      Emily took the time to dig through our account and solve the issue i was calling about. I had been working with someone else via email trying to explain the problem and finally just called.       Wonderful Customer Service Representative. She was very knowledgeable and assisted me with fixing an address, adding new location for postage, and fixing our tax exempt status. She was very patient and made sure I had everything fixed before I ended the call.
