We purchased what is equivalent to the 93" Play day 2 piece Pop Up Sleeper Chaise two years (or so) ago. While we have only used the pop-up perhaps twice, today we attempted to open the piece for routine cleanup underneath. This is almost impossible without doing so. Step back in time... within weeks of our purchase the material on the piece began pulling and exhibiting signs of being of inferior quality. Alas we went ahead using it in our casual TV room, Over the remaining time we held recreational deburring sessions for the pills and pulls, Apparently the piece is not designed to be sat upon. Oh well. Then the frame started bumping up against our collective coccyxes which required back pillow additions. OK... So this morning we tried to pull out the riser section only to find that the crossmember underneath had fallen off and jammed the pop-up. This led to further examination and removal of same. Apparently the piece is assembled using only staples into what can only be described as sawdust loosely aggregated with Elmers Glue, the kind kids use in school, not the woodworker stuff. Let this be a warning. Bob's does a great job of looking like furniture, but it is, in actuality, lipstick on a pig. Their stuff is junk and we will never darken their door again. This is likely best for both of us! Zero stars, and if I could, I'd indicate a minus number. Stay away from this junk. The interface demanded at least one star!! I Object!Bob's Discount Furniture LLC

I’ve had the absolute worst experience with the online customer care team. I ordered a bedroom set for delivery on Friday, March 7, took the day off unpaid to be present, and the rail arrived broken. The supervisor assured me it would be redelivered on Saturday, March 8, as I explained I couldn’t take another unpaid day off due to having a child.
I called to confirm, only to be told they couldn’t accommodate me. I had already dismantled my old bed, leaving me to sleep on a mattress on the floor. The customer care team showed zero empathy, and Supervisor Jesse was a joke—offering only a $75 refund because I had the headboard. The headboard is useless; I demanded a refund for the bed and setup fee.
They refused to deliver on Saturday, claiming no drivers were available. That is not my problem. I paid for a complete, undamaged set on the scheduled day. Why should I lose more wages for them to fix their mistake?
After five calls, they still refused to issue a proper refund. They demanded the headboard back but wouldn’t allow me to leave it on my porch for pickup—I had to be there. This entire process has been unnecessarily difficult and unfair. I should have stuck with ****** **********Bob's Discount Furniture LLC

I am having a dilemma with Bob’s furniture services.
I received my delivery on February 5th at 2:38pm. (2 sofa recliners)
However, we traveled on February 6th on a family vacation as planned.
We returned to our home February 26th.
We had a technician scheduled to come to the house and fix some electrical outlets. (From the couches)
While moving the delivered couches to clean, a big deep scratch/broken was made onto my wooden floor.
After moving the delivered couch and noticing the damage my floor had.
I decided to peek under the delivered couches.
There was a huge screw sticking out.
I decided to right away take pictures and call Bob’s furniture.
I have the technician as a witness to the situation.
I have two young toddlers who can actually get really hurt with these deeply broken floor.
I was seeking for a solution as soon as possible since this a safety and liability issue but this is the answer I have from them:

Absolutely horrible. Their goof proof warranty is bullcrap. I paid extra for that for them to only accept one claim. I thought it was unlimited claims, I feel like I wasted my hard earned money and I will never ever buy from bobs again or recommend them to anyone. Their furniture is trash. Bob’s furniture looks good but is poorly constructed, I bought a $1200.00 recliner chair , within 10 months is started sagging and was lumpy , they did replace the chair because I had the extended warranty, Now less than a year later the replacement chair is failing,,, I should have known it was junk as it was made in ********Bob's Discount Furniture LLC

I went ystdy to buy a 5x7 rug. The saleswoman I spoke to decides to go find my rug on the floor as a sample. I pulled a nice gentleman over n asked him if they had it in stock. He came back and said they absolutely had it in stock. She tried to play me. So with that being said I should have read the reviews before going there . We ordered a sectional from Bobs. When we purchased it the sales rep suggested we also get the insurance. We were not really set on getting it. But he convinced us again our choice. He stated several times that it covers everything for 5 years except the cushions from normal wear and tear. This did sound to good to be true. (And it was) so we purchased it. Did a claim for the stitching claim was denied. Stated this is not covered. About 5 months later both charging ports not working. Also did a claim and was denied. Called insurance they said I need to contact Bobs. Called spoke with a gentleman on the resolution team who was very rude, would not let me explain. He said it is stated on the fine print and that is up to you to read it and know what is covered and what is not. So now I have a sectional that is like crap. Never ever will I purchase from them again!!! Horrible lying place. I would much rather sit on the floor then buy from them again.Bob's Discount Furniture LLC

Bob’s furniture is the worst company I have ever dealt with
I purchased a couch loveseat and recliner and they were all problems in leads than 4 months
I purchased extended warranty and due to Covid they were closed and said that my time period had expired
I would suggest not doing any business with this company
I tried to contact the store also and was treated terribly
They do not care about you after the sale at all
I have some friends that were with us when we purchased our living room furniture and they purchased a mattress and box spring set
Thy had problems also and no resolution
Doesn’t surprise me after how I was treated

Ordered a sectional and recliner. Delivered 4 days later which was good. Furniture is dropped off as I’m assembling the sectional, not only was I missing pieces 3 out of 6 sections were completely wrong. Mind you I got rid of my old furniture already. Reached out to customer service. They said they can come a week later to replace it. So I went a week with no furniture. The agent told me it will be there on Tuesday. I take off of work to be there I hadn’t heard anything about a delivery window as of Tuesday morning so I called and they told me the delivery is Wednesday. They show up Wednesday, and they sent the wrong stuff again. But luckily they were able to piece together from the previous sectional sent. Nothing was offered to me, even though they were at fault.
