      Please be aware that the 12 months no interest is such a scam. They DO NOT tell you to be sure you pay it all in that one year or else they will charge you the entire purchase price amount. I honestly don't even know how they calculated the dollar amount. I owed 1,400 and then they charged me $1,000 in interest! I am a single mom and paying down my balance and they charged me that much at once and I have never experienced this ever in my life from any other business. They also charged for the warranty after I changed my mind and told them I didn't want it.
      They just keep being an awful experience, from when they delivered my couches. we had some snow that day and the driver said he would not deliver until it was all clear. So I asked for a few minutes to clean. I had the driveway cleaned in 5 minutes and as I was taking the last pass, they drove away after they saw the driveway was just cleared! I was 5 months pregnant at the time, and it was so stressful. I was never able to get the couches i wanted and was stuck with a set that did not fit my space. I would not recommend them to anyone. they are a nightmare and have just caused me so much problems. i regret ever buying anything from them

      Regarding the merchandise concerns, we have been able to access your account and we do see that we offered a courtesy reselection credit on your sofa and loveseat due to the size concern. However as it has been over a year since the delivery this was cancelled out as it needs to be taken care of with in 30 days.       Very disappointed we ordered a part to fix our recliner motor died! Told 6 to 7 weeks we called to check on it they told us they never received our money! We checked with the bank and the part was paid for so we called back proved we paid now told another 6 to 7 weeks! Will the part even come? I shall reconsider going back this year as we will be getting a new couch!!

      Hello ****** we are very sorry to hear there has been a delay in you receiving your part order. We have been able to access your account and we do see that part has been ordered and paid for, however it is on back order from the vendor for 6-7 weeks.
      Parts are ordered directly from the vendor, they are not something we keep in stock. As we do not manufacture merchandise ourselves, we are forced to rely on our vendors to ship parts when necessary. We are very sorry for the delay and we will ship your part out as soon as it is available.

      I purchased a queen pull out couch from Bobs 2 years ago. I use it for guests on the weekends. A couple weeks ago, my boyfriend and I started to get sick. We decided to do a deep clean of the apartment. We got around to cleaning the sheets and mattress. We noticed it was wet underneath with a lot of black mold. I don’t understand. Is there not enough ventilation under the mattress to prevent this. I’ve only had this for 2 years and have to replace it already. How does this happen??

      We had a couch with recliners for just over a year the motor died & our warranty was up. We had the insurance that we paid extra for. Long story short it “could not be fixed” & we were issued a credit from the store. We went to the store & got a dresser & nightstand. We are on our THIRD dresser delivery. The first 2 dressers were both broke. One had a broken drawer the next had a crack on the bottom. We are on our 3rd dresser & the men that delivered it would not take it up the steps they said it “wouldn’t fit” & they left we got the dresser up the steps only to find once AGAIN the drawer slide was broke. This was after we were told the 2nd time they would inspect the dresser before it left the warehouse they clearly did not do that. I tried calling the store forget that you can’t get a hold of any store I then did an online chat they offered for someone to “come out & look at it” NO forget that also. They offered me a lousy $100 store credit….again NO because I will never buy another thing from Bob’s furniture! I’m still waiting for a call back from the store manager! The quality of this furniture is absolutely AWFUL! And their customer service is not much better!

      Crap hole! Went to pick out a new recliner and was told it wasn't in stock and had to get through the manufacturer. So we had to wait a week to go back to pick it up. So we paid for the chair and left. Mind you this place is 20 minutes away. Got a text the following week that my chair was there and ready to be picked up.I set up a time online to pick it up and I show up there and they can't find my chair anywhere. And they won't give me a refund. And now I have to wait another week. What a rip off!

      I was told I would not be charged a delivery fee because my items arrived later than the delivery date. However, I was still charged, and when I inquired about a refund, it took over two months to get a response. They initially told me I would receive a refund, but days passed, and nothing happened. When I called again, they claimed they had already issued a gift card and said I couldn’t get my money back. The customer service was poor, as they were inconsistent with their statements and lied multiple times.

      I'm absolutely furious with my experience.
      My husband and I bought our bedroom set from them. One of the pieces we ordered was the Cosmopolitan Gentlemans Wardrobe in grey. We waited twelve weeks for the piece, which is ridiculous in itself, but when it came to be delivered, it looked like someone took an ax to the back. I don't even know how that's possible, but for $1099, I expect it to be in pristine condition. The delivery driver said he'd contact customer service about a new unit.
      The next day I receive a text that the piece is discontinued and there are no more in the warehouse. There is one store in my area that has a floor model being held for me, but I have yet to receive a call to arrange delivery. The manager of the store said I could come in and pick it up, but I'm currently pregnant and can't lift anything heavy.
      It's also impossible to get in touch with an individual store. All the customer service reps tried pushing me to pick another piece - I told them if it didn't match the rest of my set, I wasn't interested. I don't know how much advanced notice they had of the piece being discontinued, but if they knew there would be limited inventory, that's really messed up to sell it to someone. I also don't know how the one that was brought to me came so damaged. It was like it wasn't inspected until it reached my doorstep.

      Worst experience ever!! I have never wrote a review before so here we go! I have had my delivery canceled on me 3 different times. I told them many times I live in an alley so they were prepared. 3 times now they have showed up with a huge truck. As soon as they get there they say they can’t deliver it and leave! I just canceled 10 thousand dollars worth of furniture today!! Please save yourself the heart ach it is not worth it. When I told them I was going to write this they told me to go ahead they didn’t really care. Yes they will let you buy your furniture no problem, but getting it to your house not broken or at all is an another thing!! The first delivery they had no problem, but everything the brought me was broken. The lights on the bed flicker the whole time they are on. The stand they were to deliver that day was also broken. Now here we are 3 deliveries later and I still don’t have my stand! All because their delivery people do not know how to drive. The only piece of furniture I did get is broken in 2 places!! When they showed up today myself and my husband said we would be glad to just carry it to our house. Just the stand was coming today. The guy delivering it said he does not work for us he works for bob’s got in his truck and drove away. That was the final straw. 3 times to the same house! I really feel bad for their sales people. The guy whole sold me 10thousand dollars worth of furniture is going to be very disappointed when he finds out all that commission is gone because of the delivery people. It looks like this is a on going problem with this company. This has been going on for weeks. I even made a trip to the store to notify them. They have not once done anything to try to better this situation!! GOOD LUCK!!

      Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed by the lack of information I received at the time of purchasing my mattress. 12 months same as cash but never informed the interest for those 12 months would be back charged if you did not pay it off in 12 months. Absolutely insane I got a $400 interest charge and the mattress was nearly paid off. Will never go there again.

      I purchased a large amount of furniture from Big Bob’s Discount Furniture. In that order was an expensive Sherpa Area Rug. I was pressured and urged to purchase their “Goof Proof” Protection Plan for everything I purchased, which I did on many items. I have since found out that if you don’t purchase the Goof Proof Protection Plan you have NO short term warranty and NO Manufacturers warranty. After 6 months of using the Sherpa Area Rug ($499.00), 1 person household, no pets, no children, No spills or accidents, the rug started matting in the most walked on/used areas. I returned to the Store, explained to the Manager the issue (looks terrible and will only get worse with more use) provided matted area(s) pictures, original purchase receipt, explained to her all of the above and this was her response: We have never had a rug do this. ME: does that mean that one of these rugs they sell will NEVER have a matting problem? Again, only used minimally for 6 months. She then told me had I of purchased their Goof Proof Protection Plan on the Rug that they would be able to resolve the issue!
      She then tried to tell me, had I have had the matting issues within a week of purchasing they would’ve tried to resolve the issue somehow! Big Bob’s Furniture would do NOTHING to assist in what I believe to be a Manufacturers defect with an expensive Area Rug they (Big Bob’s Discount Furniture) sells.
      I am left with a large area rug that looks terrible, I’m out $499.00 plus tax, horrible customer service unless of course you purchase their Goof Proof Protection Plan at an extra cost on EVERY item you purchase. I definitely regret spending any of my hard earned dollars in their store. Buyer BEWARE with this company. They get 1 Star for their 1 word “Sorry” as I was walking out the door!
