This is the WORST experience I have ever had anywhere. Okay things I liked: the salespeople were very friendly and real. Now onto the complaint: this business is a JOKE. It was my first time purchasing furniture and it made me never want to purchase any again it was so traumatizing. They pushed back my order 3 separate times. On the first time they tried to deliver they Showed up with only 1 of the items on the first delivery oh and it was damaged and they were 5 HOURS EARLY. I had to get someone else to stop by because I wasn’t prepared to be THAT early. Called multiple times to make sure everything was smooth and in order so they could attempt again with the items I purchased, so they pushed it back another day to make sure all furniture was not damaged. On the day of delivery they called the wrong number and therefore I was unaware they were at my place when they were which was at 7:15am. They agreed to come back and they told me 10:30am which was fine because according to the map they were the town next to me, they never did they drove the opposite way. I called the store again they told me 1pm, 1pm comes and goes i call again they said they will stop by at the end of the day. At the end of the day I watched them go from west of me to right past me ending up northeast of me. I call again they claim their truck is now broken, but they can come tomorrow then they call back and say all the furniture was damaged while they KEPT AVOIDING MY SPOT and told me it would take WEEKS to get this furniture when they were already 3 days past when the delivery was supposed to be WHICH I scheduled as far out as I could (30 days from that day). I will forever warn everyone about this horrid company. And I will never consider furniture from this place again.

Delivery men forged my signature on the acceptance line. Salesman told me I was getting a platform bed and when it was delivered it needed to have a box spring. I had specifically told him I had a platform mattress.Bob's Discount Furniture LLC

I have already left a review of their poor "in stock" false labels. Now that the product is finally in, I'm being told I can only pick up 12pm-5pm Monday-Friday. Some of us work in healthcare offices 9-5 and cannot just leave patients whenever they want. I'm so upset with my overall experience at Bob's, I will never shop there again.Bob's Discount Furniture LLC

I can always Trust Bob’s Furniture Store for the highest quality. They stand behind their products and if ever there is a problem they do their best to solve it and I have Never been disappointed.
