      Would rate zero stars if that was an option. Ordered from **** 8/24. Paid for in home delivery and was scheduled 9/14. Received the text night before saying delivery window was 2-6pm. Rearranged schedule to be available. Got to be 6 and no delivery so I called customer service. Told me driver had family emergency and needed to reschedule. Why didn’t they let me know delivery was canceled wtf? No deliveries available until Monday 9/19 but we set it up. Then I get a call back saying there’s actually availability on Friday 9/16. Great! Getting transferred to **** ppl and they say Friday is not available but the next day Thursday 9/15 is. Great so I schedule it. Doesn’t come the next day. Then I call customer service again and they say order just got to warehouse and it’s “on hold” (WTF!!!).
      Schedule order for Monday 9/19 and I get text message confirmation. Monday morning comes and haven’t gotten a text with time slot so I call customer service AGAIN. Order isn’t being delivered today… ok this is getting absolutely ridiculous I feel like I picked up an extra part time job calling XPO Logistics. Still unresolved.
      I will avoid buying from any company that uses XPO logistics from now on.

      This company is the Worst!!!! Was supposed to get a delivery for a Washer from a Major Discount Club. They called me to schedule the delivery. On the delivery day, I got a call from them asking to reschedule. THEY CANCELLED AND RESCHEDULED ON ME 4 TIMES!!!!. They kept rescheduling the delivery so I finally decided to cancel the order and get the refund after the 4th cancellation.

      I ordered a major appliance from ****** and expected them to use a reputable shipping company, but now that I look at the reviews here, I can tell they did not. The 4-hour estimated delivery window expired 2.5 hours ago and I still have not heard when the items will be delivered. I have called the support line 6 times and they do and tell me the same thing every time. They send a message to the driver and send an email. It is now way too late for the delivery and installation to happen, but they keep telling me that it is out for delivery. They can't even tell if the driver is receiving the messages. It seems like this company is stuck in the 1990's.
      Very disappointed customer. :(

      This will be the worst of all you read. We bought a ******* shed from ******. It was delivered by **** Logistics. But one of the doors was not right, So we reordered a new door to be sent to us from *******. They were sending it complimentary and they used XPO Logistics. When it was to be delivered we requested to leave it on the side of the house. It never showed up on the delivery date. We tried to find out why to no avail. Then XPO started sending us collection notices for keeping the door in storage. And saying we owed the $686.25 in storage fees. More than the cost of the original. We were bombarded with invoices for a year and told they were sending us to a collection agency. We talked with ******* and they supposedly talked to XPO and straightened things out. We have not heard from them for quite awhile. Now lo and behold today we started getting collection notices again.

      They have a foreign call-center which ultimately is unable to do anything to help. They screw up and it takes them 7 days to re-delivery. You can never speak with anyone at the actual site.
      See the other reviews posted here for some clear examples.
      I bought mine from LG directly so I blame them for the poor service

      We ordered a refrigerator ******* refrigerator and anxiously awaited its delivery today. When the item arrived visibly damaged, the driver asked my husband to "take a look before we deliver". The front-facing freezer door was severely dented so my husband asked "why would the warehouse send this out with obvious damage?" The driver said "we told them about the damage and they said 'deliver it anyway'. My husband then asked for a phone number to reach this person's boss and was told "I don't have a boss". 3 calls and 2 live chats with XPO later, Nathaniel (Customer Service), Donna (Resolutions Specialist) Nicole E (Live Chat Agent), all recited the same thing: the item will be returned to the warehouse, needs to then be returned to ******* and ******* will ship out a new one. I asked approximately how long this would take and was repeatedly told they didn't know. Nathaniel at least did the "I apologize Ma'am" bit but Donna didn't, was condescending and didn't express any empathy whatsoever. There was also a loud rooster crowing in the background that I had to try to speak over causing further frustration. My husband called separately while I was dealing with this and was told the process would take 3 days and given a confirmation number ********* for that timeframe. When I asked the folks noted above to whom I was still speaking to confirm this they said there was no mention of the call OR the confirmation number OR the 3-day window in the order record. I am now on hold with ******* and hope that they conduct business better than this company does. I don't know how XPO stays in business and from what I've read in other reviews I see I'm not the only one. I'm hoping there will be repercussions for this type of lousy service but not sure a path to that end exists anymore. I'm also hoping that this is that avenue. After having removed all our food from the existing appliance in anticipation of the new one, my husband and I are disgusted with this company.

      COMPLETE SCAMMERS. Package never arrived, no responses from company, and multiple attempts on my part.
      Seen this numerous times as Amazon scammers use this site all the time. They provide FAKE TRACKING for shipments from overseas.
      NOT A REAL SHIPPING COMPANY!!!

      I purchased a refrigerator from a mainstream company that uses XPO logistics in the ********** Area. My delivery was scheduled for Monday. I received an email and text that read the refrigerator would be delivered between 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. I called 10:00 that day to see if the delivery window could be shortened a bit. The customer service representative had a nice demeanor and let me know that the delivery was overbooked and that it would need to be rescheduled. I don't know when XPO was planning to let me know that information on their own, but the delivery was changed to Friday. I took off another day of work to be home for the delivery Friday and was given a window of 11:00 to 3:00. Since I was given a shorter delivery window, my food was put into coolers by 11:00. Just before 2:00, I saw a lease truck outside my house. I live on a street with no outlet and observed the truck driving away. I thought the driver was trying to find a place to turn around. I heard the truck back up and observed the passenger taking a photo of my house. The truck then backed up and drove away. I went outside to talk with the driver, but couldn't catch him. I then saw the notice online that read, "Customer not available, could not deliver." No one came to the door or called me 30 minutes ahead of time. I was told by XPO that they couldn't contact the driver and only could send an email to the dispatcher. I called the company where I purchased the refrigerator and after 1 hour, they had the XPO rep on the phone who told me they could only reschedule the delivery because the truck was back and would not go out again. It was 3:15 at the time and they deliver from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. I cancelled the refrigerator, that the XPO rep knew about, and purchased the same one from another vendor so I didn't have to work with XPO. Saturday morning I received an email to reschedule the refrigerator.

      My input is going to be pretty much what everyone else has been. They are shysters.
      When they didn't show I called, was told that the phone number was wrong. They made up a number that wasn't mine. Said they called it & I told them that I lived in another state. That was a lie. Not my number & I was sitting in the house waiting on them. But they had a picture of my home. They said they would correct phone number but items would have to go back to warehouse & I would have to reschedule.
      Rescheduled, again stayed home all day waiting, checking tracking info, then bam checked & tracking said it was not going to be delivered. I called again this time they said that the address given was not an accurate address & there were no houses near. I reminded them that they had been there before because they had taken a picture of my home.
      Asked to talk to a supervisor/manager, was told no I'd have to wait on a callback. I said no I wanted to talk to someone now. They put me on hold came back on & said they couldn't get a hold of driver or supervisor & I would have to wait on callback & it could take up to 48 hours to hear back. I don't expect to hear anything from them. Already contacted company I ordered from & asked them to please not do business with these people. Terrible company!
