      Had the worse experience with Bobs Furniture, order a bed frame back in December 2024 still haven't received it. They delivered 3 piece the 1st time and the headboard was damaged, customer service said I have to wait 2 months for a headboard they didn't offer anything for my inconvenience the supervisor was so dismissive so I ask to speak with a supervisor and she worse, she was like well we can give you your money back if you don't want to wait or you can pick something else but it's going to take just as long, she came off as either take what we offer or leave,
      The 2nd time the delivery drivers came without the headboard saying that they were only there to assemble the bed again a mistake on their part again ran into very rude agents. 3rd time they came with the headboard unpackaged it and it was damaged. Again, rude reps that had attitude like they waited 4 months for a bedframe. Worse customer service they evidently don't care about the people that spend money with them.

However, we can certainly understand the frustration with the delay in having this taken care of, and for that we would like to offer a refund of your delivery charge in the amount of $149.99.       The Goof Proof is a total fake. the quality of their Sofas are below 1 star. if you are smart stay away from them as you would stay away from a scamer

      Purchased a lift chair for a 450LB person .
      Splintered in 2 days. Made of compressed cork board. Pieces of garbage.

      Bob’s future should be used as firewood.
      Bought a couch and it was the most uncomfortable couch I ever sat on. Didn’t realize at the time of purchase how uncomfortable it was. I couldn’t even give it away so I put it in the trash where it belongs.
      If you want garbage furniture ( and it’s not even a good price) go to Bobs..

      Hello ******, we are very sorry to hear of the concerns that you are having with your merchandise. The merchandise purchased from us here at Bob’s holds a one year warranty against manufacturing defects.
      The Goof Proof protection is a plan through a third party company, Guardian.  Guardian covers the merchandise damage resulting from a single accident.  Accidental damage must be reported within thirty days of occurrence and they must be able to provide the necessary details to clearly indicate that this damage occurred through a single accident or incident and not through everyday use, misuse or abuse of the merchandise.
      Guardian has the right to deny claims for coverage under their own guidelines. It is never our intent to disappoint a Customer and again we want to apologize that we could not meet your expectations. Thank you for understanding.

      Welp, my story is no different than anyone else’s! Lol. We spent almost 6k on a dual King reclining bed and also spent the extra money on the white glove delivery. Not only did it take them 2 and a half weeks on 3 separate days to finally get our bed put together properly because of defective merchandise but they also told us that someone would call us to discuss compensation and that never happened. Then they told us they would credit us $25 for the inconvenience. What An Insult!!! Then, after a few days of back and forth via text with the store staff, they offered us a refund of the delivery fee. We were going to take that until the final day they came to put our bed together, they were supposed to replace the entire bed frame but didn’t. They just brought in the pieces they needed to replace and after that we noticed that they’d scraped up our foot board and the compartment covers on the headboard were defective. The covers are too close together and you have to yank on them to get them to open. So we called customer care and they didn’t want to discount which is no problem. But they also didn’t initially want to refund and pick up their merchandise. So when we finally got the approval for the refund they told us that they wouldn’t begin the refund process until the merchandise is picked up. So we’ll receive the actual refund 3-5 business days after the pickup. So if you know anything about refund practices then you know that even if they pick up the merchandise on Monday, Business days are Monday thru Friday which means we possibly won’t receive our money until the following Monday. Then we’ll have to purchase another bed from some other company and wait another 3-5 business days for delivery so we’ll have to sleep on an air bed until then! And all Bob’s has to say for themselves is:

      Avoid Bob's Discount Furniture at all costs, especially their online ordering system, and their customer service line. They will lie through their teeth just to make their job easier.
      I ordered a mattress that was supposed to be here and week and a half ago, and every associate had a different story about where it was. They had every excuse about why they couldn't cancel the order. One even yelled at me over the phone.
      Same your money and your time, and go elsewhere. Unless you really love to gamble! You can throw away thousands of dollars over nothing!

      I have ordered 5 separate items from bobs; two Trevor recliners, two bedroom dressers, and now the solitude espresso king bed frame. The main reason I go through bobs is the financing they offer. The furniture seems sturdy and rugged, acceptable for the price. Is there better stuff out there? yes of course! Only time will tell of its' lifetime longevity and overall sturdiness. The only complaint is the long wait for delivery. It can be up to a month. That aspect could be addressed by corporate. Overall, thus far, I'm a satisfied customer.

      This will be an ongoing review, as I am not satisfied with the action that has been taken so far. The sales staff in the store were very friendly and helpful. The management as well. They helped me pick the perfect piece of furniture for my space with exactly what I needed, and not a bunch of extra stuff I didn’t need. A+++ all the way! Which is why I feel bad writing this review. We chose to have it delivered with BOBtastic White Glove delivery service. I think that itself was $260. But they come in and set everything up, and then take away all the trash. So the two delivery associates came, and then proceeded to talk about my house being disgusting (its not, I have kids, the kids have toys, the toys are confined to one room), and call my girlfriend disrespectful names, all in Spanish. Well they weren’t aware that my girlfriend speaks fluent Spanish and understood every word they said. I’m not including quotes here because this is not the place for profanity, but it was very colorful to say the least. I’ve attempted to contact the Bob’s store where I made my purchase a few times over the last couple weeks and the only resolution I’ve been offered is having my delivery fee refunded. I am not satisfied with that. I’m awaiting yet another call back, this is the 3rd time…. Nobody ever called me back the last 2 times they were supposed to though… I will continue to update this if there is any more communication. I have Reached out to Bob’s and said I will not make one payment on this until I am happy with the resolution.
