      Paid for an energy audit done by a company contracted by Eversource on 8/8/23. Never received a report. Contractor has since retired and is out of business. Contacted Eversource and was told someone will be in touch. That was two weeks ago with no follow up call received. What a waste of time and money!

      I was paying on a payment plan $395 a month over a 9 months, my total bill didn't go down at all after that nine months, outrageous. They shut of my power 2 months ago, with out a 3 day shut off warning. Tried last week to get my power restored with a payment plan and they told me they don't do payment plans anymore. I have electric heat, how am I supposed to heat my home during the winter?

      AWFUL COMPANY!!! Worst of the worst. I would give this company less than 1 star review if I could. This company is monopolizing the industry and taking full advantage of the average American. Charging my small 130sqft business a Mid December Gas Rate every month of the summer as a flat rate because we didn’t disconnect our gas line, even though we haven’t used it at all for the past 5 months. THIEVES. This level of theft deserves jail time!!!!

      Poor customer service.A few minutes ago a lady accused me of yelling at her.yes I was annoyed but not yelling at her.she said that for atttention since we are are on a recorded line.she said I ignored a shut off notice .no I did not , I applied for hard ship a couple of weeks ago but Eversource isn’t doing there job.they told me at 8:00 am that my service would be on now my food is spoiled.

      Their customer service sucks! They are saying good my lights are turned off and they aren’t telling me over automated crap I have to pay reconnection fees and stuff and they don’t answer the damn phones!! They don’t let you remain on hold even tho their stupid automated idiot says you can if you would like, but then it says to enter the number you want to be called back on over and over and over on repeat till it finally just hangs up on you if you don’t enter one! You can’t wait on hold! So in the mean time I sit and hope these idiots call me back before the company gets to my house to shut my power off! And if you pay online it isn’t loaded to your account and the guy will still shut your lights off because he can’t see it on his end so there’s no proof! This company sucks and their prices are outrageous! Nothing but crap to deal with with these ppl! Horrible company seriously! And they should be sued

      They are crooks they steal your money lie to you because there staff doesn’t know how to do there jobs it should be illegal how they steal peoples money they told me if I paid 320 dollars we would be reconnected today and that never happened

      Just god awful.
      They processed my payment twice, then when I asked for it to be returned, said the best they can do is 2-3 weeks. They're apparently okay keeping the money of a teacher who doesn't have income until the school year begins.
      Join the 21st century eversource.
