company is at every level. Ordered a microwave direct from *** which foolishly contracts with this shameful excuse for a logistics company. So far, they have canceled the delivery twice, after having provided me confirmation and a delivery window the day before or the day of delivery. In both cases, they never had the decency to call to tell me they had canceled. So that's twice I had to take a half day off work to be at home for the delivery which equates to a loss of as whole day's pay,. Customer service is a joke. If they don't disconnect you, your call is routed to a foreign customer service center that only has the capability to reschedule the delivery and provide an insincere "I'm sorry". But unlike a reputable delivery service that will reschedule a failed delivery for the very next day , at XPO, you go back to the end of the que, which in my case caused the delivery to be delayed between 7 and 9 days. So later this week, I will take another half a day off work ad will be docked another half day's pay waiting for these clowns to show up. But I really don't blame XPO for all they have out me through. In my case, the real one to blame is **, which continues to contract with this grossly inadequate company, as its delivery agent. ** hasn't done their due diligence because if they did, they would have never engaged such a terrible provider. I know one thing for sure, I probably will never buy another ** product and if I did, I would never buy it directly from the company on its website. XPO makes it pretty clear they don't work to please the consumer, because the consumer is not their client. Their clients are the manufacturers and retailers that contract XPO for its delivery services and they should be the ones held accountable..
