Bought a couch from here and had it for less than 2 months. The stitching is coming apart, I reached out to customer service, was advised that this wasn’t a manufactured defect because of external forces. No solution was provided. I would not buy from Bob's again. They broke two things in my home and the delivery guys covered it up and never said anything to us. I had to fix it before I put a claim in because it was a safety issue on my steps. Now they want pictures to see the damage. They also told us they would replace the damaged item but the customer service representative never put the paperwork in.Bob's Discount Furniture LLC

Cheap Furniture and Worthless Goof Proof Protection Plan-GO ELSEWHERE! If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a dinette set, 2 of the chairs are loose. I called Guardian to file a claim. Instead of sending someone out they issued a re-selection voucher instead of a replacement, which the plan document clearly states is an option. I contacted again and advised that I just want the chairs replaced and was advised on 4/2/2025 that they never replace, they just send voucher. That would be fine if I wouldn't have to come out of pocket with almost $300.00 for the same chairs. I originally paid $90.00 per chair before tax and now they are $130.00 per chair before tax. The plan is misleading and false. This is not my first purchase from Bob's and I should have learned my lesson from the other 2 purchases, but this is the first time having this issue with repair. Yes my 2 living room sets failed and needed repair as well. I will never purchase from Bob's Furniture ever again.Bob's Discount Furniture LLC

As we do not manufacture merchandise ourselves, we are forced to rely on our vendors to ship parts when necessary. Worst customer service ever. I bought furniture from their outlet and it is still there! They told me that they would have it delivered and all I have to do is call this number. Well, I've called that number 14 times, nobody answers and nobody calls me back. I have to go out and hire an independent mover to get my furniture. This is ridiculous. Who ever heard of a furniture company that doesn't deliver furniture. Besides, the deals are not that great. I'll never be fooled again by Bob's Bad Service.Bob's Discount Furniture LLC

We are going on 3 weeks for a resolution. Bought a sectional couch that was busting at the seams and fraying on ends in less than a year. We were denied claims with the goof proof plan. Bobs decided to allow us to pick out furniture and return the old terrible quality sectional. We got a partial refund and still waiting on the other half. Bobs blaming the finance company and the finance company blaming bobs. Phone call after phone call and person after person promising false promises of resolution and call back. I have never experienced such lack of proper communication and customer service. We are still owed over 1200, that is not peanuts!! The only reason I didn’t leave one star is because our sales person was sweet and patient in store as the so called manager walked away from the situation with a smirk on his face and no results or answers. I’m still waiting for resolution and ready to contact fox 6 new station. This is completely unacceptable and makes Bobs untrustworthy.Bob's Discount Furniture LLC

Bought a couch, and multiple items, count of 8 total pieces..from 2022 to 2023.
All were in good shape..but the couch upon delivery was damaged, they offered to take $ off..so I conceded, the warranty was not impacted. The 1 yr manufacturer, didn't apply, because the manufacturer had no way of replacing that broken piece.
This last 6 months, the manufactured plastic pieces have been falling apart identicle sides, identicle locations and pieces, and the gears to the double reclining couch...are loud and fall8ng apart.
I had bought the 4 yr..oops, type warranty.
The only solution , was 100.00 back, after I paid over 1000.00 for this stupid couch...and or a tech comes in once again..this would be 5th time to replace parts.
I called store, no bobs customer satisfaction, I called escalation team, met with even more angered, customer service, god forbid, 1 piece out of 8, thousands of dollars, and I refuse anything but a new couch because this ones totally faulty since day 1...
And here we are...do not buy from bobs discount store, you will eventually get a piece of furniture that dissapoints you, has technical problems, and gives you a terrible experience and they will literally, not care about you and say, 100.00 or another...yet another ...technician will try to fix this horrific reclining couch...
Please save yourself the headache and goto Jordan's furniture..yes, you will pay more, but they totally hack up thier items fully for as long as you have had them, if ...if ..it's a manufacturer defect...Bob's Discount Furniture LLC

Hello ********* The Goof Proof protection is a plan through a third party company, Guardian. Guardian covers the merchandise damage resulting from a single accident. Accidental damage must be reported within thirty days of occurrence and they must be able to provide the necessary details to clearly indicate that this damage occurred through a single accident or incident and not through everyday use, misuse or abuse of the merchandise.
Guardian has the right to deny claims for coverage and/or resolve claims under their own guidelines. . It is never our intent to disappoint a Customer and again we want to apologize that we could not meet their expectations. Thank you for understanding.Review fromDj N

Everything seemed cheap, sale gimmick was a joke. Couldve paid full price out of pocket but offered 0% interest so why not. Got told $32 a month for 30 months and once approved it changed to $52 a week for 18 weeks. Its the same amount basically but they wouldn’t give the month option because they said “ I make to much”.. alittle weird..Bob's Discount Furniture LLC

You obviously can't read. I wasn't given a date. I was told months. That could be 2 months, that could be 11 months. No one will contact me. Been waiting since March 21st
