      Don’t waste your time on these shoes or company! I ordered my regular size and they were way too big. Not only was I unhappy with the quality of the shoe but now I had to be responsible for paying the shipping to return them. I’m still waiting for my refund which is way less than what I paid. At the end…if I do receive my refund, I’ll be down at least $30. DO NOT BUY FROM THE INVINCIBLE SHOE!!!

      I am in disbelief after reading all these reviews. I ordered a pair on 10/12/23 and didn’t know anything about the company. Got to reading on here and saw all the horrible reviews. On 10/13/23 I asked for a refund via email. They immediately refunded my money right back to my debit card. Today 10/25/23 I received the shoes!! They are very well made and I cannot wait to try them out. I never was contacted by anyone from the company. Thank you the invincible shoe. This is not bs. I am a working man with a family to support.

      Stay away!!!
      I ordered shoes and have not received!!
      I paid for a pair of shoes and never received them. I have contacted the company and was told they would send them within a week. It’s been a month and I still have no shoes. Plus they company has stop responding to my inquiries!!

      Ordered shoes for my husband and they came in and were at least 1-2 sizes small. Had to pay $15 for a return to exchange. Never received the second pair. At least 10 emails and they finally reimbursed part of my money. They are definitely a scam company. I wish I'd read the reviews sooner.

      Shoes were totally wrong sizing. I tried to return, took me 16 days of emailing and calling to get an RMA. Sent them back, they had them for another 3 weeks and I had to call to get them to process the return. Ultimately I got the replacements 66 days after I returned the first pair. Customer service is horrible. The phone absolutely NEVER gets answered under any circumstances and they respond to emails about 20% of the time.
      Will never buy from there again

      I ordered 2 pair of these shoes for my husband and we have NOT received them. It had been over a month. Sent them an email asking for a status update and have gotten NO response.

      Fraudulent! This a Chinese wholesaler! Product is terrible, and not as advertised. These shoes are NOT OIL RESISTANT AND CAUSED A SERIOUS INJURY ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. THESE SHOES/ THIS COMPANY IS DANGEROUS

      IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. CONSUMERS SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WAIT 2 WEEKS FOR A RETURN LABEL WHEN THIS COMPANY OFFERS AND STATES ON THEIR WEBSITE RETURNS AND REFUNDS FOR UNUSED ITEMS. NO WHERE ON IT DOES IT STATE YOU HAVE TO REQUEST THE RETURN LABEL AND WAIT A MONTH FOR IT!
      IF YOU WANT QUALITY ITEMS, WE DONT NEED TO ORDER FROM ***** TO GET IT. AND HAD I KNOWN THAT, I WOULD NEVER HAVE PLACED ORDER AS THEY USE A NY PHONE NUMBER AND ADDRESS TO LURE IN CUSTOMERS.

      Scam alert , buyer beware, this company took my money giving useless tracking numbers tell me to be patient, every time I contact them for an update they just keep adding weeks to the order, when I text them to call me they text back the phone lines are down,they told me they won’t cancel the order and refund my money, until I can send them back the purchase, which I have never received, this is going on six weeks, this is hands down the worst internet experience I have ever had in my life,
