      I really love Bobs Furniture
      I’ve been buying with them for years and everything is still beautiful.
      I recently ordered 3 items near ***** ***** and my rep Waddley was simply amazing!
      I had been going back and forth for weeks trying to decide on the perfect pieces for my place and he was extremely articulate, professional and helpful at each and every visit.
      He provided excellent suggestions based on my needs and suffered through my pickiness lol. He really went above and beyond answering all my questions and personally measuring and moving furniture to ensure the perfect fit and look for me.
      I never felt rushed to buy as most businesses can make you feel sometimes. He explained pricing on each piece my heart was set on and as a result of him creating a trusted rapport I added 2 additional items to my order when I was simply looking for 1.

      I purchased my furniture in early 2020 but did not receive it until late summer. When I did receive it, it was damaged and was missing the legs. They gave me a small refund of 200 for the hole but it took another month for the legs...now, here it is the end of 2022 (less than 2 full years) and my couch has holes from the springs that came from normal use. Horrible products and Horrible shipping.

      I had to help my brother move into his new apt. I didn't know where to start because he needed everything and my "to do" list is a mile long as it is Naturally I was not looking forward to this task, and had no time for inexperienced pushy salespeople.
      I walked into Bobs **** *** ******* feeling stressed - left Bobs about an hour later feeling pleasantly relieved that this task was accomplished with such ease!
      I realize at times you read reviews and think someone's put up to it but this is sincere. from the moment we walked in we were greeted not mobbed as some places make you feel.
      I needed a couch, a bed and a small table just to get my brother started - Bob's offers that very one-stop-shopping experience. I needed someone to now guide- not push- us through the selection process.
      I wasnt expecting much because I find quality customer service rare these days - though pleasantly surprised my experience at Bob's was a breath of fresh air.
      Jerson Rodriguez, Guest Experience Specialist (a title well deserved) made us feel welcomed. Jerson guided us through this decision making process offering not only knowledge but a personal touch, comfort, the feeling like you've known this person a long time. Jerson understood exactly what we needed and with such ease before we knew it we were done. Delivers expected next Monday; the follow up texts were a great help, and they offer a 3-hr window!
      We left Bobs with everything we needed including mattress protection covers. In a word outstanding... if you're looking for Quality Service, a one stop shopping experience I'm sure you'll also find the same level of care and satisfaction. If Jerson is busy I'm confident any representative at Bob's will be just as ready, willing and able to accommodate - a good customer service rep is a testament to the leadership at Bob's! Gia

      I went to Bob’s Discount Furniture to pick out living room furniture. I found a gray sectional (Antonio) that I fell in love with. The salesperson wrote it up and I was approved for credit. I explained that someone else would be buying this for me. I assumed from this statement it would not be submitted. Guess what, I was wrong it was put in the system for delivery, after payment.

      On October 8, 2022, the furniture that was purchased for me was delivered; however, to date I am missing four legs. I have gone to the store in PG County, MD and have seen the exact legs on other pieces of furniture. I went online I’ve seen the same sectional that they are saying has now been discontinued online. I’ve contacted corporate (who stated they still have the furniture in the system awaiting payment for delivery. It’s going on two months and I’m no closer to getting the legs than before. I’ve even ordered legs from Amazon can’t quite get the correct height 4-3/4)’ with a thread size 3/8. I’ve been told they can switch it out; however, I have seen nothing else that comes close to what I chose. All I want is the legs to the middle section of the sectional (Antonio) that should have come with the sectional. FYI: This was not a Clearance item, “As Is Item” I wouldn’t advise anyone to shop here I know I don’t ever plan to shop here again!

      I like the product. I bought more than one item this time and certainly DO NOT appreciate their not giving prices as they were selling me the extra items. Would have been nice.
      To save money, I asked if I could pick-up the mattress at the branch where I was making the purchase, the sales lady said that the mattress could ONLY be delivered. It would be driven from ********* **** area. Unless I were willing to go all the way up there to pick-up.
      Of course, economically, did NOT make sense, as I am in ***** *****.
      Driver delivered this morning in a timely manner. However, after introducing himself he handed me a checklist of things he cannot do during delivery. That should have been given to me immediately after the purchase, to be completely prepared.
      HERE IS THE REASON FOR MY TWO STAR REVIEW: I found out that the mattress was loaded into the truck in ***** *****NOT ********* City area.
      I WAS DECEIVED. I could have picked up the mattress. The pick-up location in ***** is a lot closer than **********

      I LOVE BOB’s discount Funature ! I usually shop the clearance and ALWAYS find deal. It’s quick, easy and they have such nice helpful employees.

      I had 2 separate issues,
      1. I ordered a Chelsea chair on my original order, a week later I went back and ordered another one, couple days later I was told the chairs were discontinued, I did however receive the first chair, I was told they had another chair at another store which I would have to go pick up myself. After going back and forth I was told they would deliver it with my order, called to just verify my delivery date and was told again I had to go pick it up, then told the other store didn't have it anymore, spent 3 hours trying to figure out what happened, someone cancelled my order....
      2. Today my order was delivered with another chair I had picked out along with my dining table set. The base of the table was broken had to send it back, yes I was refunded my delivery charge, now I had a small dinner party for my 95 ye old Aunt, and don't have a table to eat at.....I WILL NEVER shop at this company EVER AGAIN.

      We took out insurance on furniture that we bought 1 year and 4 months ago. We have decorated silver tacks on our furniture. We have a high back chair that has never been sat in and the tacks are falling out. Trying to get to the insurance company is a hard and long process. We've had to call twice in one week and got 2 different answers. I'm so upset with Bob's Discount Furniture that I don't think I'd ever buy anything from them again. Your customer service is horrible.
