      I would give a ZERO if I could. This company has horrible communication, horrible business practices. They shouldn't be allowed to keep contracts with places like ******* **** ***** *** ******* since they can't seem to get items delivered. I had an issue with an order for ***** back in August, and ended up going through ******* for my refrigerator. That was shipped by a different company. This time I went through ******* to get my washer and dryer - and the contract for delivery was through XPO. They canceled the day it was supposed to be delivered, but I only found out because I called. Then they rescheduled for today a week and half later. They called an hour after the start of my delivery time (4-8p) and said the drivers couldn't get to my washer and drying so instead they were driving home.... So their Drivers were getting off 2 1/2 hours early because "they couldn't get to my stuff" VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... They need to get drivers that can do their job.

      I was supposed to receive a new refrigerator today, October 10th. I received an e-mail confirmation on October 7th for a time of 3:30 - 7:30 pm. At 4:30 pm, I noticed no movement, so I reached out to the company and was told - they decided not to deliver today. No one bothered to tell me, call, or anything. They just were not going to show. Then they reschedule it for 2 days later - can't even deliver the next day.
      Horrible customer service and horrible delivery service. I do not recommend them.

      I purchased kitchen appliances (including installation and haul away) from ***********. XPO Logistics was supposed to deliver and install all appliances within 7 days of delivery. When they delivered, only one appliance (fridge) was installed. The rest of the appliances sat in the kitchen for over 1 month. XPO kept scheduling and cancelling numerous appointments. When they finally arrived, they stated they could not install the range because it needed a propane conversion and they do not do conversions. I finally has to hire a local plumber to install the range for over $600.

      I have had three shipments from XPO. The first was my flooring which they "lost" and finally delivered extremely late when they "found" it. The second was a dryer which they damaged and the third was a replacement dryer which they also damaged. This company is awful and their customer service is even worse. I am now out about $900 because I didn't think they would damage two dryers in a row and did not check for damages before the 15 day grace period. I will not do business with any company that uses them ever again. Make sure XPO isn't delivering your stuff and if they are cancel and get your money back, it's not worth it.

      Customer service is a joke. Zero communication. No called/no-showed with a delivery. Have been put on hold for a few hours combined. Have been told "we will call you back", just to never receive a phone call. I even called their complaint line just to be hung up on before I even get a word out. What gives?! I was even LAUGHED at by one of their "customer service" employees when I was expressing my frustration of having a $3,000 table be RETURNED to the hub due to "the order being rescheduled enroute". I mean, c'mon... You're telling me that my table was loaded up in a truck, driven around *** and taken BACK to the ********* hub? Pathetic. Wish I could give them zero stars.

      A stupid decision to purchase a mattress which would be delivered by XPO. I made the order on Sep 6th of a ***** Mattress. And the expected delivery date they sent to me is 09/19. On September 10th, XPO told me that they need to delay my delivery without any reason. During the entire communication, their employee shows No patience, no respect. They told me that I had no choice. The only thing I can do is to reschedule and wait. And I scheduled 09/24 with their employee. Just in case, I asked them to send me the confirmation text and email. Then today, another employee from XPO called Bernard C***** told me that they did not help me successfully schedule the time. The earliest date became 09/28. I told them I have the email and text with the confirmed date. She told me again that I have no choice, the only thing I can do is to reschedule and wait. The same, no patience, bad attitude. I cannot stay at home for the whole day during weekdays to wait for the mattress. So, that means, the earliest date I can reschedule is Oct 1st which is my birthday. That means, I need to wait at home for the whole day for the mattress. And that day is my birthday. Let’s see whether they will delay and lie to me again before the new date.

      Not to be dramatic, but I think this is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Their service is horrible.
      Twice now on 2 different orders they have rescheduled in the late afternoon of the delivery date for the following week. Twice now we have waited for them to deliver appliances and they canceled last second.
      Both times I called to try and resolve the issue. The first time (washer and dryer) they were able to get someone out a few days early to deliver the appliances. But on this most recent delivery, they have not done that.
      The scheduling issues are their fault. They have had our appliances for 2.5 weeks now, but they overbook themselves and reschedule. I didn't have a choice working with this company, as we bought our appliances through ******** I would not have worked with them again if I had a choice.
      Customer service has very poor mannerisms. The people I spoke with didn't seem to care, and were quite rude when I called to complain to them. I waited on hold for a "solution specialist" for 20 minutes.

      One star is too much ordered a refrigerator from ******* I blame them for contracting delivery to a ****** company. I have taken off from work 3 separate times received an e-mail night before saying what delivery time range would be next day a call saying can’t deliver that day. That was the first 2 times then after a call to ******* and someone at xpo I was assured that wouldn’t happen again now today no show not even a call I called them and they tried to tell me the product just got to them. Lies. They send you a tracker it’s been with them for a month. No satisfaction from them or ******* order cancelled

      If I could give 0 stars I would. Took the day off to ensure delivery of my LG appliances and XPO logistics did not bother calling me to let me know they were outside and just left. The only reason why I knew is because I had been tracking them all day via delivery email. I’ve talked to numerous reps who were not helpful and now I have to reschedule this product! Very unprofessional company.
