      I just upgraded and was really worried I wouldn't be able to return supplies for the old machine and would have to eat the costs but I was pleasantly surprised when I called them. They took the supplies for the old equipment back no questions asked and gave me my money back. They also helped me out with a discount, added bonus!

      Seems like most of the negative reviews are from people who are breaking contracts. I have never had any issues, but I know what to expect when you sign a contract. Quadient's products have done great at streamlining things for my company. Simple advice don't sign a 5 year contract to get the lowest price if you can't commit to that length of time. I only sign for 12 or 24 months at a time.

      I have been calling to resolve an invoice issues since December, I estimate I have spent 3-4 hours on hold, in phone calls and emailing Quadient to resolve the issue. Each time I call, I've been told the invoice is not accurate and we don't owe $500 noted on the invoice for returned machine. Every 3-4 weeks, I receive another invoice indicating I owe this money and the contact has escalated in intensity. I've now have an internal case open to see if the money is owed. We returned the machine at the beginning of September and did not receive contact of any issue with our return until late November. An incredibly frustrating experience and I don't have any confidence Quadient will respect my time and energy related to the issue.
