I have yet to receive my couch but was sent a link to review so here it is. Salesman at Bob’s was great, Yolanda in finance was difficult to work with, rude, changed her answers each time, did not pass along messages to salesman, tried to make me come back to the store a third time after spending an inordinate amount of time playing phone tag and trying to place my order. I decided to call the general number since the salesman had created a cart for me and amazingly- I was able to complete my order over the phone. Yolanda had an attitude and was taking it out on me- horrible customer service and obviously not necessary. I couldn’t reach a manager so this will have to do. Everyone on the phone was pleasant and helpful.Bob's Discount Furniture LLC

So far we had a good experience. We are still waiting to receive the furniture we ordered but the ordering process went smooth. Our sales rep was nice, not pushy and answered all our questions. We couldn’t have asked for a more knowledgeable, helpful and thorough salesperson than we had with Keyma. She was attentive without being pushy, understanding whenever concerns were mentioned, and explained everything so well. She thought of things we never considered that were truly helpful. She does her job extremely well and makes you feel like she enjoys her time with you without hovering. I know I am a very indecisive person, so her patience and kindness were so greatly appreciated. It took us two visits to decide, but she was excellent in her communication via texting and went above and beyond in that aspect as well. Hopefully the delivery process and the furniture itself will be just as good.Bob's Discount Furniture LLC

Friendly service with a very knowledgeable sales associate Rachel. Terrible delivery service!! On 3 separate occasions I was supposed to have my bed replaced due to a bed I purchased in 6/2022 that broke. On the first initial delivery of my new bed there was a screw missing and they weren’t able to put my bed together after waiting 6 weeks for delivery. I had to go to Ace hardware to buy a screw so I wouldn’t have to wait another 2 weeks to sleep in my bed. My bed broke due to poorly used wood for Copenhagen bed. I purchased a warranty prior…thank God! I was told my bed would be repaired due to my Protection Plan warranty. On 3 separate occasions when the delivery crew arrived they had to reschedule my delivery due to not having all the parts for my bed. Even though after numerous conversations with Customer Support to confirm what was supposed to be delivered and still they failed to have everything. Now I’m waiting on a 4th delivery that is supposed to have all my parts. I would NEVER RECOMMEND Bob’s furniture! Buyer BEWARE!!Bob's Discount Furniture LLC

So now the 4th attempt to deliver my bed was successful but when I came home from work because I had someone else meet the delivery guys, my youngest child handed a screw that they failed to either install on my bed or clean up from the broken bed. I check the new bed and there is a screw missing. At this point I would never recommend Bob’s Furniture and will share my experience with family and friends. Your generic response to my complaint still makes me a unsatisfied customer. Copying and pasting my name in your canned response doesn’t make a difference or change my opinion about your customer service.Review fromDorothy S

I had one goal as I came through the store! One salesperson greeted me with a smile! I was left alone to try out recliners. Alba met me somewhat later and helped me find the exact chair I feel is perfect! She listened to my needs and with no pressure led me to a comfortable recliner. Hello, My wife and I are on our 3 round of getting a table replaced due to various broken parts. Furthermore, there was a giant boot imprint on the box, indicating that a fellow stepped on it sometime in the process of getting it shipped. We are frustrated. Its an inconvenience and does not match the standard of what "Bobs Furniture" advertises. I will not be shopping here again and will deter others from doing so. Customer service has been helpful and they are very nice, which is one positive I can take from this whole ordeal.
It feels bad to spend money and get excited about something I could have ordered elsewhere. Customer service assisted me in getting our table replaced, but this being the third time around, I want financial compensation.Bob's Discount Furniture LLC

Terrible service. We ordered a couch, moving into a new apartment and the order was cancelled three times, delaying our move in process. No information was given at each cancellation was done, no apologies or information. The service was unprofessional and wasted our time. We took the time to visit the physical location and had several long phone calls to try and purchase the couch. I strong recommend looking elsewhere.Bob's Discount Furniture LLC

I bought a electric living room set from Bob's furniture 2 years ago. As soon as it hit 2 years my chairs stop reclining on both of my couches. I got the protection plan and Bob's instructed me file a claim with them. Technician came out after 3 months of waiting to tell me that couch 1 motor was out and he will put a compatible piece in to make it work. The next day it was a shortage in the same couch that he just put the piece on. On couch 2 a Technician came out and literally looked at the couch and stated that he needed to order a piece for it. Called Bob's guardian protection plan to check the status on both couches. Rep told me couch 2 the buttons went out and the plan doesn't cover that so basically I am SOL. Still waiting for a Technician to come back out for couch 1. Technician comes out after 3 months to say they need to order another piece. Here I am 6 months later from the last visit nothing from the protection plan. I have called and been on hold for 2 plus hours even put my number in to have them call me back. NOTHING after several calls. I will never buy anything from Bob's since there electric couches don't last long and you pay extra for protection plan that don't help you. I thought that if they can't fix it they will replace it. Well I'm still waiting on an answer. They need to find another insurance to go with. We have purchased several bedroom sets with the white glove delivery from Bobs Furniture back in March. When furniture arrived couple of month later it turned out that one of the dressers was without a leg. Because there were no legs in stock, customer service representative had to order a replacement of the dresser. A week later a replacement dresser was delivered and delivery crew had to put it upstairs. So while carrying it upstairs they started to slide it over the stairs and left black stains on every step. We called customer service to open a property damage claim right away. However, no one contacted us regarding this issue. We had to call the customer service again and again and again. In couple of weeks we were told that our claim was closed. They reopened it again as there was no resolution to the issue. Thanks God we decided to hire a professional cleaning company so they were able to remove the stains. However, it costed us a lot and we had to pay as Bobs Furniture was still not responsive. Finally, in July a claims adjuster called us and notified us that the claim was processed, check would be sent and the claim would be closed. Guess what!? We have not received the check yet! They disappeared. We called again to everyone who was on our contact list and still no firm answer. When Steven (adjuster) answered he said that they have to find out where the check is now!!! So if you do not want your property to be damaged NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM BOBS FURNITURE! They are not only unresponsive, but also unprofessional. After our carpet was damaged the dresser was still not good. It had all the legs but the drawers were broken. So the another dresser replacement was ordered. Can you imagine how much inconvenience we have experienced! And still no resolution. The person who is responsible for this type of issues - Eric M****r
