      I would recommend this furniture store to anyone who is looking or who isn't looking! Bob's furniture store was that good! My partner and I went to multiple other furniture stores other than Bob's and did not experience customer service as well as I did here or great prices like I did here. Tanner V. helped us find exactly what we were looking for and even recommended a bedroom set as he saw us looking. When we decide to get more furniture/ the bedroom set we will be returning to Bob's and will request Tanner V! The store manager was also very helpful and very delightful! Phenomenal service & great prices!

      If I could rate zero stars I would. I will never do business with Bob's Discount Furniture again. My leg on my love seat broke, so I called to get a replacement. I have to wait a month until the replacement comes then call and wait a month for a technician to come and put it on, only for them to send the wrong piece and still sent a tech to assemble the wrong piece on my love seat. Which I refused to let the tech put the wrong piece on my love seat because it would have damaged it. So I called for them to send the right piece and they still put the wrong order in. I called again and now they are saying they have the piece but I wont receive it until 2023. Why would I have to wait that long if they have the piece in stock? I have events coming up, so now I can't have any company over to my place because there is nowhere to sit. Its like they are waiting for my warranty to expire so they don't have to honor it and fix my love seat. So now I'm stuck with paying off furniture that I cant even use. I will not be recommending anyone to shop with them.

      Hello ********* we are very sorry to hear there has been a delay in you receiving your part order. We have been able to access your account and we do see that part will be available to ship in February of 2023.
      Parts are ordered directly from the vendor, they are not something we keep in stock. As we do not manufacture merchandise ourselves, we are forced to rely on our vendors to ship parts when necessary. We are very sorry for the delay and we will ship your part out as soon as it is available.

      My specialist STEPHY F at the Glendale location help me with everything I needed. I will always go back to her when I need something furniture related. She’s very knowledgeable with measurements and also with the products she’s selling even had an issue with payment and she took care of it with a breeze.

      Bobs furniture store has some of the best customer service around, their reps do not try to upsell you unless you want and give you a real opinion on what they think is good or bad about the product you like. They also have your back in the event that they see you going the wrong way or if they know a product that they sell is not that good. Their goof proof insurance covers everything for five years even if your at fault for it and it comes in at a very reasonable price. They will fix or replace your product at no expense to you even without any hassle in return for your complaint. They just take your word for it. Bobs furniture is reasonable priced and no matter what price it is you can expect above quality for whatever it is that you purchase. When checking out it is the equivalent of a bank transaction, that fast and their checkout personnel are very fun and courteous too. They also have a diversity of people employed by them and they are all well equipped to educate you on any and all products and if they lack product knowledge they are not to proud to say they don’t know and find out the facts for you. Thank You Bobs furniture for your great business vibe and attitude. You all rock and peace to you!!

      If you're looking for quality furniture, look elsewhere. I ordered a bedroom set and it was redelivered 4 times due to the same issue. Each delivery date changed after it was schedule due to whatever bs they could conjured up. They have the quality control of a toddler. The last straw for me was the unprofessional and unscheduled pick up pf the damaged furniture at 6:50 am. They woke my sleeping baby up. Who rings anyone's bell or knocks on their door that early in the morning?? Unscheduled and unprofessional. I went to the store to speak to the manager (********* *** after the 3rd failed delivery, the manager was very unapologetic like this is standard in the furniture industry. l will NEVER shop here again, nor would I ever recommend anyone else to shop there. Buyer beware what you'll save in money, you'll pay in headaches and inconvenience.

      We were very pleased with the customer service we received from Darien at the ******* *location. He greeted us, gave us a run down of the signage and let us browse around without checking up on us until we needed help. He was very knowledgeable and gave us great suggestions. He was also very patient with us while we were trying to figure out what would work best for our layout.
      There was a great selection and the prices were right in line with what we were expecting, not overpriced.
      They also have an area with free snacks, and coffee. Of course a big hit with our 8 year old…and us since we took so long to decide on what we wanted.
      At this point, we are waiting on delivery but we would definitely recommend Bobs to our friends and family based on the wonderful service we have received so far.

      Had the worst experience with bobs furniture, DO NOT BUY ANY INSURANCE from bobs. I bought a sofa set and put insurance on it. My sofa had damages and they told me to file a claim Online at BOBS.GPPCLAIMS.COM, so I did on April. It took 6 months for them to tell me my damages was not covered after calling every other week to get an update. They never sent anyone to check on the sofa to see if it was repairable, they go based on photos.I submitted all documents they asked for and in the end they could not help their customer. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.I hope my review spread awareness.

      Hello ****** The Goof Proof protection is a plan through a third party company, Guardian. Guardian covers the merchandise damage resulting from a single accident. Accidental damage must be reported within thirty days of occurrence and they must be able to provide the necessary details to clearly indicate that this damage occurred through a single accident or incident and not through everyday use, misuse or abuse of the merchandise.
      Guardian has the right to deny claims for coverage under their own guidelines. . It is never our intent to disappoint a Customer and again we want to apologize that we could not meet their expectations. Thank you for understanding.
