      In July I ordered a new top of the line machine. It works like a charm. However, upon install I told them I could not ship ***** ** **** International and they said they would fix that. Well, a month later and I'm still logging onto ***** *** **** sites to ship International and not heard a word from them. I also asked about the $200 plus fee I paid for a computer and keyboard stand and why the tech left my mouse and keyboard on the actual mailing machine if I had purchased one of those. Not heard a word. asked them when they were removing the meter from the old machine like the tech said they would in a week and was told to just remove it and send it in and they would pull the money out and send it back to me. Wrote a check for tens of thousands of dollars and had a stack of boxes here for weeks before someone came for two days and put it together and now I needed help and was given an 800 number to call even though the problems are still from the original install. This is in ********* ********* by the way

      Horrible company that will price gauge you and completely disregard your relationship to them as a customer. In the beginning of July, they kept pestering me to upgrade to a new machine that was compliant with the new USPS stamp requirements. Our three-year contract was first signed on 7/31/23, so I figured this would line up with the beginning of the new lease - great! However, when the lease for the new machine was sent to me to sign, it was a FIVE YEAR contract for $60 a month when we were previously paying $25 a month. I asked Barbara, the rep who sent me the new lease, if we could lower the lease length and if there was any lower price they could quote us as this was 2.5x what we had already been paying and was not feasible and they would not budge. So we looked elsewhere and signed a contract with FP Mailing for the same caliber of machine that we already had at a similar price. As it turns out, our 3 year-lease actually ends at the end of November because they had given us 3 months free at the beginning. What is the point of 3 free months if you're still going to end up paying for 36 months? What a scam. So to cancel, we had to pay the last quarter's fees as well as the POSTAGE to send their meter back to them, which I find ridiculous. They didn't even send us a box to mail it back to them! Pitney Bowes at least does that.
      Regarding our experience with their meter, it was great. I love the e-certified functionality which saved us a lot of time. It was also fast and easy to use. However, their billing department is incompetent and has two billing portals for some reason - one for the lease and one for postage. We would often miss bills that were "mailed" to us and never received. and we encountered a lot of issues that we never have with other vendors. Several payments were not applied correctly and subsequently charged late fees.
      I hope they get their act together and start charging a normal amount for a postage meter RENTAL, because that's all it is!

      A total scam! Quadient locks you into a "non-cancelable" 5-year lease and charges crazy amounts for you to cancel early. I have been trying to cancel for some time and every person I was in contact with would quit responding. Finally got ahold of someone today, and basically was told too bad. I can either pay the rest of my 5 year lease or pay the same amount all up front to cancel, AND pay to have THEIR machine sent back to them.
      They are unwilling to work with you and relationships mean nothing - stay away from this company and DO NOT sign your life away on a lease.

      Very bad, I never received my postage meter that was ordered in June. No phone calls or emails to inform me of my tracking number. Left multiple messages and never got a response

      Terrible!!
      We upgraded, at Quadient's insistence, to new hardware. First, the new equipment is far slower than the older equipment. The lease rate is much higher and they stripped out some services without disclosing the loss. They bombarded us with contacts when they were trying to upsell us, then became inaccessible when we had issues.

      Quadient has, after much prodding, made things right with our company. They repeatedly told us things were not possible and offered inflated prices until I wrote this review.
      I will post a new review that is less negative, if I can find access to do so.

      The worst vendor I have ever encountered. Harassed me via email to switch to “upgraded” machine, upgraded, Quadient sent a welcome email stating the technician would install and set up the equipment, tech came out and unboxed it turned it on and it doesn’t work. It doesn’t even connect to the Internet. The tech leaves and says our firewall is to blame and it’s out of his hands. I whitelist every address Quadient gives to me, still doesn’t work. Meanwhile, Quadient deactivates our scale on the original machine, leaving us totally unable to send mail. Tech comes back out, claims “someone turned off the scale” I ask how do I turn it back on if that happens again, he explains that the “someone” was Quadient. Of all people to deactivate the original machine, the vendor who sees our machines info and whether or not the new one is even online yet? Scale is turned back on for original machine, tech leaves for a second time with the new machine unusable, no indication of what I should be investigating, nothing. After days spent on the phone with Quadient’s miserable joke of “customer support”, that solely sends you massive technical manuals, rather than having the skills to troubleshoot with you over the phone, I could not believe the level of unprofessionalism coming from their customer support. The last phone call I had the man told me “we can go in circles all day it’s not our problem you can go ahead and cancel your contract”. I hung up. Our three year contract just started, and this is the service we are provided. Today it has been three weeks since the new machine was forced upon us. We are lucky to get the machine to load funds. When it allows us to, we frantically add a lot because of the ongoing issues. Quadient’s favorite answer is “it’s your ITs problem”. I am the IT here and they are aware of that. I even have a third party networking group investigating this and they cannot locate the apparent IT issue. I have never experienced worse vendor support. STAY AWAY!

      TERRIBLE. Do not use this company. They make everything from billing, to customer service, to instructions a complete nightmare. Every time I call their customer service I am either hung up on, or told that I owe some sort of new fee ( even though I've NEVER been late on a bill in 2 years ). Run the other way for a postage company. DO NOT USE.

      This company is a joke! They sent me a meter with missing parts. Then they sent some more parts, but not all of them. After calling numerous times, we have not had a working meter with working parts. Today they called and asked me if I would like to renew. I told them I do not have a working meter, their customer service is horrible. They don’t have any staff who has a clue how to run this business and now they have threatened to sue me for payment, for a product that I do not have all the working parts for. Absolutely ridiculous. All I want to do is send them back their half of a machine. This company is clueless. The one sales person who was my guy, completely ghosted me. Hopefully he left to work for a decent company who doesn’t rip their clients off.

      Terribly unreasonable company. Punishing you for THEIR time taken to process a check by means of a nice late fee and finance fee. Would not ever choose to work with them willingly.

      Quadient is the most dishonest company I have ever done business with. A Quadient Rep called our office to advise the postage meter we had leased was no longer USPS compliant and that we would need to sign a new 3 year agreement for a different machine. I told him no, if the machine we have is not compliant then that is Quadient's problem not mine, send me a box and we will return it and end our contract one year early. Now after at least 6 different people getting involved and lying to me over and over again about how they will fix things they continue to send emails and letters that they will sue me for the balance of the contract. If you talk to a Erica M***** she is not worth your time speaking to as she is as dishonest as a person can be. Since Quadient provided me a postage meter that they made that was not **** compliant, why is that my problem?? There is just no common sense in this company.
