First time visiting Bob's Discount Furniture in *********** *** What a great experience. The Customer Experience Representative, Naomi, was so helpful and informative. She walked with us as we explored the store and offered helpful information about the products without being pushy or "in our face". The pricing can't be beat. The store provided lots of different options on all products and was fun to explore. All the representatives were very courteous and friendly without the hard sell tactics you get in most stores. Really liked the variety of furniture options, colors and fabrics. Found many unique items. Can't say enough good stuff about our experience. Will definitely be purchasing and returning. Bob's offers great pricing for quality furniture and with financing and delivery. I highly recommend Bob's Discount Furniture!Bob's Discount Furniture LLC

Too bad I cannot choose no stars. I waited 3 months for this bed… I didn’t say anything about the headboard when the people that put it together pulled too hard on the usb and pulled it out. However, we had the bed a month and the bottom is broken already. I contacted your customer service via chat and she wouldn’t escalate to a supervisor or manager. She kept telling me they weren’t available. She also told me the bed I purchased is no longer available so I need to buy another bed. Funny thing is, when I saw it on clearance online and went to the store, they said it was only the white one. However, the brown one is no longer available. So now, I waited 3 months, had the bed a month and now have to get something that doesn’t match the rest of my furniture. This is ridiculous and will never buy furniture from you again!Bob's Discount Furniture LLC

That is only because we went to the store in ********* and talked to the manager. Had we not done that, this issue wouldn’t have been resolved because your customer care team refused to help us! I am very dissatisfied with your customer care team and how they, each time I have contacted them, refused to help! No notes on our account like the manager at the store says there should be. I had to go over everything with him again and show him pictures of where the bed broke. And another thing, the people that came and brought the new pieces were horrible. They didn’t put the bed together all the way so I had to. They left screws loose or just sitting around, didn’t put the drawers in right so we had to, and stole my box cutter because they came unprepared. 1 starAt this rate if I could give negative I would but I had to at least give one . Was promised great service, that was a lie. We spent a lot of money on a couch we fell in love with! The couch delivery went fine, but it was not in our home for a week till we got a hole and scratches. We had purchased the good proof insurance, so Bob's scheduled to replace the parts. Delivery for our area can only happen on Thursday. So on Thursday we got notice of the delivery being late, and then late in the evening got a call that it was cancelled due to the truck breaking down. So 1 day waisted. They then apologized and scheduled it for the next Thursday. Another day had to stay home the delivery occurred but when the team unboxed the parts BOTH were broken or torn. So again no completed delivery. 2 Days waisted. Then they apologized, Again and scheduled it for a 3rd time. This time it was 2 days later we got a notice it would be delayed. I called and found the part we needed wasn't available for 2-3 months!! Yes 2-3 months. Needless to say I am very upset!!
Update: so the store was trying to work with me, they promised me that they could deliver by Saturday. They were super nice. We're doing all that they could or seem to be. Saturday comes, we need to call the store because, missing confirmation , and they say that it's supposed to be 2 weeks longer and a Thursday. Meaning out more money, time off work, everything we instructed them we weren't willing to do. Needless to say, don't shop here!! A bunch of broken promises and disappointments.Review fromTwanna L

Hello ********, we are very sorry to hear of the concerns that you are having with your merchandise. The merchandise purchased from us here at Bob’s holds a one year warranty against manufacturing defects.
The Goof Proof protection is a plan through a third party company, Guardian. Guardian covers the merchandise damage resulting from a single accident. Accidental damage must be reported within thirty days of occurrence and they must be able to provide the necessary details to clearly indicate that this damage occurred through a single accident or incident and not through everyday use, misuse or abuse of the merchandise.
Guardian has the right to deny claims for coverage under their own guidelines. It is never our intent to disappoint a Customer and again we want to apologize that we could not meet your expectations. Thank you for understanding.Review fromJoseph S

I bought some beautiful furniture from this company. I also purchased Goof Proof coverage which is Guardian Insurance. They are denying my claim because I do not know how the damage occurred. On the Bobs website it says that my specific damage IS covered. Now because the furniture was bought 13 months ago and people at Bobs no longer want to help me.Bob's Discount Furniture LLC

Delivery service is the worst. They lie to save work and get home faster. They delivered my furniture to the wrong address, (Their mistake. That was my address not the delivery address) and when they called me I gave them the correct address only to find out that because they waited 15 minutes, they had to go and I had to start the whole delivery schedule from scratch. Go to the store, speak to the manager etc. The driver lied because when they called me I picked up the phone and gave them the right address. They just wanted to avoid one stop for the day. I have had nothing but problems with my couch! We noticed that there are holes in the underside where metal parts of the recliner are piercing it and when we sit on the reclining ends it feels like you’re tipping outwards to the sides. A service tech was sent last month and he said that the frame was bent on both ends and it was a manufacturer’s defect. It’s still under warranty and he was shocked that I hadn’t had the couch for even 6 months. He ordered the frame and left. The frame was delivered ***** and a different tech came out to do the repair. At first he tried saying that the back part of the couch was just not on right and that was the problem. He then tried the electric recliner and heard the grinding and decided to change the frame after all. He tore the couch apart and then realized that the wrong frame was ordered. He told me that the holes are normal and they wouldn’t fix them. When calling the service number he called a ******** number on my phone instead. I’m waiting for my phone bill to see if I’m charged for it. He Also left the couch out in the middle of room and I am unable to move it back where it was myself due to having surgery. He also said he didn’t have room in his SUV to take the frame and left it in my foyer for me to dispose of. I called the store and they decided to replace the couch. Delivery came today and swapped one piece, took pictures of the rest and lied to say they exchanged it all. I have Ring doorbell footage showing what they carried in and out. After being on chat with customer service for over an hour and being told that I’m a liar they ordered the other 3 pieces again even though the 3 from today are still on the truck. At this point I’m beyond disgusted and don’t even want the couch anymore! I was told that because I leased through Acima if I return the couch I’ll still be responsible for the cost. I’m having trouble with them which is another story, and from what I’ve been told repeatedly, total separate.Bob's Discount Furniture LLC

1 starAbsolutely clueless, careless and belligerently ignorant and dishonest staff. Sent two technicians to investigate our house at 7:30 in the morning even though they KNEW they had the wrong part that we didn’t need. Ordered original part for our couch but had it relayed by a whole MONTH. Countless phone calls batting staff to do their darn job but they simply don’t give a damn. It was even a struggle to get a technician to even look at our broken usb port on my couch. Absolute joke of a franchise and store. I honestly can't even describe in words just how awful this service is. They are literally THE WORST RETAILER out there ever!
Their delivery service is EXTREMLY HORRIFIC. And that's not an exaggeration. IT IS HORRIBLE. They NEVER deliver on their committed dates and their committments are so poor that it'd make even the worst retailers look like the best service out there.
Their customer support is pathetic! They have no idea what they are talking about! Ever! It seems like a monkey business being run by idiots who don't know the basics of running a business!
Listen to the reviews people! This is a horrible horrible company and you really should look at other options!
