      I paid 3400 for a bedroom set.it was delivered they broke screw off on bed frame.busted a drawer on night stand. Dresser came a week later it was so busted up they took it back.was supposed to have a repair person out to fix bed.no show on the time given.tomorrow should get a new dresser and night stand
      No hopefully it will not be broken.if it is all going back I'm shopping for one some where else.

      Absolutely worst furniture ever. Customer service is horrible. I purchased the furniture protection plan and have tried calling and filing a claim online. It’s been over 6 months and still no response.

      Guardian covers the merchandise damage resulting from a single accident. Accidental damage must be reported within thirty days of occurrence and you must be able to provide the necessary details to clearly indicate that this damage occurred through a single accident or incident and not through everyday use, misuse or abuse of the merchandise.       I thought that I brought a queen size mattress but none of my fitted sheets fit the bed. I am a senior citizen and have had a couple of mattresses in my life and never encountered this. This is a defect !!!! I will never buy anything from them again. I forgot to mention that the box springs must have been used and sold as new because it has a whole on the top and the netting on the bottom was ripped like it was torn by a nail or something, it was down almost the whole side. The box springs was replaced because of the whole, but I noticed the sheets didn't fit when I had the bed made up. I need a full size queen mattress, not a misfit !!!! The mattress supposed to fit the fitted sheets, that's why they are called "FITTED".

      I’d like to give 0 stars!!! Gayle…sales representative in the ******* ** store did not call me back when I left her a message to order additional items. I’m happy I didn’t since she did not explain that my coffee table would come unassembled. I will tell everyone I know DO NOT BUY AT BOBS FURNITURE STORE!!!!!!!

You purchased Threshold delivery; this is a service that places the merchandise unassembled in the first door of the home. If you wanted an assembly the white glove service would have needed to be purchased.
      If you would like to purchase the white glove you can contact our customer service department and they will have it set up for you. Again, we are very sorry for any misinformation.

      After researching several stores my wife and I deciders to shop Bob’s. One of the best decisions we made!!!!! We were not pushed or pressured or stalked in store. Our sales lady was amazing! Very polite and explained our purchase to us. We bought an entire bedroom set for our new home and we are excited to do this again as we will be looking for our living room set very soon! Great service and great products!!!! Thank you!!!!!!

      I ordered a bedroom set from the Bobs in ************** When I ordered it in January I was told that the pieces would be here mid March. I did not receive the dressers and end tables until May, no big deal. But the bed frame was not available until November. In October and November, I was contacted every week to set up delivery and then a day it so prior, they would cancel. When they finally scheduled the delivery, I took off of work to be home. The day off, the delivery drivers called me to make sure that the room the bed frame was going in was “empty” then a couple of hours later they called and said they didn’t have all of the pieces on the truck so they couldn’t deliver it. They rescheduled the delivery until later that week. The next delivery, they did show up but the footboard was damaged so they couldn’t put it together. They rescheduled again for two weeks later, reassuring me that they would do an overview of the pieces before they were delivered to ensure that everything was good. That delivery, they showed up and the bed frame had missing pieces. When I called bobs, they said they could not deliver the replacement for 6-8 weeks. They offered no solution and keep in mind, I had been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for three weeks already at this point because they made me take apart my other bed frame to ensure that the room was empty so the new bed frame could be delivered. They offered no solutions other than I could pick a new bed frame that was in stock…. I asked to refund my order on November 8th and the bed frame was picked up that week but I have not received my refund (nov 23). I contacted customer service this morning and they said the check was sent and there was nothing else they could do. This has been the WORST experience and I will not be using Bobs ever again. My advice is to steer clear.

      I had a bed and mattress from Bob’s delivered over the weekend. The drivers put together the bed, placed the mattress on top, took my old mattress and left. I decided to keep my box spring so when I removed the new mattress from the bed to put the box spring on the bottom that’s when I saw it. There was BLOOD all over the wooden pieces of the bed and on my rug! And NO it was not my blood, one of the drivers had to of cut himself while putting it together and instead of doing the normal decent thing and asking for a bandaid he proceeded to keep putting the bed together and put the mattress on top thinking I was never going to see the blood. I am still mortified. I called customer service, got hung up on once. Went into the store to tell them they needed to come get the furniture, refund the money for the bed and exchange the mattress seeing as they already took my old mattress. I was told I would be getting a call from their go back team. I had also gotten on the phone with customer service and was told they would be coming to pick up the items that same day. Well a couple hours later I got the call from the go back team and they said the pick up was being denied and I would have to wait 4 days to have the items picked up. And they said the delivery team said no one cut themselves, obviously they were lying. They’re not going to admit that. So Bob’s furniture wanted me to sit in my house with a strangers blood in it. Not to mention they said they wouldn’t take my rug that THEIR employee bled on because the rug wasn’t bought from bobs. All they could do was send it to a “higher up” and give me a call back. So around 6pm I got a knock on my door and to my surprise it was the drivers to pick up the furniture. When I finally got the call back, the go back team didn’t even know the drivers came back! So the pick up was denied but the drivers came back anyways, interesting. That is because they KNEW they were wrong and they got caught! I still can’t believe this is real!

      There will never be a next time. I will never shop at Bob’s again. It’s been a week and I still haven’t heard back from the damage team about my rug, that I have had to pay to have disposed of. This isn’t like your team broke a vase or scratched my floor, one of them got blood in my home. I understand accidents happen but if you could see the amount of blood (I have many pictures) on the bed you would know there is NO way neither one of them saw it. And they tried to blame the factory when they came back to take the furniture. So even IF it was from the factory WHY would y’all be sending customers blood soaked furniture? But I know it wasn’t from the factory because there was blood on my rug. No employee is going to admit they bled all over a customers home and left it there, so of course they would deny it. I haven’t gained anything from this, so why would I lie? I’ve lost a bed, slept on a couch for days, lost money, and lost a rug. I have not asked for one thing for free or a charge be removed (besides the return of the bed, I did not ask for a new one), or a reimbursement for my rug. All I asked was for the furniture to be removed along with my rug. All I’ve gained from this is stess and anxiety. There’s nothing you could pass on to help customers experience because this happened because people lack the human decency to admit they messed up and do the right thing. A simple “ma’am I cut myself do you have a bandaid” would have been better than ignoring it and touching every part of the bed and then leaving like nothing ever happened. So you can do what you want with the information but if you don’t have decent human beings working for your company then this situation is unresolvable.

      Have received four different delivery dates for a dining room table that was scheduled to arrive 2 weeks ago. Have been charged twice for one table that has yet to arrive. I have been lied to more than once for the reasons it hasn’t been delivered. When I asked for corporates number I was told there wasn’t a corporate number. When I asked again ten minutes for corporates number I was told that I was talking to corporate. So now it’s a couple of days until thanksgiving and I have no table for my family’s thanksgiving dinner.
