      So I went last night on Feb 23rd Sunday evening to look and purchase some furniture. someone whom works there approached me 2 minutes after entering the building,telling me my kids cannot sit on anything, touch anything or walk anywhere he says so. I immediately became enraged with fury. This man only approached me because he was being ******, how you may ask was he being ******* We were the only ******* ******** family there everyone else was that was a customer there was ********* all the those families didn't have control of their kids, nor did they bother saying anything to their kids. Their kids were running, sitting on furniture with dirty shoes and all, and yes all shoes are dirty, as long as your alive and roaming the earth like the rest for us your shoes are dirty. And this man didn't say anything to those families or their kids about running around, sitting or laying on furniture with their legs kicked up on the furniture, and their kids were older than mine and they should know better they looked 10 to 12 years of age maybe older. He kept following me around the store like if I'm going to walk out with a couch or bed on my shoulders
      Then tells me again your kids are not suppose to step foot on any piece of carpet in our store, so I when I finally decided to what I wanted to purchase and pay for the shipping/delivery fees of my purchase this old disrespectful idiot tells me you left another one of yours alone and points at my husband and tells me to go watch him as well like if my husband is a child or like he's a thief, I was disappointed, and I told him In ******* just incase he tried to act like he didn't understand English "I don't appreciate how he's treating me and my family" and I walked away then this pendejo continues to follow me and wait till I walk over to my husband while I explain what happened and then he tried to offer me free ice cream Infront of my husband like nothing happened.

      My husband and I bought to faux leather recliners from Bob's back in September. At the time we tested several of their chairs and found the ones we thought would be best for our life style. We were told by the sales rep that if we bought the $150.00 warranty everything on the chair would be covered. He told us this several times and we believed him. So when it came to buy the chairs and signed the paperwork we didn't read all of the fine print because we had been told everything was covered. After 4 months the piping on the chair started to come unraveled. We called the company that handles repairs followed their directions, took pictures and sent it all back. It took us several phone calls to find out that the piping was not covered. So we called the store and were told the same thing...not covered. That is it we will never go to them again and don't believe what the sales person tells you it is just lies.

      Purchased a complete living room set from Bobs Furinture in Boardman. Also purchased the extra warranty. Couch is falling apart in less than a year and they will not back there product. The only thing they are offering me is to buy another couch from them to replace it. The fabric is falling apart and there are holes everywhere. You can't even sit on couch without fabric ripping. Buyer beware. Don't shop at Bobs furniture

      I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a couch and it was delivered damaged 4 times. Each time with different levels of damage. We have the 5th delivery date scheduled but at this point I'd rather them keep it and give me my money back. Don't order from this company because you are buying garbage.

      Horrible Customer Service & Delivery Damage
      If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a couch from Bob’s on December 16, and within a week, the recliner broke, leaving two deep scratches in my wood floor. After multiple failed repair attempts, Bob’s finally agreed to replace the couch and promised to fix my floor—but never documented the damage.
      When they delivered the new couch, the delivery crew dropped the old one on my deck railing, destroying it. Bob’s then sent their delivery drivers (not professional contractors) to “repair” the railing, which resulted in a crooked, barely held-together mess that looks even worse than the damage they caused.
      To make things worse, one of the drivers called me personally, upset that I reported the damage—which made me worry about potential retaliation. When I informed Bob’s customer service about this, they brushed it off, saying, “That probably won’t happen.” Not exactly reassuring.
      Now, after weeks of going in circles, Bob’s refuses to take responsibility. They’ve handed me off to the truck driver’s insurance, which demands I take time off work to get two contractor estimates, write yet another letter, and send even more pictures—despite the multiple photos and written reports I’ve already sent.
      At this point, Bob’s is clearly trying to drag things out until I give up. Instead of doing the right thing, they’re making me do all the work to fix the damage they caused. If you’re thinking about buying from Bob’s, beware. Their service doesn’t stop at bad—it turns into a nightmare.
      They acknowledge the damage they caused both to the floor and the railing. They also acknowledge that the employee had called me. I gave them the phone number that called and they looked it up and had a review done, however because they use an Outsourced drivers to deliver the furniture it’s just not Once you purchase the couch, everything from their Forward is not their Problem. Had I known I wouldn’t have bought it.

      Bob’s furniture was the worst buying experience I have ever had in my entire life and that is not an exaggeration. For starters they told us we were getting white glove delivery turns out we didn’t didn’t even know they had any other types of delivery then they send teo non English speaking people to deliver it. They refused to bring it inside. Let alone set it up.
      Get customer service involved and come to find out the delivery company. They had blatantly lied and said that we requested it to be set onour back porch now they are telling us it’s gonna be a week until we can get new furniture and this stuff is sitting on her porch because I am and cannot move it. Meanwhile my old couch was moved outside and can’t come in cuz it’s in snow. Bobs screwed us over. The call center for customer service were condescending and not emphatic at all

      Don't hold up to their agreement on scheduling. I was told my chair would be delivered on February 15th between the hours of 8:30 and 11:30 but under circumstances cuz I had no electric we rescheduled. Was told my chair would be delivered on Wednesday February 19th between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. it wasn't it was told it would be delivered between 10:30 and 1:30 p.m. it wasn't then I was totally would be delivered between 1:15 and 1:45 it wasn't. I made numerous phone calls to the business and they said that they apologize unacceptable they made an agreement with me between 9:00 and 11:00 on Saturday because I didn't have to work and their time kept on changing. I did get a call saying now their truck broke down and I asked her which lie is it because you kept on changing the time and then all of a sudden their truck broke down my opinion don't do business with them

      Order $8000 worth of furniture to be delivered February 14. Received a text they were 15 minutes away but never arrived. A couple phone calls also from out of state saying we gave wrong address and they were moving on. Did a chat also with someone from Bob’s who also said our address was incorrect and to go to the store to correct it. We called the store and talked with numerous rude people who basically told us to go ahead and cancel the order if we wanted to because they were not going to deliver until February 18 now. We expressed over & over that we would be sleeping on floor without our furniture. Nobody cared. February 18 received a text 15 minutes away from the driver of Bob’s and 45 minutes later they still can’t find us. My husband called the driver & he was at a wrong address in ***** ******* same address they went to on February 14.We live in ******* My husband directed him to our house. Our address was correct on February 14 & 18 but their GPS was not so we slept on the floor until the 18th. Not one person and we spoke to many was sympathetic or kind during this experience. I need three more rooms of furniture but will not be buying from Bob’s after this horrible experience.

      Good price, good selection and decent in person staff. However, after my purchase of a sofa they said it would be delivered on Friday. I get a call at 7:40 am asking me to call them back but when I call back the automated system says they are not open. After I was finally able to connect with them after 9 the guy said I would be able to get my sofa until mid next week because their warehouse guys couldn’t find my sofa. So I was a little frustrated because I moved everything out of my living room (old sofa, side tables, etc) for the delivery and now I have to move it back and then move it back out again when the delivery is made. I ask the guy on the phone if there was anything we could do to make up for the inconvenience but there was a language barrier and instead it sounded like he was trying to refund my couch which is not what I wanted, after I told him I would like to take to his supervisor because there seems to be a misunderstanding he said he couldn’t do that because his supervisor had no phone line and he would have to escalate it. He put me on hold for 5-10 minutes and when I heard the music stop, I tried to talk but no one was replying back and they hung up on me. He called back and hung up again and called me a second time saying he couldn’t hear me the other times. He finally said I could get store credit to make up for the inconvenience but the store credit wouldn’t be available for 3 business days, and today is Friday so mid next week it will be available. The delivery process and customer service seems to be somewhat unorganized. Hopefully I’ll get my sofa.

      Had a delivery today. Was worried it wouldn't happen due to the weather but they came and had no problems. The delivery people were professional and kind and got the job done in good time. I would definitely recommend the "white glove" service. We are glad we went with it! Thank you!
