      Ordered a pair of shoes on Aug 2. Order was confirmed and supposibly shipped. I contacted the company on Aug 15th wondering if my order had shipped. This was the first response;

I completely understand your frustration, and I would have felt the same if I were in your shoes. Unfortunately, we encountered a stock issue that caused these delays, but I want to assure you that we are actively working to resolve it.
      I'm happy to inform you that your order has now been dispatched, and you can expect to receive it within a week from now. We will provide you with a tracking number very soon so you can keep an eye on your package.
      We greatly appreciate your cooperation and patience with us regarding this order. If there's anything else we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to let us know.

      Your order is in transit and moving towards its destination, Don't worry it will be arriving soon. But it seems like the tracking of this package hasn't been updated yet, We are going to contact the courier service to look into this matter. Don't worry we will get back to you soon.

      They currently advetise on Instagram. I don't expect to get my money refunded. $83.95. Total scam site. Do NOT buy anything from them.

      I ordered these shoes looking for something slimmer and more comfortable than a regular safety shoe. After a day of wearing them I hated them. The soles inside the shoe slipped all around often bunching up under my feet leaving them highly uncomfortable. Also the shoe was just generally loose and poor fitting. I emailed support after the second day of wearing them and asked for a return based on my experience. They basically just flat out told me no because I wore them already. I wore them for 2 days and had a bad experience both days. Not sure how else I could tell the soles were going to fall out of them each time I took the shoes off. Overall poorly made shoe with even worse customer service. These will be going in the trash can.

      So for starters they do a very good job appearing to be a USA based company but they just drop ship from ****** This wouldn't be a problem if it was actually translated to the customer prior to getting a shipping conformation. It really makes quick returns and size changes a pain.
      After learning they were shipping from ***** I tried to cancel my order the day after I placed it but they offer no way of canceling on the website. So I sent an contact us email thru the site with all my info but never received any type of followup and my order was completed and shipped. The order was placed on June 5th and they arrived yesterday the 23rd so the fast shipping is a joke and so is the customer service.
      The shoes are very cheap feeling and offer very little support, I have very little faith in them lasting. Personally I would never buy another pair and I would suggest anyone that would like to try them look on Amazon, they carry the exact shoe from multiple different brand names for a fraction of the price.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered shoes February 10 2023, the green defender, and have never received them, stating "lost in transit". Their customer service is non-existent. I have received only one email in response saying my concerns have been passed onto the correct department. I have been emailing since mid-February and have not received a refund or anything. This company is a scam.

      I ordered the wrong size I recived my shoes on time I message them and consumer service was great they emailed me back right away and helped me get the shoes back to them I am currently waiting for the right size and I know they will be great! I can't wait to give them to my husband for his birthday he's going to absolutely love them!!! Thank you Invincible shoes I will be shopping with you again!!

      Absolutely horrible. Poor quality. They almost feel like rubber. They are certainly not 100.00 shoes. I would never buy another pair of shoes or anything from them for that reason. They can't count or tell time because 5-7 days turned into 10 and a five hour return message is now on day two. All around awful. I can't even keep them for a backup. Wrong size. BUYER BEWARE ZERO STAR RATING?

      The shoes are poor quality, they did not fit my husband correctly. But the worst part is the questionable customer service. You have to pay to ship it back for return and then they NEVER actually refund you. HORRIBLE. DO NOT BUY. Sketchy site. If I could rate 0 stars, that'd be more accurate.

      My fiance loves his shoes, I am going to get me a pair sone time next month but I am going to get the defender pro shoes. We use them for work shoes and he works at a garage so there the best and most expensive work shoes that he's ever had, but we'll worth it. Thanks

      I love my invincible shoes. They are lightweight, protective, and most of all comfortable. The customer service is top rate and they responded quickly to a request for a receipt needed for employer reimbursement. Order a pair now!
