      Horrible delivery service despite having paid upfront for delivery. After multiple texts indicating that the item was on the way, and in addition to receiving written notification that the furniture was delivered, however no items delivered! Now I am being told delivery would be days later and that will entail another day off from work, as if after standing outside in 35degree weather awaiting delivery wasn’t already enough!!!! I would like to be compensated for my time off, and additional time off that I am going to have to use due to this issue.

      Ordered furniture for pick up. Just a bedside table in June 2024 and the product is still not available for pickup. Numerous calls saying it would be ready and then it wasn’t ready. Drove to location to pickup and not ready. Then no calls. Still have not received item!

      We bought a sectional with power recliners from Bob's. We paid for the white glove installation. The first time we used the power recliner in the sectional it shorted out, threw sparks and scared everyone. They never operated any of the power recliners when they installed it. Also when looking at the furniture we found one of the pieces of the couch was damaged. They made it very difficult to get the pieces replaced and we wondered if we had made a mistake in ever dealing with them
      Now the next year we had one of the pieces stop working and it has broken down in the seating area. We filed a claim with the Goof Proof policy. They took several weeks to respond, asked for more information, waited several more weeks and they finally approved the repair. They then sent us a note that we would hear from the repair shop. Then they gave us an appointment another three weeks out. By the time they look at the piece it will have been close to two months. I am not sure what happens next but I am very disappointed in the whole process both times we have dealt them. We would never do business with them again.

      BOBS IS THE WORST!!!
      I purchased a sectional and 3 piece table set from Bobs on November 16th, 2024. I wanted it in blue but the salesperson told me it was on back order but they did have it in grey and could be delivered on November 22nd. I agreed on the grey and purchased it. I made arraingments to have my old sectional and tables removed on November 20th. I then received my first of FOUR notices saying my order was delayed. They took the delivery charge off for the multiple delays only to find out on November 27th, the couch was discontinued and no longer available. Keep in mind, I've been sitting on my floor this whole time waiting fr my couch that doesn't exist anymore. Now after fighting for my refund, (they actually had the nerve to ask me if i wanted a store credit) i now have to go someplace else to buy a couch. My question for Bob is, when the salesperson took my order that was supposadly in stock, why is there NO comunication between the salespersons tablet and the warehouse? I mean, if there's 5 in stock and i buy one, there should be 4 available on their tablet at the store. Horrible customer service across the board. If i were able to give 0 stars, i would. Stay FAR away from this store!
      Remember, when shopping at Bobs, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!

      Since we moved here in 2020 we have shopped at Bob's furniture, had alot of chairs, that broke and broke. Recently we purchased a bedroom set ordered on 9/7, paid in full close to 4000 dollars, waited 9 weeks for delivery, when they delivered the set all damaged, talked to customer service, they would redeliver on that Saturday, nope, got redirected to be delivered on the next Tuesday, was furious, so went in to get a refund, they told us it would be 8-10 business days, checked on it 7 days in to the wait, and they cancelled our refund, called and its reissued, my problem is they have had our money since 9/7, but can't get our money back to us, plus the fact that we have waited 7 days, and no one let us know our refund was cancelled, so they were just going to keep our money, we had a card on file, my husband then talked to them, still we have to wait, so if I were you, I would shop elsewhere, the quality of our chairs don't last, they squeak, fall apart, or pop and crackle constantly. Will never shop there ever again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. Their customer service needs some work

      I bought a power sectional sofa about 18 mos ago. The sofa fabric has worn out in three places. Since I paid for the goof proof I wasn't worried. MISTAKE. The Guardian Protection People are useless. I filed a claim in late October and GPP keeps requesting more photos, different angles. I've sent everything they wanted. The claim status says if you don't send what we need by 12/01/24 you're claim will be denied. I have sent numerous emails to GPP and gotten no response. I am filing a claim in small claims court for the entire value of the sofa and the cost to dispose of it. I am so disappointed with Bobs I have been bought many items over the years but this experience has ended that.

      Bought a dining set and server here. Paid cash. They delivered it from 10/25-11/15 broken,and tried again 3 more times for a total of 4 different deliveries all broken! The marble top was chipped, leg was broken, 3/4 chairs broken.and then told me I couldn’t get my money back until I got an email specifying how I wanted the money back. Spent a week waiting for the email and never got it. Spent 6 hours throughout multiple days trying to get this issue remedied. 0/10 furniture is cheap! Not like what’s on the floor. Delivery people are terrible! Terrible customer support

      My complaint is not with the store we ordered the furniture from but the lack of quality of the furniture we received. We ordered 4 pieces from Bob’s Discount Furniture. Two of the four pieces were not acceptable. The recliner we received stopped working correctly a few days after delivery. Had electronic parts replaced. The 2nd was a nightstand that had an electronic part totally missing. We ordered a replacement nightstand since it would have taken 2 months to replace missing part. Received some financial compensation but would have preferred less frustration instead. I also complained to customer service but never heard back from anyone,

      Just Bought furniture from bob's furniture in ******** ** .
      worse customer service in my life.
      besides the furniture I paid $330.00 just for delivery
      The guys that delivered the furniture
      brought it in the house to assemble it and destroyed my wood floor
      with deep scratches!
      the store customer service it is the worse
      they dont return calls
      dont let them tell you that if there is an issue with anything they are promply there for you
      do not buy furniture there cause they dont stand behind their policy!
      I give NO STARS
      A company is as good as the action they take with their customes when a issues arises

      To the Better Business Bureau,
      I am writing to formally file a complaint against Bob's Discount Furniture regarding a delivery incident that resulted in damage to my property and the company's subsequent lack of resolution.
      Details of the Incident:
      On October 18, 2024, Bob's Discount Furniture delivered a dining table and chairs to my home. During the delivery, the storm door on my property was damaged. The delivery personnel are the only individuals who moved large items into my home on that day, making them the likely cause of the damage.
      Company's Response:
      I promptly reported the issue to Bob's Discount Furniture’s claims department. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was told the matter was referred to UGI. However, to date (November 26, 2024), I have received no resolution or further updates.
      Impact on Me:
      The damaged storm door has caused inconvenience and additional stress. The lack of timely communication and accountability from the company has exacerbated the situation, leaving me feeling ignored and disrespected as a customer.
      Resolution Sought:
      I am seeking compensation to repair or replace the damaged storm door and a formal acknowledgment of responsibility for the incident.
