      Horrible customer service. We bought 2 Forte power reclining loveseats 2 years ago and not the power has gone out on both of them. They say the parts won’t be in stock till 2025 however they are selling the forte on their website. There’s no way power on the control should go out on both and they can’t do something about it.

      Very disappointed! The piece in the showroom was beautiful. I believe Bob's displays specially made pieces in the showroom and delivers the cheap version when purchased.
      Our sectional arrived with a cracked base. We were confident that this was just a fluke and received the replacement within one week. We have had the sectional for a little less than 3 months and it looks like it's 20 years old! The entire piece is completely wrinkled and the cushions are all uneven. It's just my husband and I. We have no children. I can't imagine what it would like if we had a family. I guess if you buy from Bob's, you shouldn't plan on sitting on your purchase!

      Don’t buy the so called “goof proof “ protection plan , it’s a scam to rip you of your money. You pay a lot of money and you get nothing in return . They will encourage you to buy the plan and then when you call to report the damages , they will inform you that it would take 14 days after sending the documents . Yet , they will reply after 2 months stating that the damage isn’t covered and you have to pay to get it fixed . THEN WHY DID I PURCHASE THE PLAN IN THE FIRST PLACE IF I AM GOING TO PAY EVENTUALLY.
      Also , terrible customer service . They don’t respect their customers and take forever to reply .

      The Goof Proof protection is a plan through a third party company, Guardian. Guardian covers the merchandise damage resulting from a single accident. Accidental damage must be reported within thirty days of occurrence and they must be able to provide the necessary details to clearly indicate that this damage occurred through a single accident or incident and not through everyday use, misuse or abuse of the merchandise.
      Guardian does hold the right to deny claims under their own policy's and procedures. We are very sorry that we have been unable to meet your expectations on this purchase. Thank you for understanding.

      Bob's Goof Proof Coverage, is a SCAM. I am so disappointed in my current Sofa purchase from Bob's Discount Furniture. I have always purchased a warranty protection for my furniture. Never had a problem of anything breaking down or falling apart until recently. Therefore, because Bob's is responsible for hiring a SCAM COMPANY to take your money. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from Bob's unless you are sure it is worth the money.
      In November 2020, my husband and I purchased a sofa from Bob’s Discount Furniture (“Bob’s) and opted to purchase Bob’s Goof Proof 5 Year Warranty serviced by Guardian Furniture Protection Plan (“Guardian”). DON’T PURCHASE THIS PROTECTION PLAN. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!!! We knew that Bob’s defects warranty was good for one year from date of purchase and this was no longer a Bob’s issue. We noticed in late August that the right arm on the sofa was becoming loose. Around the first week of September, we filed a claim with Guardian for the sofa’s right arm. Despite having a 5 year warranty and being within the parameters of the warranty, Guardian denied our claim and informed us that we had to file the claim within 30 days of the incident. We’ve gone back and forth with Guardian via phone and email wanting to know why the claim was denied if we had a 5 year warranty. After their initial response that we need to file within 30 days of the incident, we have not had a response from Guardian. To add insult to injury, the left arm on the sofa is now becoming loose. Let me make it clear that there are no small children, teenagers or young adults in our our household so no one has been jumping up and down on the sofa or sitting on the sofa’s arms. After this incident happened, we submitted a claim within 2 days, Guardian denied that claim as well. What in the world is it going to take for Guardian to honor the warranty that we paid for. It is obvious from Bob’s website that we are not the first customers to have file claims with Guardian.

      This place is a big joke they telling people is if you buy and put the 5 year warranty that if anything happens to it they will change or fix it well I had bought 2 rocket recliner for my nonverbal autistic son one for the group home and one for my home when he comes on weekends the one in my home doesn’t rock anymore and it tilts sideways to one side I been calling them no answer I went online to set. Up a password to let the goof we care know I even got email saying it will take 7 to 10 Business days and still nothing no one calls me back they have my number nothing this is frustrating to me this is a big scam glad I didn’t spend over thousands of dollars on furniture this is not right what is 5 year warranty for I hope people will read this before they shop there and spend on a lot of money sad how they ripping people off

      I ordered a couch from them with a scheduled time for the driver to arrive before noon. He ended up arriving right before sunset and I missed work because of them. When i called to complain they offered to email me a $150 gift card to compensate for the inconvenience. I never got any email and I called to ask about it and they said it would be emailed after some days. A couple weeks later still no email I contact them again and they email me the gift card number. I go to enter it into the website and it says it requires a Pin that was never sent to me. I contact them again and they send me a pin that doesn't work, I contact them again and they send a second pin that doesnt work. Finally they give me another number to call and at the point I realized they just keep sending you in wrong directions until you give up because no way they can compensate their customers for this mistake. Ridiculous horrible unethical company, please do not support them.

      My overall experience was wonderful at the ************* ******* *ocation! My sales rep DeJuan was customer friendly and focused and helped me with all my needs and concerns! He is a great guy and I would be calling him for future purchases as well! Keep up the great work!

      We were welcomed and greeted by Manny, when we had questions Manny was super helpful at answering every question and also quickly advised us on what was available and it’s delivery time which helped with our shopping decisions. We went in to look for a new dining set and couch for my grandmother, Manny made our purchase fast and easy. Definitely going back to get a few things for my own home.

      I purchased the 5-Sided Cooling Mattress protector for my Bob-O-Pedic. What a rip off! My sheets don't stay on my bed with this cooling mattress. When I called the store (after less than a week) they said that they have never had any complaints about this product and that there was nothing they could do for me since they have a 3 day return policy on unopened packages. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT purchase this item. Now I am out $136.10 on something that does not work as promised.
