      I went to website. I tried to get credit. I was directed to Acceptance, Rent a center. I spoke to the manager ,Sha,
      She told me that would only have to only 84.00 extra. When checked on my
      balance, I was told there was a extra 49.00 dollars added.
      I was told it was an application fee.
      When I called Acceptance, Sha said she mentioned this. She did not.
      I was dumb, this all took place over the phone.
      I want to warn people not to trust them . I feel like I was robbed.

      I purchased a bedroom set and was delivered July 31, 2022. A piece was damaged. Replacement was sent to old address even though new set was delivered to my new house. Then when they finally delivered new piece it was damaged again. Then next attempt to deliver it the piece was even more damaged than the last. The 4th attempt they delivered the completely wrong piece of furniture. Now weeks later on the 5th attempt the piece was still damaged and they just switched the door out. Driver attempted to use marker to touch up my original piece but used the wrong color marker. Dealing with customer service has been ridiculous. They told me they were supposed to check piece at warehouse before delivering and everytime it was delivered driver opened box at my house and told me the supervisor never checked it.

      We came in just to look and was taken care of by Muriah. We told her what we were looking for and she took us right to it.
      There was no pressure and she answered every question patiently.
      Good products and good service.

      Don’t bother with the goof proof they don’t honor it. Had them out to the house and they agreed was a manufactured defect was told someone. Would contact us in the the next week crickets . Then Covid hit no one in the store. Things lifted stopped into the store explained the problem again someone would contact us the following week it’s been a month now. If your looking for cheap disposable furniture Bobs the guy to see? Not happy !

      Not only did their “white glove” delivery crew ruin our house when they knocked off a piece of our trim, they threw it in our garage with nails sticking out, not telling anyone, around a 3 year old. To make matters worse, after multiple complaints to NUMEROUS customer service reps, I was brushed off and nothing was ever done. ON TOP OF THAT, we received a broken couch, of which, my husband had to talk your employees into letting us return because we were told “it was our fault.” This company is an absolute joke and I will post it everywhere I possibly can, including calling the BBB.

      I must say this is a no pressure facility. The staff is there to help with any questions. Carrie at the **** ****** on the strip location was absolutely the most funny and informative sales person and I will be back for other beautiful pieces I did see. I will ask for her each time. Hope for a long time relationship with Bob's Furniture

      Greeted warmly from the second we walked in
      Asked questions then trailed back to give us time to look but was always available for questions
      We were on an “in stock” mission and Rachelle went above and beyond finding everything we were looking for
      Rachelle even encouraged us to go to the competition, which we did and quickly went back to Bobs
      Rachelle was outstanding
      Melissa the Manager was wonderful, warm smile, greeting and checked in a few times to make sure we were all set
      Will absolutely go back again and ?? recommend them

      My experience was great and then a little rough, but still great. Treated well from the start. Respectful smart employee. Allowed me to sit and try out multiple things. Explained well. Got a quote and came back to purchase. Quote was wrong ended up paying $700 more and that was after I paid. I had to confirm it was correct that’s when we started it wasn’t, apologized and corrected. Delivery, tax and warranty all cost more now that the correct piece was added. They say the warranty is included but they forget to tell you you’re paying for it. Also the 0% interest is a new credit card, tried to give me one without clarifying if I wanted that. Shipping should be within the week. Hope that goes well!
