      These people are a nightmare. They were supposed to deliver something on December 5th it never happened they canceled 5 hours before they were supposed to deliver. They were supposed to deliver something yesterday December 14th we sat there all day they never came then they sent a message saying they would come the 15th which is today then this morning I received a message saying they would be here the 19th then I received a message saying they would be here the 27th. I ordered on November 23rd it was supposed to be here within 7 to 14 days. I contacted them numerous times they hung up on me three times when I asked to speak with a supervisor. I wrote a letter to them and email they never replied I wrote another email no response and now I've written a third. I've contacted the seller and they are not much better. I am at a loss this is the most ridiculous horrible customer service I have ever had to deal with these people should be closed down. The times that I called and requested to speak with a supervisor I didn't even get anybody who spoke proper English their English was so broken and poor you could hardly even understand them.

      Drivers called me to inform me they would arrive within 30 mins. After an hour, still no delivery driver. No call back to inform late. Nothing. I had to contact the driver myself and inquire and was told estimated 15 minutes. It’s now 50 mins late and just showing up. One driver stated window is 10-2 and can show up anytime. Why give a 30 min advance call saying you’ll be there if you aren’t? This is the problem with businesses and delivery services. No respect or regard for other people and their daily tasks or jobs. This company is another example of poor customer service and not having decency to contact recipient when you’re running late or not meeting your own time. I bet if the driver showed up and I was not present, they’d leave and not wait. Where is the accountability for the business?

      TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE AND COMPANY!!! Don’t follow their own protocols. They do not care. Call center tells you anything they want to, including lies in regards to when the delivery will be and how they will fix it. With nothing ever happening!!! Idk why **** ***** contracts with such an undependable company. Worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

      WORST COMPANY EVER !!!
      Going to contact the National and Local News station.
      Countless failed deliveries. We’ve made arrangements countless times to wait for a delivery that never showed up. Three months we’ve been waiting for our Samsung appliances that’s sitting in their warehouse in ****** *** The "customer services agents" are in a call center halfway across the world with no clue what they're doing. They give false information and the run around! SOOOO SHADY!!! MY APPLIANCES WERE STOLEN!! Contacting the NEWS STATION! CHANNEL 7 ON YOUR SIDE

      If I could give this company 0 stars, I still wouldn’t be happy with the rating. I can’t believe a major company like ******* would even consider entrusting a company like this with their customers. I have been rescheduled so many times, for various reasons, that I’m starting to believe my bike will never come. It’s been well over a month since my original delivery cancellation. Every employee that I speak with spits out the same pre written response with absolutely no regard to what I am saying. I have been “guaranteed” that my delivery would not be delayed again every time I have spoken to someone on the phone or email, only to get a poorly written text the night before saying my order cannot be delivered as scheduled. I have wasted so much time making arrangements to be available for their delivery, just to be cancelled on by this company. As much as I want my bike, I’m not sure it’s worth this headache. At this point, I’d rather go with a competitors product if it means my bike would actually show up!

      XPO lost our drum. A month later, XPO said they broke the drum of oil and disposed it without our knowledge or consent.
      Be careful with class and insurance! they refuse to pay! we are at lost of over $21,000- spoke to **** ****** (XPO) attorney and still refuse to pay even with picture and accepting they fault

      Cannot believe a company like ******* uses a company like this to deliver orders. They have rescheduled delivery without notifying me 3x in the last week. Every time I talk to a different customer service agent they give me a different reason for rescheduling, indicating that they are lying. Management is also completely incompetent and will lie to you in order to get you off the phone with them. If you want a peloton I would recommend ordering it off of ****** so you do not end up with XPO handling your delivery.

      This company is a joke. I've had to reschedule my delivery 3 times due to their negligence. Lost time at work waiting at home for deliveries, and their customer service could care less. Customers are at their mercy, and they are not willing to take responsibility for their errors or correct them. I would leave ZERO Stars if I could.

      XPO logistics delivery is the worst I have ever experienced. They attempted 5 times to come. I ordered a washer dryer. 1st time they come with washer only and a broken dryer. They said they will do replacement with the retailer for me and they rescheduled the 2nd time and never came. They told me they never received the replacement. So I called the retailer to get replacement order. The 3rd time they came with a dryer with no cord. So I re-scheduled 4th time and they canceled because they found out they forgot the right cord on the truck. I reached out to supervisor and she confirmed they will have right ones installed in the next 2 days. Today the fifth times they still come with no wires, the deliver order was a mistake, they said they come for microwave instead. They are totally ridiculous. I wasted 5 work days!!!!!

      Four failed deliveries. We’ve made arrangements four time to wait for a delivery that never showed up. For nearly two months we’ve been waiting for a refrigerator that’s in their warehouse in Edison NJ. Every time I contact customer service they let me know “there’s nothing they can do.” The refrigerator is from Samsung. They also are not able to help since it’s out of their hands. They’ve essentially stolen a product from us at this point. Not sure what to do next
