      My son and daughter in law bought a sectional a few years ago and were looking to add some pieces. Turns out Bob change the color from Pacifica gray to Pacifica charcoal that is darker. The entire purpose of a sectional is to be able to remove, and mor importantly, add pieces. How do you change the entire color so that no one can add to their collection? Very bad way to do business!

      We will never step foot in Bob's furniture store again. We purchased a end reclining couch and paid for the extended warranty which they cal ( goof proof ). We had problems from day one with the seat core on our couch even their technician came out and verified this issue and have been denied repair or replacement even after there own people told them it was a factory defective problem. I phoned the store of purchase in Taylor M* explained all this to the management and there reply was (they are not permitted to help customers ) you must go through goof proof. So when you look up goof proof the warranty service you find they are being sued by hundreds of fellow customers for not honoring to stand behind repairs that are needed. Bottom line they seem to be a fraud and have repeatedly refused our legitimate claim to them after we followed all necessary requirements. So we are stuck with a expensive broke couch with no help that we paid extra for.

      I ordered my Chest of Drawers from Bobs and have been waiting on it all day. I've had no communication from Bobs and finally tracked it and they said It will come in 2 days? No communication at all from Bobs why it didn't come today and why is it coming through fed ex!?? I am worried to death they will leave it on the front steps? This is horrible.

      Rec’d my new couch and loveseat. 4 days after Delivery one of the footrests on the loveseat stops working.
      I take the day off so That they could come and diagnose the issue which was the control for the footrest. They ordered the part.
      I took today off so they could install. It wasn’t the issue and they had to order a replacement for the motor. And then the center console usb chargers stopped working. Had to order that too
      Now I have to take next Wednesday off to wait for them. Nothing was offered for all the inconvenience of their shotty product. And when I suggested GoofProof insurance because obviously it’s likely to happen again I got a big “can’t do that”.
      Don’t shop here. Ever

      Request for Refund on Delivery Service
      I want to acknowledge that Ailyn, the Customer Support Agent, was excellent in assisting me. However, I am deeply disappointed with the delivery experience.
      The delivery team provided a sheet outlining their tasks before they left on , but none of those tasks were completed. Worse, they forged my signature on the delivery receipt, falsely stating that everything was in order. This is highly unethical and unacceptable.
      Here are the issues I encountered:
      They did not connect the first set of electric or plug it in, leaving me to figure it out on my own.
      They left trash behind.
      The item was delivered crooked.
      The delivery receipt clearly states:
      "I hereby confirm that all products delivered today were received damage-free, unless otherwise notated."
      I did not sign this document, yet they signed it for me, which is fraudulent.
      Considering these issues and the fact that I paid for a white-glove delivery service that was not properly performed, I am requesting a refund for the delivery fee.
      Please advise who I need to speak with to resolve this matter. I trust you will handle this appropriately, as this experience does not reflect the level of service I expected.

      I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had at your ********** Town Center location. On my visit to the store, I encountered the store manager Mike , and unfortunately, I was extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I received.
      Not only was the store manager unapproachable, but their attitude was also incredibly unprofessional and unpleasant. It seemed as though they had no regard for customer concerns or satisfaction. When I attempted to ask questions regarding products and availability, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a lack of helpfulness. It was clear that the manager was not interested in assisting customers, which is not what I expect when visiting a store that prides itself on customer service.
      As a loyal customer, I expect a higher level of courtesy and professionalism from your staff, especially from someone in a managerial position. This experience has unfortunately left a negative impression, and I feel as though my concerns were not taken seriously.
      I would appreciate it if you could address this matter with the store manager and ensure that future customers are treated with the respect and care they deserve. I trust this will not reflect the level of service that Bob's Furniture aims to provide.

      Very bad customer service,my second time purchasing an item from there and both experiences were bad, delivery people are very unprofessional and rude, customer service very bad. I will not return to any of their branches.

      Didn't deliver my bedroom set and refused to refund my $5,000 dollars paid for the set. Damm customer service Representative refusing to allow me to speak with a supervisor or refund my money. Both times items stated it was delivered but they never did saying their computer was reading item was delivered and instead of owning their mistake. Instead of owning their mistake, they claimed a system error or some sorts. I would give them a Zero if I could have. Do not buy anything from them. Not worth the headache. Take your business elsewhere. They do no stand by their return policy as they are all liars. Two different times, my bedroom set wasn't delivered. I say again, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

      With all due respect, bobs didn’t resolve my issue and hasn't addressed anything. Bobs denied all my request and made me take another vacation day for my furniture to be delivered. Bob's refused to write their wrongs and satisfy the custody and instead kept the money as hostage. Everytime I called, it's a lot of delaying and wasting my time. Till this day, I still don't have the rest of the furniture that was supposed to be delivered between 330pm-6pm. Since Bob's had refused to refund my money, I have no choice but to wait and keep wasting my vacation days off work just for the furniture to not be delivered. Thanks for nothing Bob's. Never again will I buy anything from Bob's in the future..

      Horrible. Just terrible. First table delivered was scratched. We called and they bring a second, scratched even worse. When we call to talk with a supervisor the supervisor REFUSES to take the call. Completely unprofessional and just down right absurd. They credited us back barely any money and if that same table was on the floor scratched it would've been $500 less than what we originally paid. Stay away from Bobs

      Thank you for acknowledging my complaint.
      I'm not sure what you can do. I was having a particularly painful morning when I lashed out and complained on line.
      I've started physical therapy and have ordered a wide yoga mat, with hope that the density and lack of stitching may firm and improve my sleep. The mattress, as a whole, seems softer. I've tried turning it around, but it doesn't help.
      I don't expect a new mattress, so I don't know what you can do. I think I just needed to vent.
