      Purchased furniture two years ago. Was specifically told by the sales associate at this location that the warranty is good and that any issues and "...Bob's will replace the entire set.."
      I was skeptical, but purchased since some coverage is better than none.
      Now the furniture is falling apart. The arm of a large sofa has just come off. It was apparently glued on and now, with age, the glue has weakened.
      Also, the seats and legs on a dining set are coming apart. I had the latter services on two separate occasions approximately one year after purchase.
      Please avoid this and any Bob's Furniture locations at all costs.

      Hello ***** we are very sorry for any confusion about the warranty from Bob’s. The merchandise comes with a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. The goof proof protection that is purchased is a plan through a third party company. Guardian covers the merchandise damage resulting from a single accident. You must be able to provide the necessary details to clearly indicate that this damage occurred through a single accident or incident and not through everyday use, misuse or abuse of the merchandise.

      Hi, there is no confusion here. Just deceptive practices by Bob’s Furniture.
      The merch. was not misused in any way and is still in good shape despite some parts literary failing apart. How can the seating on a dining chair literally fall out but the frame still be in one piece? Guardian looked for any excuse to deny my valid claim. Had I approached my car insurance company with the same level of complaint, ***** would be replacing the parts. Guess Bob’s is special and Guardian is exempt from the law? I have said enough here. I look forward to discussing this further in small claims court. Thx!

      Horrible! Placed an order for a dining room set on July 7th, for this purchased I pulled a line of credit for a Bob's card and got emails that the order would be ready for pickup in 4-9 days. I get a message a few days later from a Bob's employee that the order would be available on Aug 4th. That would be nearly a month wait and at the time we were without a dining room table. After talking with customer service about why the sudden delay and getting just excuses I cancelled the order. Now after over 2 months the charges to the Bob's card is still there. Neither the customer service from Bob's or Wells Fargo who issued the card could tell me why the charge hasn't dropped yet. It wasn't til I spoke to a store employee and he explain the it'll take up to 3 billing cycles for the charge to drop. So maybe around OCT the charges will finally drop. I regret pulling the credit and making this purchase. I wouldn't recommend going here to shop.

      UPDATE- THEY NOW ATTEMPTED TO STEAL AGAIN! We have waited seven days for our refund, and never got it. Called today and were told Tia didn't process it. oh but the sales lady said "she didnt have any bad intent" WTF! STAY AWAY. still waiting on the refund....
      If I could give this entire store + corporate zero stars I would- we've had a disgraceful experience. The sales reps, managers, and corporate are all liars. When we went shopping at this location we met Tom H. and we were told any "chofa" could be disassembled and delivered to us, and we were sold on the "white glove service" because we were told they set it all up and will take care of the trash. When the couch was delivered it was the whole chofa put together and the delivery men were lazy and they did not want to walk up the stairs and said it wouldn't fit...but they did not even try, but also it was sold to us on the notion it would be disassembled so this should never have been an issue to begin with and also what is the point of the "white glove service"- if there is nothing to set up- lie number one by Sales Rep- Tom H. We reached out to him and he said he's never had any delivery issues , but then when he spoke to my bf later he said it happens more than you think...so... he lied... again. We reached out to corporate and apparently the chofa we selected (the willow) is the only chofa in the entire store that does not get disassembled but any other one should work.WHAT?! So then we asked for the delivery cost back, and all they did was return it as $150 on a gift card. My bf then went to this store and tried to get a refund and met Kevin, the store manager who would not give him the money back and told him another option would 100% work, JUST not the willow. but when we checked the measurements this couch should have been able to fit just fine. we decided we wanted to get the couch redelivered along with a second couch that is guaranteed to fit according to Kevin, incase the willow really won't work

      How can you call this an accredited business when it has so many negative reviews. This place rips you off and apparently cannot do anything about it because they have every excuse in the book. Who reviews your company?

      Had to wait three weeks for our couch to be sent to the store, even though the site said it was in stock at the store. And then we picked up the couch and we bought a dark gray cloth sectional and they sent a tan leather chase. Called them and went back and forth with customer service and finally got them to deliver the correct one and take the old one back a week later. Then we were unpacking the couch and the handle was broken from the warehouse for a piece that reclines. Called them again and they offered for it to be delivered 3 weeks later. After going back and forth yet again they said they would try to have it delivered along with the chase. Complete soup sandwich of a company. 1 star. Spend more, less headaches. Only 1 star because of the cheapest price in town. You get what you pay for.

      Horrible. The insurance on the furniture "goof proof" is a joke. We paid over 300 bucks for the goof proof coverage and Bob's won't stick to agreement. Don't waste your money with these scammers. The fact they paid for the BBB rating means NOTHING. ANYONE CAN GET A BBB RATING. Just gotta pay 50 bucks to get a good one.

      It is really 0 stars but 1 is as low as they allow.
      As an FYI none of these positive review are legitimate, the sales person makes you feel uncomfortable and ask you to leave them a 5 star review while you are still in the store trying to complete a purchase. It seems like they try and get you to give them a good review before you realize what garbage the furniture is and hope you wont update your rating, once they delay your delivery multiple times and see the quality of the furniture. I recommend paying attention to the negative reviews it is a far more accurate portrayal of what you are getting into.
      I purchased furniture for my home back in the summer of 2020, and the furniture has been completely awful. The couch had to be replaced within only a few months because the leg broke. The dressers are wobbly and terrible from the onset. My husband checked everything out when he got home and saw they had scratched our new hardwood floors when they put the dresser together. The dressers were also poorly put together and the drawers were not evenly aligned.
      The Goof Proof is a scam! The arm chair has a rip and it’s been barely 2 years. I submitted a claim and was told that the damage was not eligible. The company is completely unethical.

      We waited 3months for our bed to come in to ****** ***** store after it arrived and we were told we would be able to have it delivered for 399.00 dollars including set up then the salesmen told us we couldn’t have it delivered it would have to come from warehouse in Maryland and would be another 1 1/2 to 2 months so needless to say we are canceling the 3000.00 dollar order !!!!!
