      My saga with bobs started in 2020. We purchased a couch. It took 7 or so months to arrive. It broke after 2 months. They gave us a store credit to make a new selection. In that time prices on all furniture skyrocketed. Our credit did not come nearly close enough to pick out something remotely comparable. I had to fight like hell with their incompetent disjointed customer service, repeating my story at least 10 times with them for over a month just to be told there was nothing more they were willing to do. Finally my case was escalated to some higher authority once they got the vibe I was not gonna roll over and just take it. They credited an additional amount and that covered the cost of a new couch finally. It took another 8 months to arrive. Only this time they messed up and charged me a delivery fee again of $120 again when they said they wouldn’t. So they said sorry and that delivery fee would be applied as a credit on any future purchase. Now today in 2022 we go to buy a bookshelf with our remaining credit and they tell us we only have a credit of $1.02 lol. After fighting with them again in store and getting customer service on speaker phone explaining my whole saga they traced back the paper work and somehow found the money.
      In summation: Do not deal with these people. They are too big and disjointed/incompetent of a corporate entity. They keep bad records and it will screw you over if they make a mistake. At least I finally got the record straight and was properly compensated but this was after wayyyyy to much frustration. Buy from some place else.

      DO NOT BUY FROM BOB’S!! They lure you in with reasonable prices but make their money back by cutting corners and charging you for all the extras that should be included. They work with a third party delivering company that always delays orders. And not by hours or days, but weeks!!! They have terrible customer service and offer no incentives to make their customer happy when they mess up major!!! No excuses, this is a con and it needs to go out of business or they need to have more integrity as a business. If you say your going to provide a service, follow it through! The customer ultimately pays for Bob's mistakes from cutting corners and their furniture is sub-par. BUY ELSEWHERE!!! You'll be happier.

      Saw a couch online and went to go sit on it we were met by Jill. She knew exactly what set we were talking about without looking it up. She gave us time to talk and look around and make sure that was what we wanted. The whole process was super easy and Jill was honestly fantastic!

      I ordered with Bobs in July, and have been calling they multiple times a month since. I cancelled part of my order the same day I placed it. They have held a $1200 pending charge on my credit since. I have called them and the card company they use for financing and received no help or resolutions. This has been the most frustrating and useless interactions ever. They are affecting my credit by reporting a much higher balance than I actually owe and also effecting my daily life having to chase them for a resolution

When an order is cancelled with a finance account it can take up to three billing cycles for it to post to the card. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

      BEWARE! Bobs ****** is abysmal. Shopped and bought furniture there. paid with a check and handed it to the clerk to enter. It them twenty minutes. After the delivery we notify that the check was invalid due to misinformation or miskeyed. Lost control acted as if we entered the check wrong. And when we called them they said " I'm in the middle of something " great customer service. Still being treated as if we made the mistake. Then calling the Manager at ****** store at first she accused us at yelling at the clerk to hurry up. Didn't happen. Then its was because No-one ever writes a check and that's problematic. Then it was because the clerk was part time. No Accountability. I'd ask for info on the I valid check and was told I could have that information. I then went to reach out to corporate and was told someone would get in touch with me within24/48. Five days and still waiting. Then I when to another sight and contacted them. No customer satisfaction. treated poorly. Yelled at by Bobs Bangor store manager. Again the accountability rest solely on them. No ownership for originally miskeying of the check!

      They do not honor there warrant. The customer service is rude.They was not helpful at all when I called them or went up there. My stuff was broken and they would not replace it.The leather is already ripping up. The products are cheaply made, they dont even last 6 months.

      Bought a sectional couch from them last month. When I received it 3/4 of the sectional pieces came with manufacturer defects. The pillows have sections where the stuffing was falling apart. I contacted customer service and they refused to connect me with anyone in management or help in any way
