We had a appointment set up for July 26, 2022. We never received a call or text on when they would be coming to our home to look at our couch. The couch will not recline on the one side at all. And that was before the manual handle broke. And the other recliner does not work well either. You have to pull on the handle then pull the foot rest out by hand.
The first time we set up an appointment was all thru text message. And I requested for the address to be changed and they did not. And I also let them know that no one would be home until after a certain time.
Then I called back in to set up another appointment. And talked to someone on the phone. They did set up a appointment. But nobody ever showed to look at it. The couch was brought home in Feb. and it is July. And the recliners on the couch are both broke. And is well under the warranty from the manufactory. We are at the point to tell them to come get the couch and we want our money back. We will never buy from Bob's again. The furniture is horrible built. And getting repairs or the furniture looked at is a nightmare.Jessica D.

horrible service… took over a year getting our complete set of furniture after getting half of a couch, a coffee table, a bed & nightstand with the rest of it never coming in. then over a year later them saying that a delivery date has been set after getting told that numerous times. then once then i get my last piece of furniture delivered they leave and 2 of my chargers were stolen. place is a complete joke, will NEVER recommend them or purchase anything from them EVER again.Bob's Discount Furniture LLC

Very frustrated! I ordered a bedroom set in April. I paid in full and was told it was a wait time of 2-3 months. (Okay so I should’ve received the furniture in June or July.) I receive an automatic email every week letting me know the furniture is not in and the email goes from June to August and now said October. When I call customer service I’m told all I can do is get a refund. I then call another number (the sales department) and I’m told I can change the bed set (something similar but not the one I want) but would have to wait another month maybe more because not all the pieces were in stock. I finally call the store I originally went to and Im put on hold for ten minutes and have to hang up and call back. To no resolution. I had to cancel and get a refund. Furniture is absolutely junk! Spent $2,000 on a living room section with the goof proof insurance. Any claim that I submit gets denied saying its not covered even though it clearly states the defect is covered. It takes forever to get a result and constant contacting them by me. The chaise portion you can see and feel the wood between the two cushions, I fought to have it replaced (hoping it was just a defective piece), the new chaise has the same issue.
I'm beyond disappointed and will never buy anything from Bob's again! We have purchased many items in the past (with goof proof protection) and have never had these problems. I sincerely cannot wait for this section to break down completely so we can get something, somewhere else of better quality. We would now but who has the money these days.
I will say, the store and staff are wonderful. Unfortunately they have no control over the quality and claims.Bob's Discount Furniture LLC

If you buy from bobs, make sure you inspect EVERY STITCH DETAIL! They HAVE NO PRIDE IN THEIR PRODUCTS, and they certainly don’t back their products from their own faulty design. We spent 1k on a sectional 3 years ago that I just noticed the Velcro was installed 90 degrees in the wrong direction. I only noticed because it’s ripped 6” holes in all of my cushions now. Since I apparently had 1 month to report this, I’m out of luck. TERRIBLE BUSINESSBob's Discount Furniture LLC

Zero stars. Bob's has repeatedly (8x) provided notice of delivery dates only to cancel each one within 24 hours of the promised dates.
Customer service is useless and the staff at *** ******* ** *********** ** ********** are worthless. We've canceled our order after they canceled the ninth promised delivery date.
CUSTOMER BEWARE: Salespeople with overpromise and under deliver just to make a sale. Save yourself grief and wasted time by avoiding Bob's Discount Furniture, particularly this location.Bob's Discount Furniture LLC

Never ever order an item then cancel it!! I ordered a recliner and 2 days later sent an email AND called the store in ********* to confirm my cancelation. No one would send me an email and my telephone conversations fell on deaf ears. On top of that no one could answer my question as to approx how long it would take to receive my credit. The range went from 3 -10 business days. They sure as heck take the money instantly but won't credit you with the same speed! Never, never, never again. Great service from Alba! I was immediately greeted by her as I walked into the store. Alba took her time with me walking me around to see if I found what I was looking for. I kindly asked Alba to give me a few minutes to walk around with my mother and discuss with her what she liked. I loved that Alba respected my request. I give Alba 5 stars plus for her service! Unfortanuley I had a huge disappointment towards the middle of my shopping experience. Another sales person approached me named Kanola and tried assisting me. I kindly told her I was already being taken care of by Alba. She told that Alba was no where near to be found which was a lie. I think its very "ugly" to say something like this to a customer especially when she could of simply "paged" Alba. I like fairness! I get it everyone is trying to make a sale. But we must remember clients are not dumb or stupid. I will be calling HR to discuss this matter. I felt stuck to the point where I went to the manager IRWIN which was also unprofessional! But I will handle this matter with Hr next. Credit needs to be given where its deserved. I hope Alba received full credit for her sale.Bob's Discount Furniture LLC
