This a very unreliable business. Do not shop here. They sell damaged furniture and a “goof proof” warranty then refuse to fix anything!

They continued charging me a “membership fee” for 4 months during which I had no active agreement with them and owned no product from their store. I called multiple times and was told I would not be charged again, but I continued to be charged month after month.
I had originally purchased a couch from them, but two separate sections of the couch broke within one month of delivery. The damage was irreparable per the technician that they sent out. I was denied a refund multiple times until finally I found contact info for someone at their corporate office with enough authority to accept the return. We returned the couch and received the refund, but continued to be charged the “membership fee” for 4 months afterwards! I was told for the third time that we won’t be charged anymore. In stock does not mean in stock at the store. It is misleading and you are not informed of how long it will take to get your products until after you have already purchased them. Then you get an email saying 4-10 days before it will even arrive at the store you chose. After that, I got a very unprofessional email from someone at Bob's trying to schedule pickup for another week out. Will not purchase from Bob's again.Bob's Discount Furniture LLC

I was mislead by sales person I was told if I get insurance on my purchase my delivery fee would be waved. I was told the item was in stock and would be delivered on Saturday. But once I paid for it I was told the earliest I could get was Monday and if I wanted my money back they would mail me a check I paid in cash the total amountBob's Discount Furniture LLC

Bob's discount furniture are selling items that they dont have actual possessions of the items. We paid over $2000. On 7/6/22. Was supposed to be an in store pickup on 7/29/22. Promised again for August 4, 8, 12, 18 and now its scheduled for September 8. This not good customer service. They are also earning interest on the $2000. since July 6. Who regulates

Unexpected delays have impacted supply chains in most industries. We have a mixed review about Bob's Discount Furniture in ***** ******, MI.
POSITIVE: The leather Lift Chair that I purchased for my wife's back surgery recovery is a great chair. Very pleased with this purchase. Great neck support for neck surgery recovery or other neck issues. This particular lift chair is black with a beige stitching, but it also come in brown as well. A modern look that fits into any living room decor and an excellent chair for any medical recovery needs. What's helpful is that this particular chair has a remote to move the neck and lumbar positions for specific comfort.
NEGATIVE: If your order has to ship in from their warehouse and is actually out of stock, their system lacks the ability for the sales staff to track and check back orders and when or where the product actually is in the supply chain. While we highly recommend this particular lift chair, we were frustrated with the sales manager's and sales person's lack of ability to see where the product was from the sales process to their purchasing and tracking processes. In the end, this chair took 3 months to receive it which defeated the purchase to assist my wife's back surgery recovery.Bob's Discount Furniture LLC

I bought a hybrid mattress in May. The salesperson told me it was the newer version of a mattress I purchased at Bob's 8 months before, as I came in to purchase the same mattress. Customer service verified it is not the same mattress. When it was delivered, it was rolled into a 3 foot ball. When I opened it, it had metal poking out around the edges and in the top on one side. It dips in the middle. I was offered 50% back on the mattress which was rescinded because they say that program ended a month ago. I am not eligible for a replacement mattress, for some reason. I am within the 90 day return period but was told there is nothing they can do to make it right. Very crappy customer service. Now I am stuck with a TERRIBLE mattress and out $1500. After reading the other bad reviews, it seems I'm not the only customer unhappy with Bob's. They have definitely lost a customer and I'll be sure to tell others not to make purchases at Bob's, or you risk being stuck with a damaged item they won't allow you to return. This has been the worst furniture buying experience ever. I had to wait 6 weeks for my initial delivery of the sofa, that doesn't include the ottoman I ordered at the same time. received the couch, two of the pillows are not the same as the third, which is memory foam. The first tech out to the house lied and said he'd place an order for new cushions but told his employer they were fine. I would have been waiting indefinitely had I not called to follow up on an update. Second tech sent out because of pillows agreed that not all the pillows were the same. Called into the warehouse to order two new cushions but they're backordered till November so they're sending a whole new couch. What in the world? In the meantime I'm still waiting for my ottoman which has now been delayed 3 times and won't be here until after my second couch. All of this headache when all we wanted were all of the cushions to be the ones like the couch we sat on in the store and for a timely delivery of our furniture. Is that too much to ask? Very disappointed. Purchased a swivel rocker recliner 14 months ago. The spot welding at the frame has broken. I purchased the goof proof warranty, which was told covered issues for 5 years. I placed a claim, received acknowledgment that the claim was received, but have had no response after that. The goof proof is supposedly through ******, I have been on hold with them for very long time, more than once, and then the recording said they would call back and never received that call either. I called the location that I purchased it and they said they would try to contact. The next thing I knew I was back on the same recording.
