      Sharon failed to communicate, complete, relay and/or inform anyone regarding a scheduled delivery of am in stock sofa couch. Sharon was informed that we discarded our previous couch while moving and we have to wait for other items, but the couch was an immediate need for a family of 5 with children and a wife with disability. While calling to confirm the delivery time set for 8/5/22 as was supposed to be, instead I am told the above and Sharon didn't handle the delivery. As someone building credit and paying the leasing fees and interest totaling around $2000+ in addition to the cost of furniture, I should at least in turn get the utmost attention as an individual consumer and had this been handled with integrity and uprightness. Therefore, Bob's Furniture should waive the delivery fees or credit my balance in a likewise manner.

      The products are good, but delivery was a hassle. I made my purchases on November 2021 and they arrived in December 2021, January 2022, and May 2022, and the last delivery was pushed back several times before finally being delivered in May. Plus, the drivers kept getting confused as to my address and there was a lot of back and forth with them to get them to find my place, each time.
      That was not the only issue. It turns out that Bob's version of layaway is to open up a Wells Fargo Credit Card in your name for the amount. PLEASE, NEVER TAKE THIS OPTION!! I called to pay off the balance in February 2022, but because one item has yet to be delivered, it wasn't included in the payoff. That would have been fine, if they would have let me know about it, but they didn't. I said "I want to pay the full balance off and close the account all they said was "As soon as the payment posts, the account will be closed." The full balance was given and supposedly processed. However, on August 2022, I got an email saying my payment was overdue. It took hours to sort out what happened (one item's price wasn't included in the payoff) and I got charged a late fee. (It also took that long because Wells Fargo wouldn't take my CC as payment, so I had to get on my bank's website and transfer funds into my checking account and pay from there.)
      The whole thing left wanting to never have to deal with Bobs or ***** ***** ever again!
      If you want to avoid this whole hassle, pay the entire amount at time of purchase, or better yet, shop somewhere else!

      If I could give a minus zero stars I would! I have been having problems since October 2021. The furniture is garbage and customer service is horrible. Every time I get a replacement for damaged furniture the replacement is worse than the original. Today I received 2 HEAVY dining room chair replacements. THEY do not deliver they sent them via ******  They were left at my landlord’s from steps instead of my side basement apartment. I have a seriously bad back and have no one to help so I had to drag and bring them down 2 flights of stairs. Needless to say I HURT MYSELF!!!! Now I tried calling to set up an appointment to get them put together and have the damaged chairs taken away, which they promised they would and I can’t get through. I cannot move now because of my back. I am seriously considering taking legal action since this has been going on for 10 months!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!!!

      This company is full of crap and nothing but liars! I was assured and I called and confirmed several times that once the technician came to put together the new chairs that he would take away the damaged ones. Well the technician is here now as we speak and is telling me NO HE CANNOT TAKE THEM AWAY!!! I am consulting an attorney today. I have had enough!!!

      I knew exactly what I was looking for in a bedroom set for my daughter. Sandy was the salesperson who greeted me but then left me alone to look around. When I had questions, she was helpful and suggested other items. When I was ready she took care of everything for me and answered and questions. She was pleasant and made my experience wonderful! I haven’t had it delivered yet, so I hope everything goes smoothly. I loved the selection and the store was very clean! Would purchase again

      Delivery date of bedroom furniture was scheduled for 10:30-2:30 8/3/22. We dismantled whole bed and carried to living room to prepare space for new delivery. Late last night text received rescheduled for 7:45-10:30 today. 6:00 am received text truck on its way should arrive in 1 hour. Truck arrived at 7:10 with only mattress, minus bed frame and foundation. Delivery manager on phone stated delivery would require rescheduling—8/8/22…a week away! Inferior service!! Will never deal with Bob’s again!!!
      Only favorable encounter was with delivery man who remained very calm.

      i purchased a bedroom furniture set for about 1700 dollars which was made with in store credit . i missed the balloon payment at the end . i have now paid the entire amount of purchase yet I'm told i have 1400 dollars additionally in payments due. I understand a penalty additionally is owed but 1400 is predatory in amount. 800. was offered but that too is to high. 200 dollars in addition to the full purchase price is over a 10% penalty but would seem to be in reason.
