      This will be an ongoing review, as I am not satisfied with the action that has been taken so far. The sales staff in the store were very friendly and helpful. The management as well. They helped me pick the perfect piece of furniture for my space with exactly what I needed, and not a bunch of extra stuff I didn’t need. A+++ all the way! Which is why I feel bad writing this review. We chose to have it delivered with BOBtastic White Glove delivery service. I think that itself was $260. But they come in and set everything up, and then take away all the trash. So the two delivery associates came, and then proceeded to talk about my house being disgusting (its not, I have kids, the kids have toys, the toys are confined to one room), and call my girlfriend disrespectful names, all in Spanish. Well they weren’t aware that my girlfriend speaks fluent Spanish and understood every word they said. I’m not including quotes here because this is not the place for profanity, but it was very colorful to say the least. I’ve attempted to contact the Bob’s store where I made my purchase a few times over the last couple weeks and the only resolution I’ve been offered is having my delivery fee refunded. I am not satisfied with that. I’m awaiting yet another call back, this is the 3rd time…. Nobody ever called me back the last 2 times they were supposed to though… I will continue to update this if there is any more communication. I have Reached out to Bob’s and said I will not make one payment on this until I am happy with the resolution.

      Do NOT buy the goof proof plan. It’s a scam! They do not honor it even when the damages reported are clearly shown in the plan coverage. The goof proof was pushed on us from the sales member as being “necessary” for the amount of furniture we were buying and every claim submitted gets denied. We were scammed out of an additional $500. I will not buy anything from Bobs again.

      Hello ******, we are very sorry to hear of the concerns that you are having with your merchandise. The merchandise purchased from us here at Bob’s holds a one year warranty against manufacturing defects.
      The Goof Proof protection is a plan through a third party company, Guardian. Guardian covers the merchandise damage resulting from a single accident. Accidental damage must be reported within thirty days of occurrence and they must be able to provide the necessary details to clearly indicate that this damage occurred through a single accident or incident and not through everyday use, misuse or abuse of the merchandise.
      Guardian has the right to deny claims for coverage under their own guidelines. It is never our intent to disappoint a Customer and again we want to apologize that we could not meet your expectations. Thank you for understanding.

      Today, I received my purchase orders from Bob’s store. The furniture service crew delivered them very quickly, professionally, neatly, and carefully, without any flaws or issues, despite the heavy rain. I really appreciate it!

      Bed storage drawers are defective. They attempted to deliver the bed I ordered 4 different times and all 4 times there was something wrong. Have waited 5 weeks for a bed I paid. I had to reorder a different type of bed without drawers. Have to wait another whole week for the delivery. They don’t care!! I feel I at least deserve a faster delivery. Will see next week if this bed works! Customer service is not friendly either, they don’t care either.

      Run, run, run! We purchased a sectional in November which was supposed to include three power recliners. When it was delivered, the center armless "recliner" wasn't a recliner at all--it was a static piece. Bob's arranged another delivery of the correct item and picked up the static item. Problem is that the armless power recliner doesn't work correctly! It lifts up and doesn't recline. This issue has been witnessed by many delivery people in several re-delivery attempts. And we never received a working recliner!!!! I sent letters to the store as well as the corporate office two months ago and never heard back. Horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! I wish we could award negative stars!

      Visited this location on March 13 2025, when I walked in a family ahead me was greeted very nicely and offered complimentary cookies and refreshments! Once that family was created the employee turned around and didn’t acknowledge or greet me! I said excuse me and he still never turned around. Very rude and disrespectful.

      Worst Customer service I received from this Company after I send thousands of dollars on furniture. Never again buy anything from this company. I Payed for the best delivery service that they offer and come out to my house with the items and missing items on your order. Waited for the missing items for over 2 weeks for it be delivered and install.When I was speaking with customer service, they started to negotiate at $50 and five minutes to $100 and that was just ridiculous so I just hung up the call. Discount furniture also means discount Customer service. I would recommend not to buy furniture from them ever again and go with better company who values customer service.

      Horrible!! Do NOT buy from Bobs. After scheduling my delivery, they called me to change my original delivery date. I took the day off work, unpaid, only to find out they never actually changed it in their system. They said they can see in their system I was called and accepted the new date but that doesn’t matter they really didn’t change it. Everyone warned me about buying from Bob’s and I wish I listened. They are known for horrible delivery service!

      We purchased a leather living room set in December 2022 and bought a 5 year warranty. The Goof Proof Protection Plan is a scam!
      Went to the store to see about getting furniture repaired on December 2024. At first, I was told there was nothing that could be done and was referred to Goof Proof. Once I provided receipts, the furniture was completely paid off, and a warranty was purchased.
      Initially, I was able to speak with Goof Proof, who are not located in the US, and provided pictures of the damage. Was told that someone would be in contact. It is now March and no one has contacted us and the situation is still not resolved.
      Trying to get someone back on the phone is useless. The message will state operators are busy and you will have a greater than 20 minute hold time. After 15 minutes, you will get the message someone will call you back at the number as soon as someone is available. No one has called back yet and I have tried this two to three times a week since mid January.
      I will not recommend purchasing anything from Bob's. Once you purchase it you are on your own!

      I have bought several items of furniture from Bobs and I’m dismayed by the fact that the table and chairs set I purchased is no longer backed by any kind of warranty by Bobs.
      Two chairs I bought in the dining room set from Bobs broke after less than 2 years! I’m 180 pound male the chairs back support snapped. This is ridiculous.
      We had your Bob technician come out and look at the chair and stated that it could not be fixed. Your customer service stated that we would have to purchase new chairs!
      Due to these below standard chairs snapping at a whim - it caused whip lash in my neck.
      So besides the damage chairs that Bob won’t refund and my sore neck I’m not only going to bad mouth Bobs substandard furniture but I’m currently going to pursue other avenues of compensation.
      Thanks for bringing to light Bobs outlook on customer service.

      Our technician did advise that the concerns on the chairs were not consistent with a manufacturing defect, due to a lack of warranty and no defect present on the pieces we are unable to offer a resolution moving forward.
