      WOW!!!!!! All I have to say is I've had a really bad experience dealing with bob's discount furniture.
      First off I bought my first set of couches and something told me to buy the warranty so I'm glad I did cause they were all bad poorly made. I thank god I did cause I had to use my warranty. So when I did use my warranty the first time they let me know they were on their way so I had my son put the couches outside in front of my tree on the wood chips. And when they came to deliver my new couches the first time around they brought them inside and I asked the young man was he going to take the old couches he replied no there's going to be another truck on his way to pick them up. So this time when I had to use my warranty I've been waiting since September. So at 10:45 I received a text message that the driver will be here in 9 minutes so I ask my 15 year old to do my a favor and help take the couches out so when they come they can put the new couches in the living room. So we did well here comes 12pm and still nothing so I called Bob's Discount Furniture and they said sorry but your not scheduled between 12-3pm and I told them that I received the text that they were on their way. So then at 1:15 the drivers 3 of them came the middle guy got off and was taking off the couch from the truck and the driver told him put that back up there were not leaving anything and I said why not and he said cause the old one were outside and I was explaining to them what happened the last time about they drop off the new ones and another driver picks up the old ones. The passenger was hanging out the window say nah nah I've been working here for 4 years and that's not the way we run this program. They were very rude and making false accusations. Saying they were on the curb that was a lie they were in my yard in my gate in front of my tree by my walk way that of course goes from my front door to my front gate. If they would of came at 10:45 they would of seen us taking them out

      I received some couches 6 months ago, the armrests started to cave in, and they said it couldn't be fixed so they delivered new ones and those we broke as well, so we found other ones we liked and those were delivered with sewing issues. we have to wait a week for someone to come out and look at them to see if they can be fixed or not. At this point I just want me money back so I can go somewhere else, but they won't do that.
      We will NEVER buy from them again

      From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a friendly “Welcome “. Without hovering, the sales staff were eager to answer questions even if recliners was not their department. Because we dealt with that salesman, Edgar, he continued to help us through to the end of the transaction. This was our first time at Bob’s but definitely not the last. We also appreciated the attractive layout of the store. The store manager was kind enough to approve a store pickup. Thank you very much!

      Purchased a bedroom set online and charged my bank card for the entire cost up front on September 1st… Waited for a couple of weeks for delivery information of my items. I couldn’t cancel my order without speaking to Javier to allow me to cancel the order. Cancelled order on 09/21/2022. The company gave credit to Javier at the ************ location for my online purchase. Javier advised when I cancelled the order, I would have my refund in 3-5 days. Horrible Customer Service. Customer Service kept giving different time frames for refund of monies 8-9 then it was 9-10 days. Customer service will place you on hold and hang up the call after a long wait. Spoke to Danielle twice from the ****** ***** store regarding my refund she stated can’t give exact date for refund. I would just have to wait. Nothing I can do about it. Buyers beware…Don’t use your bank card for any purchase with this company. To date I still have no refund for my cancelled order. I had to dispute charge with my bank and now I could wait up to 90 days while bobs collects interest on 2200.00 dollars…You call the corporate number for Bobs discount furniture it’s just going to give you a recording and to speak with customer service. Can’t speak with any at the corporate level.

      I want my monies returned immediately in the amount of 2129.53. Bobs Discount furniture is withholding to refund my monies for an order that was cancelled on September 21st, 2022…I would Never do business with Bobs Discount Furniture!! If an order is cancelled, what company thinks they don’t have to refund your monies…

      First time shopping here…went to ********** location. Heard about the deals and quality but was a little suspect. Earl greeted us with a smile and pointed is to exactly what we were looking for. He gave us the price quote and we ended up buying an additional piece the next week we were in. Earl is down to earth and really good guy to deal with along with their Store Mgr. Expecting the first delivery this week but the chair and ottoman will take a month to get in. If all goes well I’ll be sure to re-rate their service rating.

      Bob’s as a whole I am giving a low score to, because I received the wrong item and a rude manager. However the sales person Brian W***** was great. The issue was his rude manager, who left me with a huge piece of furniture that was wrong in my house and told me she scheduled a pick up and drop off 8 days from yesterday. When knowingly she did not schedule the pick up or drop off at all. Today I called to see if I have the accurate item coming next Friday and a pick up of the item I did not order. There was nothing scheduled and now I may be weeks before I get it. I then spoke to my original sales person Brian who made fair corrections., but he doesn’t have the power for my island to come soon, which is not his fault but if I didn’t follow up with a gut feeling his manager lied to me, I may never get it. I hope my bad review does not weigh in Brian or the delivery people as they were all exceptionally nice and good at their jobs. Management is the face of the company Bob’s needs to consider who they hire as managers.
