They should be investigated for fraud because that’s what they’re committing total scam and total sham and so is the government for not making sure that these people aren’t doing these crimes. You either talk to some Third World scumbag that’s guaranteed to steal your information or their corporate Headquarters phone number that says they’re unable to transfer you to medical services when you just tried to get customer service every time you call. Medicare can disenroll you after the enrollment period ends as long as there’s sufficient evidence to do so they just did it for me. After four months of trying to disenroll myself I sat on the phone with Medicare for an hour listening to a Aetna and silver script lie continually all recorded on Medicare’s phone line. I have proof I documented everything down name, date, time, telephone number and the basics of the conversation. It pays to keep detailed records.

Took advantage of by quadrupling premium. Paid $9.90 @ month in 2024 and only take 1 prescription (Prilosec) and received notice on December 20th, 2024 after December 7th deadline that they are charging $44.90 @ month for 2025. Now no one wants to rectify them taking advantage of us. We did not receive prior information that they were changing plans, if so we would have changed providers. This is very unfair and we feel they are taking advantage of elderly citizens. Shame on them!

Silver Scripts is a fraud. SSI signed ******** retirees up for this, without their consent or knowledge, when they already have a perfectly fine retirement insurance plan through their employer. Elderly and retirees, do not need to be scammed by Silver Scripts. END IT NOW!!!

I have a claim from August 19, 2023, that I have been fighting since my hospital visit. This claim has been a nuisance for me since the date of service. The first denial Astera received from Aetna was for lack of sufficient information to present a medical necessity for the service (I had severe joint pain, specifically in my foot and there was suspicion of Lyme disease, so X-ray of foot and blood work was sent to ****). ****** ****** (provider) submitted the appropriate information. That was fine. Then the denial from Aetna was because of the provider nomenclature. This, too, was corrected; they had formerly been called *** ****** ****** and the paperwork got corrected and resubmitted. The final denial from Aetna is now that the tests were not deemed medically necessary, which is appalling and asinine given the medical provider seeking to understand what was causing a person in her early 30’s, to be unable to walk. This has been an abuse of my time, mental health, and of Aetna’s power as an insurance organization. Astera needed the bill paid and so I, someone with a perfect credit score, and who pays their bills immediately upon receipt, was sent to COLLECTIONS and had to pay $1,307 for healthcare that should have been covered. The slogan “Health plans created with you in mind” has proven to be false advertising of the care provided to patients.

Do Not use them. I am disabled and have the otc benefits card. I was in terrible need of the extra money for eyecare and dental. Also the card was a big help paying for gas and other things. It took 2 weeks for me to say yes and get the policy. Worked fine for 1 year. But when we got our new cards The dental and eyecare was gone. The regular policy only allows $200 to pay for glasses now. There is nobody that charges that. Mine are $600. So i will have to cancel eyedoctor. I have a broken tooth and a broken partial as well as other problems but without the extra on the card I wont have enough to go to dentist. Not to mention I won't have the money to help pay for gas because it has been cut by $70. The 3 reasons I got this insurance are gone. I ordered from grocery list and got a damaged bottle of ketchup. It was everywhere. But they couldn't help or replace it. The benefits pro app and website quit working. I tried for 2 weeks to get hold of them. Finally found out that website has changed to CVS.so benefit pro isn't usable. It doesn't say that anywhere. They could have put a link to new website so people could find stuff and see balance. I finally got someone on phone and was told there had been some policy changes. Just because you change policies the existing customers should not have to be penalized and get lesser value. If you get a car loan from the bank and they change their policies they don't come and take your car and give you a bicycle. So I signed up for the extra eyecare and dental and food and gas expenditure but they took it and gave me a handrail for the bathroom and $175. Can't use that for teeth and glasses. Don't believe nothing they say. They customers are made to pay for policy changes that save them money.

Aetna is a terrible company, I used them as part of Medicare prescription plan, the changed the raise the price for 2025, without notice of the increase, I ve been on the phone many time with them no answers, to get off it they keep threatening me saying I won’t have any coverage and I would get a fine if I ever got another supplement, I stated I never got any information about the chance in price. Of course this is now over the open enrollment time. They have been rude , hung up on me, say they can’t hear me you name the excuse, Finally I get a letter to sign for Disenrollment the letter also stated that I could call Medicare and have them disenroll me. I called Medicare. They said they can’t do it. Medicare is nowfiling a report on them for lying on their forms. This company is a scam and I’d rather get a fine than to do any more business with them.

My Part D medicare monthly premium went up 700% in 1 month. I was neither informed nor did I consent to this. I spent 2 hours on the phone, getting dropped the first time and transferred to 4 different people the second time with the last one telling me they couldn't cancel my plan, I had to call *********. I called ********* and they couldn't cancel it either because I was outside the "open enrollment Period" I finally got results from putting a stop payment on it from my Credit union and contesting the 700% increase monthly premium that came out of my account today. What a racket! And this from a system that caters to (preys off of) the elderly! Disgraceful!!

I have supplemental Medicare drug coverage with Aetna. The cost went up 400% without notice. I had asked to notified of any changes by mail. I received no notice. Now the 3 week window to change my coverage to another company have expired. I’m stuck paying the increase until September 15th - October 7th enrollment. Aetna is a scam company.

*** ********** ********* ****** *********** ****** has changed everything including our member number and changed prescription benefits to ************ ************. It has taken two days and numerous phone calls to get this all set up. These changes have caused more work for us senior citizens and will surely create more work for medical providers. How ironic that while President Jimmy Carter is lying in State, one of his administration's ideas was:
Bert L**** believes he can save Uncle Sam billions if he can get the government to adopt a simple motto: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." He explains: "That's the trouble with government: Fixing things that aren't broken and not fixing things that are broken."
Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) under President Jimmy Carter. L**** thought the federal government was trying to fix too many things that weren’t broken instead of fixing the things that were broken.
True today. In the past, a log on to ********, allowed you to see both spouse and self to determine which prescriptions were needed. The new website now requires TWO log ins and says that if you go to "profile" you can get both people on one site. THIS DOES NOT WORK AND EVEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON COULD NOT GET IT TO WORK.
IF IT AIN'T BROKE, DON'T FIX IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
