      Although I waited on hold a very long time (20 minutes) and eventually gave up and selected "1" for a call-back to me, within a minute I received a call from Quadient. Lee was very professional and helpful in assisting me.

      We just upgraded to a new machine and also purchased software that lets us upload our documents and Quadient mails them out for us! Definitely a game changer for us when we have large mailings and project deadlines.
