*** ********** ********* ****** *********** ****** has changed everything including our member number and changed prescription benefits to ************ ************. It has taken two days and numerous phone calls to get this all set up. These changes have caused more work for us senior citizens and will surely create more work for medical providers. How ironic that while President Jimmy Carter is lying in State, one of his administration's ideas was:
Bert L**** believes he can save Uncle Sam billions if he can get the government to adopt a simple motto: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." He explains: "That's the trouble with government: Fixing things that aren't broken and not fixing things that are broken."
Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) under President Jimmy Carter. L**** thought the federal government was trying to fix too many things that weren’t broken instead of fixing the things that were broken.
True today. In the past, a log on to ********, allowed you to see both spouse and self to determine which prescriptions were needed. The new website now requires TWO log ins and says that if you go to "profile" you can get both people on one site. THIS DOES NOT WORK AND EVEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON COULD NOT GET IT TO WORK.
IF IT AIN'T BROKE, DON'T FIX IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I received my premium letter, due for the year 2025, my premiums have increased over 400%, with no advance warning and after the "window" to change my prescription had passed. They told me a letter was sent out in September telling account holders of the price increase that I did not receive.
This is commonly referred to as "Predatory Financial Practice" as well as "Financial Exploitation of the Elderly" due to the fact that they only deal with people on ********* I could have purchased the very same insurance from ******** for a fraction of this amount, had I known about the increase.
Never again will I even consider doing business with Aetna or Silverscripts and something should be done to stop this practice and provide financial relief to those who have been harmed.

I've been taken hostage by Aetna prescription drug plan Part D 2025.
      I had Aetna Part D plan $9.90/mo in 2024.
I receive regular communication from Aetna by post every month and always open and read my mail. I was NOT informed by post, email, or otherwise that the 2025 premium increased to $44.90 I did, however; receive a shocking bill- AFTER the open enrollment period.
In multiple calls to Aetna, the specialists failed to accept any responsibility for their lack of communication during open enrollment and failed to acknowledge that I do not meet eligibility criteria for SEP as they continually tried to pass me off to the SEP dept again and again, dismissing me with no regard. I am bound to pay until next open enrollment. I will never choose aetna for anything again. Never. Medicare recommends Wellcare. I look forward to moving my business to WellCare in October.

I paid $223.36 for a policy with Aetna *** through the marketplace on 11/19/2024. I received notice that i was approved for ******** a couple of days later, so i called and requested this policy which was never used to be cancelled and requested on refund on 11/29/24 and then called back again and spoke with a manager PAT who stated i would receive a refund and i have yet to receive my refund. This company takes advantage of the poor. Im 18 years old and they refuse to give me my refund even after repeatedly calling and requesting it since i never used the policy.

They say you get a $100 Visa card by doing a home health. Not true all lies. Called twice about it and they say it was mailed out since October never got it still. They won’t cover my insulin that is needed to keep my diabetes under control. And they don’t cover a lot of things. By far worse insurance ever. BEWARE OF THE LIES…..

We had to change for work. We have been told several things would be covered and then when it comes time to pay they say no that’s not covered. This insurance company is a scam.

I received my supplemental find card at the end if November. I supposed to receive it in October 2024. I started calling them on October 2 and still calling every other day. They promised me to roll over my 45 dollars , my October benefits to the card due to their mistakes and slowly processing. I am waiting. 45 dollars is a large amount of money for me.

I’m a customer of Aetna/CVC Caremark for my prescription medications. I mailed in prescription refills that somehow had gotten screwed up & not refilled. I spoke to 9 people over the last 7 days & although each person told me the issue was corrected & my refills were being sent they weren’t, that’s why I’ve called a dozen times!
My meds run out in 3 days & they still haven’t been corrected ( as of 12/4/24)
They should be put out of business before they kill someone not getting medication to them.
