      I have bought many D&B purses over the years, and recently bought one as a gift that I shipped to my daughter. Instead of being delivered, it was sent to the Post Office and tracking told me that someone picked it up, but it wasn't my daughter and D&B won't do anything about the situation. I have never had such a poor customer service experience and I order online all the time. Needless to say, I will never buy another purse from D&B again!

      BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I purchased the same bag three different times to be shipped back because the bags were defective (photos were sent and verified by Dooney).
      They would not refund the original shipping; so not only do I not have a bag, it cost me $15.
      I am outraged and have never heard of such a policy.
      I thought that Dooney & Bourke was a highly reputable company; clearly not!!!!
      I would give them a zero star rating.
      Spend your money elsewhere!!!

      Poor customer service! My daughter purchased a wallet for me for my birthday. This was purchased in April 2023. By July, it was coming unstitched so I started a repair ticket. I received a response saying ‘ Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your repair request. Unfortunately, based on the photos you have submitted, we are unable to provide repair services. ‘ so I replied ‘ Based on the photos? Can you not see where it has pulled out of that stitching?’. Then I received a 2nd response’ Thank you for your email. Unfortunately, we are unable to repair your wallet.‘.
      So,$100+ on a Florentine wallet! And absolutely no way to get them to fix it! Won’t be purchasing dooney and bourke ever again.

      The worst ever!! They had me order 4 x the same product, and it was a mess. Stay away and buy it at a local store or mall. Stay away from this site/ brand/scam. its BAD... You have been warned

      Hello Friends, Warning...Warning I am writing this review to inform everyone how dissatisfied I am with a resent order DB1047XXXX. 06-02-23 for Florentine Continental Clutch $178.00. After I treated myself to this item I was emailed by Dooney & Bourke that the item went on sale for $109.00 on or about 6-12. I spoke to them via text and phone call and they would not honor the adjusted credit. I was told that I need to return it and then order a brand new order with the sales price. Does not make sense I am a first time customer and felt that I should not have to jump through hoops. Hope they will respond to this review in a timely manner

      Return policy clearly states amounts will be taken out of amounts refunded. Apparently they forgot to take the return shipping amount out when I returned the purse. Now months and months later I get a nasty email from them DEMANDING payment of the shipping costs. When I called I was told there was a problem with their system and they forgot to take out the amount. Instead they send me a rude email saying “we have not received payment for the return shipping charge.” I told the gal if they had sent me a nicer email I would have paid it, but they sent an accusing email and now I don’t trust them with my credit card on their faulty system.

      This is unbelievable. I placed an order a week before Mother’s Day, so my package could be here on time for Mother’s Day. Supposedly the order was delivered to my house. I tracked the package. The package was delivered to the post office not to my house and it was coming by *** ********* So I called customer service to tell them that I never received my package. This was on Thursday when the package was supposed to be delivered. They told me that it was delivered to me and they can’t do anything about it but start an investigation so I told him it was never delivered to me. It was delivered to the post office. Why can’t you send an order replacement because this is for Mother’s Day. Meanwhile, he’s confident that it was delivered to my house and not to the post office. When I told him it was *** ******** and it was delivered the post office, he changed his tune. Then he tells me to wait another day to see if it comes on Friday. Meanwhile, when you track the package, *** delivers it to the **** and there’s two different tracking numbers. When you track the tracking number for **** *it says, “**** Currently Awaiting Package.” Which most likely means someone from *** or **** stole the package. I told him, “It’s not going to come. Can you just do the re-order so at least I could have something for Mother’s Day.” He said, “No I’m sorry I can’t do that. We need to do an investigation for the return and it’s going to take 2 to 3 weeks.”So I told him I’ll wait until Friday and I will prove you wrong that it’s not going to come in. He assured me it was coming on Friday. So now it’s Friday, my package is not here and I called back. They can’t do anything for me. They cannot send a replacement package by the next day because they have to do an investigation for the first order and they rush that investigation. I won’t hear back from them for weeks until their “investigation” is done and I can’t get a replacement package so now I don’t have anything to give for Mother’s Day.

      Sent me the wrong item, and is charging me to return it< when they said they would not.
      Would not compensate me anything for the error.
      Over priced, terrible customer service.

      Absolutely terrible customer service. I paid to ship my wallet back for repair and it took them 10 months to finally tell me they lost it. Offered me credit towards something else. Paid more for a wallet style much smaller and not as good as what I had.
      I'll never purchase anything from Dooney and Burke again.

      I have purchased at least 15 Dooney and Bourke purses since 1995. On 4/21/23 I purchased a satchel purse. On 4/22/23 I initiated a chat and spoke with Tom advising that the purse went on sale for $20 less on 4/22/23. He advised me that since I used ****** to purchase the purse, I couldn't get a price adjustment. Today, 4/26/23 the purse arrives via **** I called customer service and was told that because it had been five days since the order, I could not get a refund. I advised him that I tried to get the adjustment via the chat with Tom. He said oh we are not able to give the adjustment unless you paid in full with your credit card at the time of purchase. I informed him that I would be returning the purse for a full refund. He advised me of printing the label for return via **** He also advised me that when I return it, the are going to deduct $10 from my refund. I am a very disappointed customer. This will end my almost 30 year relationship with Dooney and Bourke as a customer. ***** ***
