      I am a long term customer of Neopost/Quadient (15+ years). In the end they are a highly unethical company. I paid 3+ years into my current maintenance agreement which, when my equipment finally needed service, they could not get the parts. Who knows how many years parts were not avaiable yet they continued to accept payments for a maintenance agreement they could not service. They have refused to make this right and proceeded business as usual. Its not the same company from the early 2000s. They have lost all of my future business.

I was able to locate your account, and I do see that a credit will be issued for the maintenance paid in October and November. Replacement parts for the model in question have been unavailable since October of 2023. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
