      I ordered a bedroom set which Bob’s tried to deliver twice to the wrong address after giving them the correct address every time. Then I was rescheduled for them to bring the furniture back the next day and I had three pieces that were scratched dented and broken. They then scheduled to replace my furniture the following week it showed up and was more broken than the furniture I was originally given. Fast forward to today when I was supposed to get my furniture replaced again and not a surprise to me but the furniture was broken yet again. I spent over $4000 on this set and it has been nothing short of a headache between speaking to customer service and receiving so many broken things on top of people dropping the ball on my address. This is absolutely ridiculous and I and what makes it worse is everyone I talk to at Bob’s is annoyed because I have to call with all of these issues!

      I have to say this bobs in *********** is the best. Clement is the best associate ever. She remembers us from when my mom got a couch from her. She was very nice and patients and explain to me. Gave me many options. Lets me asked her a million question. I talk to her. Made me feel very comfortable

      Bobs offered me "White Glove Service" when I purchased beds recently. They were to assemble and remove the old beds. I had to call them 2 more times to complain because they refused to pick up my beds. I just had to fight with them on the phone to reimburse me my delivery fee for a service I did not get.
      Poor service and a rip off, I will never buy from them again!!

      After reading the reviews on the Goof Proof Warranty we are without a doubt cancelling it. The sales rep did not explain the specifics of the plan. Also when we shopped for the furniture, we were told by saleswoman, Beth S. That the furniture would be delivered for a cost of $150.00 no matter how many items. The delivery fee swelled to $349.00. The furniture, almost a $ 4,000 order was guaranteed delivered today 10/11/22. No call, no show. My Mom called the store and was told that the delivery drivers came but couldn't get in the door and they would have to come on Friday. I called the Erie store and spoke to Justin who advised he would remove the Goof Proof charges and check to see if the the delivery drivers could come back today. That was 30 minutes ago. Still waiting. If there is no response the whole order just might have to be cancelled. **** ** ******* just may get the business.

      HORRIBLE - JUST HORRIBLE - WARNING - WARNING - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BOB'S FURNITURE
      They have screwed up our order so many times we don't know what is what anymore. Mind you we don't even have our dining room set YET! You will get phone calls saying on thing and emails saying complete opposite.
      After reading all reviews I can honestly say I will never let me family purchase from here. Going to cancel my order and get everything back..THANKS ALOT BOB'S ...

      Bought bedroom set n dinette set , and added the insurance so if Something Happens accidental scratches they told me they would public now they will not cover nothing or replace are we fixed they are all joke there !!! Bad service even got a hold of the manager and she tried calling the insurance company and they still will not do nothing , I purchased my furniture from ****** ****** ************ ** ****** ****** **** **

      Hello ****** The Goof Proof protection is a plan through a third party company, Guardian. Guardian covers the merchandise damage resulting from a single accident. Accidental damage must be reported within thirty days of occurrence and they must be able to provide the necessary details to clearly indicate that this damage occurred through a single accident or incident and not through everyday use, misuse or abuse of the merchandise.
      Guardian has the right to deny claims for coverage under their own guidelines. . It is never our intent to disappoint a Customer and again we want to apologize that we could not meet their expectations. Thank you for understanding.

      My family has been shopping with Bob's for years in the C********** Area. When I moved to ******* ** * didn't hesitate to purchase my new furniture from them. The buying process was great, but I had to wait over a month for my furniture to be in stock and delivered. I also ordered a coffee table that was shipped directly from the warehouse that was damaged and I was told they did not know when they would be able to send me a new piece, so I had them return the table. When the delivery truck arrived at my house after a month of waiting, I received a call from the driver stating half of my sectional couch was not being delivered because it was on backorder. The delivery driver stated he did not know when it would be in stock. I returned to the store to find out more information and everyone I spoke to had a different reason for why it was not delivered but assured me it was at the warehouse. I was told the manager would reach out to me to discuss my issues further and plan to receive my items. I never received this phone call. On the day of the second delivery, I was notified the truck would be at my house at 7:50 am. After waiting until 10:30 I called to find out what was going on. I was informed the truck had broken down, but no one made an effort to contact me while I was waiting for hours. I finally received my full order around 12:00 pm. I was also shipped the replacement piece for my coffee table that I had returned during the previous delivery and the piece was also damaged in a different spot. The communication has been very subpar and embarrassing for an established company. I am awarding them stars simply because my furniture is what I saw in the store and there were no surprises there, but the entire delivery process and communication with the staff was very unsatisfactory.
